Wow is an understatement!! Excellent customer service and outstanding results! I wasn t sure exactly what I wanted to do with my new Jeep. American Custom Jeep manager and the owner were patient, and understanding, answered all my questions promptly, and ensured I was confident in my decision. My Jeep looks excellent; quality work; beyond excited when I saw the finished product. They turned my ordinary Jeep into Extraordinary!!!

After my wrap was trashed, I started looking into alternatives. I stumbled across American Custom Jeep and am so happy that I did! My husband has very high expectations when it comes to customer service, and these guys blew him away from day one. They put together what I had in mind, but made it a million times better. Not only was the turnaround time quick, but we were sent progress pictures and videos throughout the process. Everywhere I go, people ask questions about it. I am obsessed with my pink jeep and I am happy and proud to recommend American Custom Jeep.

Not trust worthy sell jeeps with issues and lie to customers. These guys sell Jeeps with "Branded" titles on vehicles and do not let customers know. This means the title is not clean and will affect your insurance and if you want to get a warranty no company will approve you.Do not believe the phony and fake smiles these are con artists not business men and will take advantage of you in the end. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable place to conduct your business. Do not make the same mistake I did and trust them "Buyer Beware".Also the Jeep had major issues including engine (they repaired it just enough so I wouldn t find out till later). Spent over $12K to get the needed repairs done some of them were the customization they did which took over 3 months just for radio, alarm, and a few other items also they charged me for a kill switch and alarm but never installed the kill switch they said it was part of the alarm but charged me separately and never refunded my money. I normally do not post reviews like this but this has been the worst experience of my life do yourself a favor and just go to Total Off Road & More. If you do not believe me ask around you will see the positive reviews you see on Google do not reflect their reputation which is horrible.

Right from the start Saeed and his team treat you like family! (I EVEN GOT BIRTHDAY CAKE!!) Very happy with my purchase as they offer quality service with quality parts. My Jeep is minimal compared to the endless upgrades they offer. Their creativity is UNREAL! Looking forward to doing business with them in the near future!

I want to share my experience I had with American Custom Jeep particularly their quality of work and customer service for the way they conduct business. I brought my vehicle into their shop to have a hard top installed. When I arrived home noticed something that didn't make me very happy. There was some damage done to the PPF on the roll bar. I then removed the hard top to discover that as they removed the soft top, they severely gouged the paint down to bare metal. I contacted the company to notify them of the damage and they refused to take any responsibility and take action to address the damage. If anyone decides to use this shop beware of the risks involved if they damage your vehicle, because they will not take responsibility for any of the damaged causes. I wouldn t want this to happen to anyone else in the community.

My wife wanted to start upgrading her Jeep (2014 Jeep Rubicon AEV) and her friend tried to convince her that buying stuff on Amazon and letting her dad bolt the stuff on would be the way to go.We disagreed.I hopped online and found ACJ pretty quickly and thought they were fake by looking at the pictures. Decided to call them up and set an appointment and was soon pleasantly surprised. When I arrived I saw many of the Jeeps displayed on their Facebook/Instagram/Google actually in their shop. My confidence went up and we made the arrangements.It can get pricey, indeed, and fortunately we've had the money this year to upgrade her Jeep but it is definitely worth it. The owner, Navid, stayed engaged with us the whole time providing text updates and even calling from time to time to chat and let me know of any delays or leftover upgrades from other projects that can be added to ours at a discount. I also got to know one of the techs there, Justin, and subscribed to his YouTube channel as well.They do amazing work and can do just about anything you want to your Jeep or truck. Intake, exhaust, audio, leather interior, lifts, wheels and tires, LED add-ons and more.

I usually don t put reviews but this place really deserves to be recognized. I initially wanted to put a lift kit and tires but Navid the manager showed me options That really brought the vision of my dream jeep to life. He spent time over the phone going through many options/colors. I couldn t be more happier with the whole process. I will recommend this to friends and family for sure. Thank you American custom jeep!

Phenomenal work and customer service. They talked to me for 20 min on my first call and went in depth on a few different options and answered all my questions. I know they are busy, but they never once made me feel rushed. The kevlar on our jeep turned out AMAZING. They really pay attention to detail and do it right. Will def be going back and referring anyone I know to them.

Navid and the team at American Custom Jeep did a beautiful job with my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. The entire experience was first class. They worked hard to get all the work completed on schedule. And, every detail was flawless. They also spent all the time i needed when i picked it up to go over all the features. Everywhere i go, people stop me and want to know who built my Jeep. If you are considering customizing a new Jeep or having some modifications made to your existing Jeep, give Navid a call.

I brought my 2020 jeep gladiator. All I wanted was a lift and wheels for it and Navid and his team made that happen. He helped me decide whats best for my Jeep. I dropped off my Jeep in the morning and they were able to finish my Jeep the same day! Highly recommend this establishment . Definitely coming back to get my interior done.

I highly recommend American Custom Jeep for any paint job. I damaged the paint on my 2022 Jeep and they took care of it at a very reasonable price. Their staff was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. They have amazing customer service. The work done on my vehicle was immaculate and it only took them less then the hours i expected them to have my Jeep ready. Wow! I am so impressed by this company! I will never go anywhere else. Thank you!

I spent a lot of time researching for the best place to have my jeep customed. I then found American Custom Jeep and saw all their work on their website and IG and made the decision on my mind. Me and my family are so greatful and happy and excited and many other good emotions at the same time. We are so glad Nayib was able to see my vision (the way I wanted it to look like) and turn it into a reality. BEST PLACE TO HAVE YOUR JEEP CUSTOM

These guys are amazing! They have exceeded all my expectations by far. From their customer service to the quality of their builds. As soon as I walked in their facility, I knew I made the right choice. They were very patient with me the whole time since I am a very detailed person. They were able to build the Jeep exactly the way I wanted plus more! If you are looking to buy a Jeep or do any upgrades, I highly recommend American Custom Jeep!!

I bought a new Jeep and shipped it to Naveed at American custom Jeeps. The took care of the transport and I never thought modifying a Jeep to these measures would be a tough process, but they made it easy and it was stress free and was easy on my wallet so to speak!! :) The Jeep looks awesome and I have gotten compliments almost every time I park or go out with my family. When I finalize my purchase of my truck, I will be sending it to them to upgrade it as well. I compared prices to a few places and I got more and better quality for my money!! They do great work and use the best quality. The interior is insane and I can sit in my Jeep and relax when it gets hectic in my house. :) They are great!!Anthony C

Horrible customer service I was scheduled to get a car they had for sale and they sold it someone else behind my back without any notice to me mind you I was coming all the way from out of state nothing but wasted time and gas

Our jeep was just delivered and it is Awesome! It is fully customized inside and out and the quality is amazing. We ve had it only a week and have had multiple compliments. I did everything over the phone and online. I have never been to the shop and wasn t sure what to expect. You can rest assured that if your getting a jeep from American Custom the quality is great. The customer service Navid provided was top notch.

I had a issue with one of my LED headlight that American Custom Jeep installed. I brought it back months later and Navid replaced it at no cost. I really appreciate their great customer service and attention to detail. I will definitely return for future up grades. Thanks again!!

I picked my jeep up today!! Had a great experience. Naveed and the team were very detailed on explaining all the modifications and add ons. Explained the whole process very well and did an amazing job with everything. Would recommend going through American custom Jeep s!!

ACJ installed a lift system on my 2020 Gladiator. A couple of weeks later my front tires stated to wiggle. I told ACJ my stabilizer was not right. ACJ told me it was the factory shocks. A couple of weeks later, the same thing. I went to another custom jeep shop and found out I had the wrong stabilizer on my jeep.

Amazing experience with this business. I am glad I chose American Custom Jeep. The Jeep was everything I was hoping for! Their craftsmanship and quality was unbelievable. All for a great price. They made the process so easy for me from beginning to end. I definitely recommend these guys. BEST CUSTOM JEEP SHOP AROUND!

My 1997 Jeep Sahara has been great for years but it needed some exciting improvements. I found many places that would sell you parts or install them for you. That experience fell short of my dreams until I met Naveed at American Custom Jeep. Instantly I felt that he could provide not only products but ideas and designs that brought quality and excitement into my ride again. I am now the proud owner of a unique Jeep experience.

American Custom Jeep the name says it all. I can t say enough about this place. I bought a 2019 Jeep from them in the $60K range sight-unseen and after delivery to Chicago, I couldn t be happier. It looks and drives better than I expected it would. I worked directly with Navid at American Custom and he answered every possible question I had and invested hours with me on the phone over the course of several weeks between the purchase and the time during which we added other bells and whistles to the Jeep. Navid was trust-worthy and did everything he said he would and then some. He didn t oversell me on anything; he actually recommended against some items that I wanted to add on by stating, you don t need it, less will be more on this build. I researched several shops before deciding on American Custom Jeep and when it came down to a very popular builder in Southern Florida and American Custom, there was no comparison in quality and parts being used. After speaking with a very popular Florida Jeep shop, I felt like it was a factory just churning out Jeeps and the folks there had very little interest in spending more than 10 min on the phone with me and were reluctant to send me additional pics/videos; they made me feel like it was a chore and I was being a nuisance that I just couldn t purchase a $60K Jeep without asking so many questions. The South Florida shop rep actually said, these things fly off the shelves, either you want it or you don t. I had a completely different experience with Navid (at American Custom Jeep). He was informative, patient, and willing to send me ANY information, pics, or videos I wanted. After getting to know him further during our phone interactions, it became clear that he was very passionate about his profession of building/designing custom jeeps and I found him to be more knowledgeable than any other shop I had spoken with. My online research prior to purchase made me nervous about all the issues one could have with custom/lifted jeeps (i.e. death wobble, bumpy rides, etc). Navid explained how they build their product and what parts they do (and could use) to have the Jeep drive exactly the way I want to based on how I was going to use it with my family. In summary, I am extatic about my new 2019 Jeep JL and am very happy I decided to buy from American Custom. People are constantly taking pictures of my Jeep at red lights, gas stations, etc and when I take it to a car event or other venue, people tend to look and spend more time looking at my Jeep and commenting on it, then they do on the exotic sports cars parked right next to it. I also owned an exotic sports car but when this jeep arrived, I sold the sports car shortly thereafter b/c I actually had more fun driving this jeep (true story). To give you additional perspective, in the first two weeks of ownership, I had 2 people offer to buy my Jeep and my answer was . Not for Sale but here is the contact info to the folks who can build you one just like it! And funny story, the person who bought the exotic sports car from me wanted to buy the Jeep as well. I have never owned a custom Jeep prior to this but having/driving one is a bit difficult to put into words. It is truly very different than the experience you get driving other cars.

These are by far the cleanest and most beautifully detailed custom jeeps I have EVER seen! Once you see them in person, you will agree with me. They really stand out among any other jeeps you'll see on the road ..hands down. The guys there really work hard to make sure they get the jeeps ready in time and provide you with QUALITY work. The jeeps are delivered in impeccable condition. Go check them out, you will thank me :)
