Amazing experience, it was my first time, I had gone to other auto shops and didn t want to take my car because of how full they were. Apex though busy they assisted me, reassured me and help with all my needs and worries. Jimmy was a great guy definitely recommend anybody to check this place out.

Thank you Apex Auto Collision for completing my brakes and rotors. My mechanic recently passed away and trusting someone else is hard to find. So that said I had to definitely fine someone else i can trust. Apex Auto handled what I needed to get done in a timely manner. My heart wasn't beating out my shirt on the quote. And these guys was very professional. My LandRover RangeRover has found a new home for my mechanical needs. Hospitality was absolutely fantastic, and very comfortable clean environment. I am compelled to write about my experience, the quality of my total experience from the very first phone call to driving off in my newly repaired car was nothing but fantastic. Jimmy, the Manager assisted me and established full confidence in his ability and delivered on every last point of service, from working with my insurance to showing me the progress in repairs. I am a Army veteran and now 80 years old. In all my adult life, i must say i have never, never had a better experience with any repair shop let alone automotive repair. the best description of this business is PROVESSIONAL, PERSONAL, and real INTEGRITY. Andrew, one of the owners and GM of the business made it a point to show me absolute confidence that i was receiving the best service possible with OEM parts. I must say, through the whole ordeal of getting my car repaired, from the start to finish Jimmie and Andrew delivered along with their techs pure quality on every point of service. Jimmy and Apex really took care of me! I wasn t planning on being in Katy for three weeks after a car accident, but I couldn t have asked for a better, more reputable collision center to take care of me and my Hybrid!!!Jimmy s team is on the up and up and if you re looking for an honest company you ll find it here! Phenomenal experience, Jimmy was very communicative and Andrew was very professional and detailed. They took care of every issue I had without fail. Both these guys customer service is remarkable and something that Is worth noting and commending. Collision centers around Houston can learn a thing or two from here.

Everyone who works at this shop will treat you with respect. This especially extends to the tow truck drivers who like to recommend them as their go-to shop. I was helped immediately and they helped make an extremely stressful situation bearable.I am not knowledgeable when it comes to cars but I am willing to ask a lot of annoying questions. The employees at every level gave me the time of day and were proud of and excited about the work they do. While I hope Im never in a situation where I will need to come back, I will definitely give Apex a glowing recommendation to anyone who could use their help.

I was pleasantly impressed by the level of customer attention I received from this shop when I brought my car in for repair. Normally, when I take my automobile to a shop, I just explain the problem, and they take care of it however they see fit. The owner came out and made sure to ask all the questions in order to get my car fixed. He was incredibly, friendly, professional and gracious in every way! Also, shout out to jimmy for making sure I had something to drink and a little snack while I waited. I will definitely be back. Thank you to all the guys at apex for helping in every way possible!!!

Jamal who towed my car was super helpful letting me know my options and bought me water to calm down after the accident. Car ended up totaled but this placed worked with my insurance (Progressive) and got a response back in a week. The tow was included from insurance. Would gladly go with these guys again

Had a little oopsie with my vehicle ,called the local tow man (Waleed ) was very responsive and helpful as usualSpoke with Jimmy and Andrew who were ontop of my claim ,I have never been to a shop who was so thorough with there work and provided 100% satisfaction with the customers Wants and NeedsThey don t half way things ,they take their time and do things right ,I was amazed when I saw the tear down apex auto collision did just to make sure the insurance isn t trying to do things cheaply or shady . They made sure any damages or safety concerns are brought up and noted .Hopefully I won t have anymore ooopsie but if I doapex is the place to go

Apex Auto is the absolute best body shop in the Houston/Katy area! Everyone in the office is great, even the gentleman that towed my car. They kept me updated on the status of my car and worked thoroughly and diligently with my insurance adjuster to make sure every thing was properly taken care of. The work done on my Grand Cherokee is exceptional and it was done in a timely fashion. Working with Apex has truly been a pleasure. When it comes my car, I am very picky about who works on and had a few bad experiences in the past. However, the guys at Apex Auto Collusion were awesome! My car was in an accident and the staff at Apex Auto Collusion were helpful, understanding, flexible and over the top customer service. After all the repairs were done, it look and felt like my car just came out factory. They did an amazing job and guaranteed that parts used were all under warranty. Overcharged me on repairs and my insurance totaled out my car. Went from $3,300 to $12,000. I DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND! The greed from the company lost me my car!

These people Help me out so much they fix someone. It was going to cost me a $1000. Add another place, and they only did it for 475. And they also paid for a Uber to take you where giving me to go.

They refused to do service with me because I found a smart way to save 1k dollars . Very unprofessional I found a place down the street in my house that will install my pre painted bumper and save so much money .

I had the absolute best experience with Apex. From the time my wrecked car was towed by one of their tow truck drivers (who was so polite) to the end when my car was totaled out. They were in constant communication with me updating me on any info they would get. Even called me take make sure I got everything out of my car before the insurance company picked it up and went out looked for something I thought I left in the car. 10 stars. They are amazing! I would highly recommend using this shop. The level of customer service is impeccable.

They guys at Apex are absolutely awesome, their customer service is out of this world and have taken care of me and my car since the moment my accident happened. I couldn t recommend them enough! Shoutout to my boy Jimmy for handling everything involving my car.
