This dealership was awesome! There are so many options! I had called around to other places before this one and they were not nearly as kind on the phone. We had the luck of working with Jamaal, he's amazing!! He was patient, kind, informative, a great communicator, and he's a phenomenal problem solver too! We got a great interest rate, a GORGEOUS ride and left feeling super happy! If you're looking for a new/newer ride, check this place out, ask for Jamaal!(We got the 2024 Tiguan SE R-Line, it's incredible *chef's kiss*!)Best of luck!

They listened carefully to my concerns and provided prompt and effective solutions. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to help left a lasting positive impression on me. I really have been looking into Volkswagen for a while now & I'm glad I made my final decision to purchase. So far, I love my purchase as well as the sales Rep Clenton McDaniel. He was amazing and was able to give me exactly what I asked for! Great customer service!

We met with Robert Archer first on the recommendation of a friend who taught him in school. He was great! He sent us to Joshua in sales and the whole experience was easy and effortless. Joshua was very informative and had all the answers with a great personality. Then we moved on to Patrick in finance and come to find out we were both raised in the same place in Louisiana, so it was like a home week. We really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Volkswagen.Mike S

I purchased my 2022 Atlas from Archer on 59 HWY. I m a person who always have maintenance or anything done to my vehicle by the dealership! I ve always believed that s where you get the best service! But in the beginning the customer service here was horrible! Every one seemed like they didn t want to help or didn t know the answers to my questions! ( I asked 1 million of them lol, But only because I need to know) I said I d never come back here! Fortunately/unfortunately, I needed to get my vehicle looked at immediately, and I did not have time to Search for dealership! This time my advisor was George Ybarra!! They have revamped!!! I love the quality of service And his genuine concern For my concerns! There is nothing like great customer service! From now on this is who I m asking for! I love feeling confident In good hands and it s being taken care of! They ll get my business again as long as Georgia is there!

The customer service was top notch & Chris from start to finish was so patient and awesome to work with. Wasn t the normal feeling of the pushy salesman stereotype, I felt heard in my desires during the process. All and all I would definitely recommend this dealership & Chris to work with!

Purchased an ID.4 Pro S and couldn't be happier with the service. Chris Hernandez, Internet Manager, was knowledgeable and transparent with pricing. If you re going for a service don t waste your time, there are many other dealerships you can visit. I called the service department to have my car put back online. The man who answered the phone said I could come right away to have that done. Upon getting to service department, the men at the desk said they don t have any of my information for an appointment and that they were fully booked.It s clear that they will say anything to have you come in right away with no intention of assisting you.

Great staff, and lots of options to choose from. If want a great car buying experience without any high pressure salesperson breathing down your neck, then this is the car dealership for you. I was 100% satisfied with my experience.

It was my first time having George as my service advisor because the one I had scheduled was busy at the time. He provided updates throughout my time and was kind. My vehicle issue was also solved quickly. Additionally, I forgot that my tire pressure had to be reset because I had my tired balanced and rotated + added more air the following morning. The low pressure notice popped up on my dashboard and we called George the next day and he easily walked us through how to reset it.

What a terrific experience I had from the time I drove onto the Archer Volkswagen lot to when I drove off with my new Taos! My Sales Manager, Jamaal took a lot of time showing me vehicles, explaining features and answering questions. He helped facilitate an excellent purchase experience at Archer Volkswagen.

Found this place though Google. I've been shopping around for a car for the last 2 months and have been to about 6 showrooms. Nothing clicked until I came here.Habib was incredibly patient and a very knowledgeable salesman. He treated me like family and I couldn't be happier. I want to also thank Patrick in financing for all of his patience and kindness. 11/10 amazing place. Will bring family here for more business. Absolutely amazing experience.

I had a really great experience purchasing a 2024 Taos SE from Chris Hernandez this week! He spoke with me from Monday through Friday getting me the best possible deal. The car I originally liked sold (my own fault, I did not put a deposit down) and he did his best to find one that could be brought in sooner that matched what I wanted, but I eventually picked something on the lot instead. He was very patient and informative, and I really appreciated his help this week. I love my new Taos and will always recommend shopping here to anyone looking for a VW!

We decided to stop by to view small SUVs to replace a total loss from an accident after viewing many other small SUV options from Honda, Toyota, Buick, Jeep. We were heading to Mazda for our final viewing but saw VW on the way and thought we'd see what they have but not spend much time. Surprisingly, we found a very affordable option in the Taos which includes many standard tech and safety features in the base model around 25K. The SE trim adds a larger screen and more convenience options for a few thousand more and we saw an option with a huge panoramic sunroof as well. For the price we were astonished and the test drive sold the deal. The car is solid and rides very smoothly. The staff were amazing as well especially June and Robert. Every question we had they had an answer and they knew the cars inside and out. We got a great deal on a lease and they really took care of us. Overall we are happy and recommend to everyone looking for a great deal on any SUV but especially a small SUV!

They have always been very professional and provide exceptional service... They do a great job maintaining my car and never are too busy to help you out when need something done... Just wish the waiting room was a bit nicer with a place to work if needed.., still I'm sure in time they will fix that area up.. still the work they do a great job servicing the car which is what most important...,I highly recommend Archer VW..,

I had an coolant leaking issue on my Atlas. Just stopped by at Archer. Ivan kindly helped coordinate all the checking and following repairs. I was also given a Uber ride for free. The entire process was very smooth and professional. The issue was fixed quickly in the same day. Couldn't be happier that I drove my car home without leaking any more.

My experience at Archer Volkswagen was nice as always. Ivan helped me out in checking out my vehicle. I was concerned about my rear brakes and a message popping up on my dash stating I needed an oil change. Ivan also made some recommendations about additional services. I will definitely come back to this location. Staff is very professional. I have no complaints.

Had a very easy and no pressure sale here. Ricardo (Rico), our salesman, was pleasant and helpful getting our deal done. He even delivered the van to my house personally. Honest sales manager and quick (for a dealership) financing. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

A five-star rating would be possible if you guys used the system other VW dealers (such as Momentum VW) use to enhance the customer experience. Instantly, at the very moment you drop off your vehicle, you start receiving text messages to keep you updated all throughout the time the vehicle spends in the shop. At some point, you never speak to anyone. Even the approval for any work to be performed is done like this via a link they text to you. :)

Habib was my salesman and he was extremely patient and worked with me for over a month to find what I needed. If you go I d definitely recommend asking for him if you re unsure about what you want. The customer service is truly great here and everyone is helpful and professional. By far the best Volkswagen location in the Houston Metropolitan Area.2/16/24 update : Ms Lisa, Peter and Devin in Service are awesome! again everyone here is so kind and accommodating. I really recommend this location for anything regarding Volkswagen.
