I would just like to say that it is difficult find Good and reliable mechanic shops, but when you do hold on to them. This is one shop I will hold on and continue to use. Norma and everyone there have gone above and beyond when I have taken my truck to get serviced. Job well done Americorp

This is our go to diesel repair shop we have been using with our company for years. Norma always takes care and explains throughly on what needs to get done. The work is done efficiently and with good communication while your trucks are in there . Good at keeping at records of all vehicles that are in there . They have a big lot so it s easy to get any kind of 18 wheeler in the yard

The Truth these people are liars and thieves. Definitely run don t walk. They charge for work and parts they don t do. In my experience, I dealt with them through a warranty company for years. The warranty company made them take pictures (which I maybe what I should ve done) so they couldn t finagle the job how they want. Had a bad injector replaced by them. Misrepresenting the job they say they use all the parts are new from the dealer. Injector was a reman not new hence a 30 day warranty. But yet all the parts they get are new dealer parts. Then charged me for a valve cover gasket that allegedly cost $950!! The old one was allegedly glued on but how do you prove that when they didn t call to notify of different repair and just do whatever work you want without authorization. I called Freightliner and looked online and I can t find 1 valve cover gasket that cost anywhere close to $950. I ve found a valve cover kit which cost close to $950 but I know they did not change the rocker arms, overhead clips, etc. When pressed about this I got a lot of defending the techs work and less of explaining how the valve cover gasket is $950. On top of this these people just did the repair on said gasket and never notified me beforehand of additional cost for a gasket either way. Last I checked a customer is supposed to be notified before adding additional repairs outside the scope of the original repair. I just walked into a $2100 repair with an explantation after the fact. Not to mention, somehow after the repair, my wiring for my Sam cab module messed up and the truck stalled 2 days later after the tech checked the harness for some reason. Separate issue they claim .. I think they may have just taken parts off another truck or salvaged engine then charged whatever for it. Reason I say this is, I took the truck to another shop and they checked the work. New shop said there was no new gasket put on there. They had to check it because of checking for another bad injector problems given recent work. Idk but what I do know is, even I broke down right in front of this ragedy establishment I would rather tow it somewhere else than repair it here! Good riddance! I see why it s pretty much a ghost town over there.

Needed quick repairs on semi truck and this place made it possible. Amazing customer care .Will be returning in the future for all repairs. Hopefully the customer service guy Jose invites me to lunch.

Nice people, friendly and fast. Had a check engine light come on in my isx15. I got there before they opened, The tech jumped on it right away, checked codes did a forced regen, removed and cleaned a few sensors, and a few other things.I also had a loose heat shield near the turbo that I didn't ask him to touch and when I got my truck I noticed he put a new bolt on there.All I got charged for was the regen. I'll def be back there!

This is a very good place but beware. If the cost was close to the estimate it would have been 5 *. Bottom line, they took me in the same day so that was a blessing. Thought it was a V-Band leaking but turns out it was a manifold issue. I had 2 bolts shear on my exhaust manifold. I was wondering why I needed to add coolant and there was no leak, I also heard ticking and lots of air noise plus the turbo was working extra hard and on top of that the engine break was extremely loud. The head mechanic was very knowledgeable and diagnosed our issue very quickly. They provided me 2 estimates, one for $3,200 (they had to remove the turbo) and one for $5,200 if I needed a manifold. The overall repair came to $4,584.14 (no manifold needed) - 5% mil discount (229.21), $136.98 CC Fee and $113.03 Tax. All in all $4,467.96 out the door. Granted, they had to replace the coolant because it was contaminated and there were 2 bolts buried in the head they worked hard to get out. The communication could have been better so we kept calling them to get the updates we needed except for the cost creep and they did finish the truck on the promised date. Now, my T680 is running very well so I'm very pleased on that note. I don't get to say your load was $4,500 and up it to $6,000 because I had a flat on the way. I recommend this place especially if you have the funds. If you had a streak of issues plague you as we have, just be mindful and have a backup plan. Now it runs wonderful. Still a gutless PACCAR but running smooth LOL. If something goes way wrong in the next 90 days I'll provide an update but as far as I can tell they are a solid repair shop.

Quick, efficient, polite, well-spoken, thorough, fair priced - these are the things that come to mind when trying to describe the service provided to me from this company last night. I called at about 11 PM and got an answer on the first try. Derek was extremely helpful, and got to my driver in approximately 30 minutes. He had him up and running within an hour from my first phone call. He called me immediately when he was done to give me his follow up report. You can t beat that kind of service anywhere at any time of day in this industry. Period. If you think you can, you re kidding yourself. The icing on the cake for me was what they charged me for this service, it was WAY lower than what I would have expected at that hour of the night. Truth be told... I felt like I robbed these people for what I paid them for the level of service they provided. Honestly, this experience was perfect from start to finish. They are now saved in my cell phone and will be my first call every time for my Houston area issues. THANK YOU DEREK! Highly recommended to anyone who wants reliable and trustworthy service.

This place is AWESOME!!! If you consider great service to be a thing of the past, you re wrong. I ve never walked into a shop and felt like I was not going to get screwed- until I met the guys over at Americorp Diesel Repair. They are great! In the past, I have done business with a local International dealer and their repair time is beyond long. Desperately searching for a reputable repair shop with a quick turn around time, , I tried Americorp. I spoke to Jose on Wednesday and was able to bring my semi in the next day. The staff was helpful and quickly pulled my truck into a bay. And it was ready the next day! I had the pleasure of working with Derek, Brandon and Jose. They are great guys and very professional. I am confident in their work. If you are done being stressed and dealing with long repair times, do yourself a favor and take your truck here. You won t be disappointed.

I found a truck for sale online that looked great. I ask them to go do a walk around and give me there opinion on the truck before I traveled 800 miles. They went out, sent back multiple pics and a complete inspection form. They were very reasonable for what they did and saved me a trip.

We didn't call till late in the evening Saturday they made provisions for us to park our broken vehicle on the lot that night after hours.They had a mechanic start working on it on Sunday to remove a broken motor mount.On Monday they got the parts and installed them and we're rolling by Monday afternoon.This is a very difficult job to do and they made the process fast and is easy as possible.Very fair pricing and they are on speed dial now if we have issues while in the Houston area.I had to edit my post..I just read a bunch of their reviews and I just want to add people that say they charge too much really don't understand the industry and what they're up against running an after-hours business.The job they did on our truck I can tell you was very much within the market would charge and I'm certainly believe some people would have charged more.The reviews really do look mean and hateful and I can tell you that if you pay less than $400 for someone to even show up you need to be thankful because that's typically what you're going to get on a road call of any type.Try paying a wrecker bill and having your stuff towed anywhere from $400 to $800 before the repairs even start..Anyway they were very courteous everyone I spoke to from start to finish and would highly recommend them and we'll use them if we have issues in the future.

I've been a Trucker for 14 years, this Is by far the best shop I have ever experienced.Great service!Very knowledgeable!I had an all around Great experience!Please don't hesitate to call them, they will get the job done in a timely manner. They won't sell you anything you don't need. They are patient, kind and honest. My road side tech was Alex he found the problem in a matter of minutes. My in shop tech was Brandon. Both guys were nice,friendly and know exactly what they are doing.

My husband had his truck in this shop a few weeks ago and never did write a review, so I thought I would do it for him. He had an issue with his brakes, and brought it in to the shop kind of late in the afternoon. He needed the truck for an important load in the morning. They started working on his truck right away, and stayed late after closing to finish the job so he could pick up his load on time. The price was fair, and the service was friendly. All in all it was a great experience. Thank you Americorp.

Awesome mechanic crew!! Top vote hands down. I had a small air leak somewhere under the bus. They found it and repaired it in about an hour or so. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly. What more can you expect? Thumbs up, 5 stars every day.

Call them if you would like to be charged 358.00 for a service man to jump your truck and be there 45 minutes at the most. When asked for them to do what is right and be fair, got threatened to have a wrecker come a tow my truck off. Tech was great, company sucks.

PERFECTThey were so helpful. They actually worked on my truck (yes a simple fix) and they never charged me a penny. Also they went through my truck to find anything that might need to be fixed, all these for free. Yes I would recommend all the truckers to try them.

The service technician was very friendly and professional but the management/ownership should be ashamed at what they charged us to deliver 10 gallons of diesel almost 6 miles in Houston, $566.58, preposterous and just wrong on so many levels! My fault for not paying more attention to the receipt, their fault for the way they handled my call once I saw our American Express statement, shameful and dishonest on a level that cannot be righteously described.

They were was friendly at first but the service was horrible the repairs were not accurate. The rate for the repair was extremely high $2100 to be exact. Won't be returning back to there anytime soon they need to get certified mechanics not people that guess what's going on with your vehicle off the top of there head. We dropped a truck box off with no check engine light showing and when we picked it back up the second diagnostic. Because the first one wasn't don't correct the check engine light was on and they said there was nothing they could do about it.I was pissed.Finally they did was return my diagnostic fee after a lot of going back and forth. About the issue that took place.

After reading these reviews and i was concerned about getting repairs here, So glad I did because now Ifeel compelled to leave a review. I usually work on my own truck but there are times repairs are above my pay grade.Jonathan is impressive with the attention to detail and knowledge of heavy duty equipment. He pointed out something that I missed completely. Fast and efficient mechanic. I'll come here just for that reason.While waiting I listened to Robert interact with customers and find it difficult to understand how anyone doesn't understand what they're getting. Very thorough. I think it would help the customer if they asked lots of questions. Super accommodating.Ugly dog? Lol. Obviously not a dog person. Chows are not for everyone.I've been to way too many shops and I can tell you that theft isn't what happens here. Quality work and honesty does. If you're used to cheap work then stay with the shade tree mechanic. If you want it done right by people who understand what it takes to get the job done right the first time..do yourself a favor and call. Ask questions and make an appointment. Glad I did. Exceptional service. We came in to Houston and couldn't get in to the Ford dealership. We called Americorp and they got us fixed and back on the road the same day. They didn't sell us anything we didn't need and did an awesome job. Very recommended we appreciate the good work.

We brought our 30ft enclosed to americorp after my husband spent 11 confusing hours trying fix the led lights after the wiring and lights were stolen. the manufacturer was no help. on the way to the shop i put the blinker on and the blinker was surging with the brakes! After initially getting there, John called me saying the repairs were done. the turn around time was 2 hours. impressive. they re wired it and we made our delivery barely on time. We will definitely be back if any issues occur with our trailer. Thanks guys.

we called A.D.R. to come out and fix my Lull fork lift,about 2 hours go by and they make it outhere to fix it .The mechanic pulled off one of the lines to the injector pump and asked if we had asmall tool so he could push down a check ball ,so I gave him a tool so he could push it down ,Thenhe adjusted the governor and he was finished .Total time fixing the unit 40 minutes. I thought sweetgot my for lift back fast .Then I got the bill what a joke service call 95.00 no problem ,then a mileagecharge of 115,50 ,then a diagnostic charge of 232.50 then shop supplies of 31.36 for nothing.for a total of $481.94 with tax . So I called down there to see if they could explain why it was so High and they said you called us so what is the problem . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A RIP OFF

Had my ac serviced two weeks ago to make sure evwrything was ready for summer. Everything good a little low on freon.(two weeks later) Had an ac line get against my turbo and melt a hole in it. Got the line made and installed it myself. Went here to get freon put in, they tried to tell me i had all kinds of leaks in my system which i know i didnt. Just be careful 140.00 and hr for labor adds up fast
