I deleted my original post at owners request and he was definitely very helpful thats why 3 stars. This place came highly recommended by my mechanic in the area( 1 hr drive from.where i live)I got in at 1250 and fairly quick in about 1/2 hr the alignment was done. As i was driving, i noticed that the steering wheel has been adjusted and now is crooked vs. When i brought it in it was perfectly centered. I took the truck back and the mechanic took it in fairly quick, took a drive and said its good. This is now approximately 2:15. I left and i still felt its crooked but thought this may be the road and hopped on highway. Well i was right, the truck will go left when hold the steering wheel centered( note not pulling left just will align a wee bit to left as straight line ( about 1 degree), took the car back in and this time the best mechanic was put in to work on it. He test drove it and said ok. As soon as i pilled out on the road , now it was crooked to the opposote side. Frustated i called and went back in and he went on ride with me. I expalined whole thing and showed it to him. He said ok and tried to fix it again making it worse on next test ride. The owner was kind enough and appologized and started working on it himself. After 2 test rides it was still doing the same. He showed ne that when testing we let the steering wheel go to see if car is pulling or not and if not ita good. I explained alignment is good, just the crooked steering wheel and he said it may be the road, and on highway or while driving i cant let steering wheel go aye? Needless to say it was around 425ish i left there thinking it may be good now. As soon as on highway, not only the steering is crooked but truck is now also pulling left.On the way home i decided to stop by at Mr Brake to see if its me crazy or actually it is crooked. They went on ride with me, took picture of where it should be when i am driving. Realigned as alignment was out again and fixed the issue in 15 mins in and out.Understanding that this place may be getting alot of turn over but they were not able to pin point my issue or not understand me. Again the owner is a great guy and instead of waisting mine and his time after 3 tries, he should have just said, sorry this is not something in his expertise and i should take it to another shop. Simple.Picture attach of steering wheel when the truck will go in straight line. First one when i am driving, second in a straight line on local road to full stop so i can get the exact location on how much straightning it needs.Also the alignment readings in third pic after they were done, that i got at MR Brake. for real, this is not aligned. Understanding that for lifted trucks you need special jack to make sure it can support the weight and if you dont have it, its understandable but please be honest about it.

I came with my Lexus to get an alignment. After driving my car for couple of thousands of miles I decided to get an alignment done to make sure that my car was in pristine condition. The guys did the alignment pretty quickly and thankfully weren t too busy when I came. They provided the invoice and the sheet that shows what kind of adjustments they did and what were the values before. This kind of info is very useful for people like me that keep track of everything done to the car. They also have a warranty for the service which is I think 3000 miles but check up with them to make sure.

Great shop. Came in for an alignment and the Arivex team listened to all of my concerns, doing what they could to provide the best service possible. Will definitely be coming back!

Dont come here if you re a women. They will stare you down and make you feel uncomfortable and try to rob you for your money. Honestly so disgusting. I came here because they fixed an issue for me before but that same issue came back. They charged me $50 to put grease on my car to fix this issue and not even 10 mins into driving i realized this issue was never fixed. So i go back again, & now it s $360 to fix the issue. yeah don t come here. especially if you re a women.EDIT: IT WAS YOUR EMPLOYEE. HE WAS WEARING AN AARIVEX SHIRT AND WAS BALD, maybe that rings a bell?? if you SAW on the cameras you would have ALSO seen i immediately walked BACK IN and stayed away from the windows so they could stop staring.. AGAIN, ANY WOMEN SHOULD AVOID THIS PLACE.

Called for a free estimate at 9:30am today, which was a 30 second phone call, with a quote of $70 for a 2011 Prius. Arrived just before 10am, as it s first come first served, no appointments, and left around 10:30am paying the quoted price of $70. Also, was not attempted to be upsold on anything extra. Quick, simple, easy, and well worth the price, especially today. Would recommend.

What a great and Professional team I can say this is the best Alignment Service in H-Town I used this shop for the alignment of my Toyota Camry they did a great job and also my front right Axle splinter was bad so he suggested to put something for only 5$ extra charge and saved me hundreds their price is way reasonable than the others so I highly recommend this shop for you

Great place with mechanics who are honest and won t con you out of money. Not surprised at all with the line of car at this place before it opens that s how good they are. Very reasonably priced as well!

I ve been trying to get alignment done but them prices are horrible and scary lol.NTB 179$ with the warranty. Firestone for 89$ something.New Hunter machines and clean place.These guy are awesome!It only took em about 15 to 20 mins to get it done.They also provide you the accurate information on paper!!Friendly crew and great service.Really appreciate you guys!Price wise too.Definitely recommended

This is one of my favorite car repair places. Cesar is great at listening instead of selling, he takes his time in identifying the issue and making sure it gets repaired. I have taken both my cars out here for alignment, tire installation/rotation and tire balance. This time it was a wheel bearing issue and Cesar and his crew was able to replace the wheel bearings and my car is running a lot smoother/quieter now. It took them a couple of hours but I was happy to get out of there having the issue addressed. Highly recommend this place!Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

Arrive in there with no appointment, truck got in the shop about 10 minutes later and in about 25 minutes it was done they charge me a fair price and gave me insight on my trucks bumpy tire, now i know what else I need to fix in it, very professional, courteous and honest, they don't do any other type of work but suspension work, so they will try to get you to do anything else, they are quite busy don't get this review wrong, is just that they are very efficient, thank you guys God bless

This place is great! They treat your vehicle like its theirs. One thing I really liked about the shop is how well the guys worked together. You can tell that there is a great atmosphere which can help produce quality work. I highly recommend them. Aftermarket wheels are not an issue.

Awesome people. Very quick service and reasonable price.I had taken my truck some where else and they aligned my truck but the steering wheel was not 100% straight and they made an excuse saying my truck was old.I brought it here and they got it aligned 100% perfect with out any excuse. They work great!

I had a positive experience getting my car aligned at Arivex. They identified an issue with a rear strut and were willing to repeat the alignment after replacement to ensure it was done properly. The team was respectful and service was timely.

As a technician by trade, I was highly impress with the shop equipment and the alignment technicians. They cater to big truck alignments & smaller vehicles. The place is super busy & work on first come, first serve basis. I suggest dropping off the vehicle & getting pick up,or you going to be waiting in small waiting room. It's been a week & my alignment is still correct. The price is reasonable. I'll rather pay for a accurate alignment. Avoiding premature wear on new tires. The owner is straight to the point, but always lends a helping hand. I recommend this place for a accurate alignment & reasonable price.

THE best alignment service in Houston. Ernesto and his quality crew are prompt, friendly & knowledgeable. Maybe the cleanest shop. waiting room & bathroom as well. This review coming from a nat�ve Houstonian with 50 years of automotive experience...I forgot to mention they are very reasonably priced. especially for such professional service.

These guys here at Arivex Alignment are top notch. This place gets pretty packed & busy but they hustle & are pretty quick to get whatever you bring in for alignment. I suggest showing up early & waiting an hour plus.

If you need an alignment or balancing, go here. They are busy but it's worth it. The guys are top notch, prices are great, and the work they did was fantastic. Balancing wheels may seem like a simple thing, but this is the first shop I've seen in a long while (and Ive seen plenty of them in NY and Colorado) that actually put in the effort to clean them off the right way.
