Our car wouldn t start ( not the battery). I live within 2 min from the shop so I called to see if they could come diagnose my car. They were so friendly and helpful on the phone, and they sent out Sam to help us out. We figured out the problem, cold weather can cause a number of issues but we were really lucky that it wasn t serious! He explained the issue once the car turned and and he was on his way. I offered to pay some kids of house call fee but Sam was just happy to help. So many other places would have taken advantage of that. Having several mechanics in my family ( they all live in San Antonio) I can t say enough about this experience. I literally felt like I had called on my brother or stepdad to come help me and now I have a place ( very close to home ) that I can trust! I plan on giving them my business from now on. Thanks Sam!

The shop got a renovated update now and it's such a nice, clean, and organized mechanic shop! Sam is very informative, and varies in all auto mechanic and electric services! Honest and wonderful service everytime! I recommend to everyone I know!

This mechanic- is a scam. Do not trust this mechanic, nor get your car towed to his shop- he will leave your car outside like nothing and try to get money off you,no matter what. So, my starter in my car wasnt working. Couldnt turn my car on.i Called the bodyshop and I gave him the make and model for the. Vehicle. I was Very specific with the make and model and the issue. He priced me at 120 for labor only. I called him three times to Verify the price. So, I decided to go with him. Should of seen the red flag, when he charged me 75 dollars to tow my car to his shop, which was literally 4mns away. The car gets to his body shop and then all of a sudden he raises the price to 300 dollars, just for labor work. So, I felt scammed because he gave me a different price before towing my car. So i denied service because i was not comfortable with the labor amount. Sam was eager to get money off me. He wanted to charge me to take my vehicle back to the place where he picked it up from(4mns away). May I remind u he dint do nothing to the vehicle. So I said I'll pick it up. Because its not fair for u to charge me if u havent done nothing and then change the price on me once it gets to the shop. The man SAM was eager to get money of me. Charging me for a diagnostic-which I dont know why.if I told SAM the problem. My recommendation is to find a mechanic that knows the vehicle and doesnt change the price on you. This guy SAM and his crew will scamm you and change the price on you and leave u to hang.

In. Up. Fixed. Down. ON MY WAY I was short 40 bucks but Sam said pay me later, after 3 days i came to pay him.. Good man i trust him

0 stars this dirt bag owner stole my part (a brake caliper) anyway my husband bought a caliper from O'riley Auto Parts and tries to put it on well he had some trouble with it took it here and they "fixed" it but did not get kept making excuses as to what else it could be after I paid him 400$ because something else was wrong and still was having the same problem finally took it to someone else and I was asked why I bought a caliper from a junk yard cause it looked super old and rusty hmm so I asked them to check the other part I supposedly paid for and that was never replaced either, I went to ask what was with that and he told me maybe I thought I bought new parts but I didn't and and employee was also asked why he did this again right in front of me. They are a bunch of criminal check your parts people before you leave and don't except a box as proof of something having been done they do this too" I'll show you the box" check to make sure there are no recall on your vehicle and go somewhere else before you bring it to this place horrible experience here.
