Excellent service by real mechanics!I brought in my 1979 Trans Am that had a mechanical fuel pump eccentric malfunction. This is NOT a problem that 99% of most garages can fix because they hire technicians for modern cars. But Ashford got the part and installed it within week.I came here specifically because they deal with older cars and they did not disappoint. The last time I took my car to a mechanic is was there for over a month because they did not have the skill set for this type of vehicle.My car is a daily driver/project car so it's in various stages of new, worn and broken. When the initial mechanic looked over my car he noted all the other things that needed to be fixed; I told him I knew and it was in my to do list. He acknowledged this and didn't push any further. I greatly respected this gesture as my experience with other mechanics on this matter have always been negative.Overall it was an excellent experience and I would recommend them highly for your classic car repairs.

I was recommended by a friend and BEST decision to bring my car here. My alternator went out and David was so helpful . Helped with my car needing a tow to the shop itself. Recently had a car battery replaced. My car refused to start while I was next door. These guys came right on over to jump my car and after I drove to the shop, they were able to diagnose and install the battery within an hour or so. This was also late Friday evening when they should have been closing up shop. I really appreciate them!

Trust is everything when it comes to a auto mechanic. I trust a local business over the big chains.Do you want to trust your transportation to an untruthful corporation that can always advertise to pull in new suckers or a person who values his reputation?

This a quality family run auto shop. I take all of my 4 cars here. They are honest and trustworthy. You see the parts that came off your car, they get the best price they can on replacement parts and get you the best repair for your budget.I wanted to come back and add to my review. Rod and his team stand behind their work. When something is under warranty for work that they have done, they honor it. With auto repair there is a great deal of trust involved because most of us are not generally experts. We only know what we are told. I constantly refer people here because I know that whatever needs to be done will be conveyed honestly and fairly. It's businesses like Ashford Auto you can count on to be trusted when you need their help.

Came in for all the great reviews! Wary of new shops. The reviews got me in.. Talked to the son of the owner worried abt them charging the most. I came in for one throng but the son said try this(it was cheaper) I said great!! Never had a mechanic tell me to try something cheaper before.. if it don t work come back. Granted it s been a while since I been there I called and was greeted with the owner nd he is a peice of work.. assuming and asking me question like why yu didn t been do that. lol tried talkin me like I was his child. Tellin me im just trying to self diagnose my car?! lol like what??? These are the list of stuff to check yu gave me when I was here last time! Just for that I won t be returning and ion suggest yu goin unless yur just gonna let the owner talk to yu in any kind of way. I m sure the work is good or I wouldn t have called back in the first place. But won t again

I have not been serviced by them but this review is about an encounter with an employee that represents this business poorly.I was crossing the street one day and had waited patiently for the street to be clear to cross. Their service car was around the corner (with three speed bumps ahead of them) so I crossed. As I was almost done crossing, their service car honked at me? Whether it was meant as a nasty cat call or move , it was uncalled for.Where I crossed had no sidewalks, so you have to continue straight a FEW steps before you reach pavement. I do purposely walk in the mud and stay close to the curb so I don t freak cars out.It s very normal for people in this area to walk along the curb as some spots lack sidewalks, and there is a school right around the corner. The road isn t small, there s room for two lanes during heavy traffic but most cars just drive in the middle- because there are so many people out and about.Why this vehicle decided to drive right against the curb and honk at me(when I know they saw me from a distance and could have easily just drove in the middle like everyone else)- I have no idea, but I did not like it. And these are the people servicing you.

I've never received Such bad service ..yall need to see what going on in there... The person at the front was very rude and looked like. He did not know what he was doing.. Kept staring at me in a very disrespectful manner I do not appreciate that. I will never recommend nobody to go to your business...

Rod and Kevin are so helpful! I needed my Toyota Corolla repainted due to the defect with toyota's white paint. Not only did they set that up for me. They made sure that it was done right whenever the painter messed up. Very honest guys! I'd come back in a heartbeat if I needed help. Thanks guys!!

This is a small business run by a wonderful man (and I think his wife). I regularly get my car serviced here. He and his staff are good natured and honest people. They can give you a ride back home or to work if they have the ability; I would call and ask ahead if you need this.

I have used Ashford Auto Clinic for many years and have followed Rod Bitar from one business to another. The work done at this auto shop is excellent and the prices are way better than a dealership s prices.Mr. Bitar stands behind his work. He keeps warranty records and does as much as he can to properly repair a car for as little as he can charge and stay in business.This is an amazing and very honorable business that is very well managed.Services: Electrical, Auto detailing, Air conditioning

This is the best auto shop I have ever worked with. They are professional and meticulous, and most of all, HONEST! Past mechanics have overcharged me for work on my car. Rod and the rest of the staff will always do their best for a fair price. I can recommend this auto shop with no reservations. I have been a customer for several years now, and I plan to remain with Rod and his team for as long as I have to drive a car.Services: Auto engine tuning, Wheel alignment

Excellent small local business!Rod, the owner, and his son Omar take very good care of their customers. Rod always explains in great detail about the necessity of every repair, gives options, and really takes time to make sure that the client understands what is being done and why. He also will honestly tell you, what can wait to be completed. I used this father and son operated shop for several years for state inspections, oil change, battery replacement, brakes replacement, and various repairs of my 2007 car. I have been happy with the attentive and fast service I receive, and find it very different from rushed and overpriced dealership centers, or suspiciously cheap large chain shops. I went to Ashford Auto Clinic for a Inspection and a noise wow I was surprised because since you get in the Officce I was welcome. They are profesional, gave me by text my aprox budget, you could approve, ask or wait But Mr Vito and his Team are so great my Inspection pass and I want thanks Ashford Auto Clinic for all the complete service they gave to me Thanks.
