I would give them 6 stars if I could. I've been going to them for years. They do great work and have saved me lots of money. Mohammed and his wife are the owners and they have always been very friendly to me. They will treat you well. I've had a new air condition install,new manifold body and paint work , and my regular maintainable all done by alpha international. They have great certified mechanics and the body and the paint guys are excellent. Give alpha international a try you won't be disappointed.

I ve been coming here for 8 years for minor and major work. They treat you like family. They go out of their way to make sure you re getting an affordable price on the work being done. If you want go somewhere that will value you and your vehicle this is the place for you. As a woman it s hard to find a mechanic shop that you don t feel like you re getting sold things you don t need but Ayesha is always right there help explain what s needed and why in a respectful and honest manner.

I have exclusively used Alpha for my and my son's cars for over 18 years. They have always provided excellent service. All repairs have been explained in detail before the work is done and all my questions explained in terms I can understand. I very highly recommend them to anyone looking for superb auto maintenance and service.

I have been using Alpha International for over 10 years. The owners and workers are very friendly. They have always worked with me and make sure my car is fixed whenever it has issues. Alpha International has been on South Main many years. My first experience with Alpha international was an emergency situation. A gas station attendant accidentally put regular gas in my 300 TD Mercedes-Benz. Alpha International was the first place I saw. When I pulled in and explained to the owners, Mr. and Mrs. Mohammed what had happened; her husband immediately removed the problem by addressing the solution. He had all the regular gas removed from the system, saving my vehicle from sheer destruction. In the past, I have used them on several occasions, receiving exceptional, customer service, and complete, mechanical and body repair to my satisfaction.

Amazing service and people, if someone tries and says it s them, please understand people go through things and try to put it on people who try and help, That s why people sometimes don t. And always remember The world is not an evil place, people are just scared hurt hungry tired and or bored. I love you.Blessings to them and you all.

Customer service was kind and friendly, but the main issue I took my vehicle to be repaired for was not fixed nor assessed properly. My truck shut off on me while driving and it happened a couple of times, a new battery was just bought and the alternator was fine, but the issue continued. I requested and pay for the diagnostic, which I ended up overpaying for, I paid $105 although I was told $85, and only got $55 back towards the job, which on their signs it states that the full amount of $85 will be used towards the service if is decided to continue with their service. I was the one that provided the code that another mechanic found out when he tested my truck for, and used that as a second opinion for them to verified, overall I ended up with transmission fluid and installation of a new thermosta plus labor for a total of $500 and some change, something I learned later it shouldn't cost me that much, and the worst part I ended up paying for something that had nothing to do with the issue I took my truck for, my truck still shut off after leaving the mechanic on my way home in the middle of incoming traffic! After further research I found another mechanic, the "issues" that were fixed had nothing to do with the shutting off of my truck. I've learned a lesson and is a shame because it felt as I was in good hands based on the kindness and shared of personal experiences from the staff and what I thought knowledge on what they were doing based on the years of experience I heard they have. I know I won't be able to get my money back, just as many others that had similar experience, which was not a little bit I got charged for, but nonetheless, I know I will not come back and advise others to please do follow the reviews, something I should've pay attention. Please always asked for a second or third opinion before you accept any service. My rush on not be able to drive safely cost me a lot. Absolutely awful place. No type of customer service whatsoever. I went to get emissions testing. I ve never been asked for insurance when I go get emissions done, this is the FIRST time ever. Even though my insurance is up to date, they refused to service my car or even provide assistance. Further, he refused to shred my information that he wrote down. It seems as if there is a lack of competency and an unwillingness to serve. Would not recommend going there!!!!

Well I had a good experience with this shop shout out to my boy Anthony!got my 2012 freightliner in and solved my electric issue and now my truck is road ready to make money I highly RECOMMEND THIS SHOP GOOD PRICES GOOD PEOPLE CANT GO WRONG HERE!

I moved from Minnesota to Houston,TX in 2013. I had such great mechanics in Minnesota and felt anxiety about whether I could even find as quality mechanics here in Houston.When my car was delivered by car transport to my new residence, it was delivered right in front of a Car Mechanics facility called Alpha International. As great as that seemed, it didn t necessarily mean they were good mechanics. I quickly found out I had to have Inspections by the state and county. One mechanic gave me all the information. I needed to understand about Texas Highway rules. That helped so much. First time I went next door to get inspections done, the staff at Alpha International explained in such an upbeat, so competent, and I felt like I was important and mattered.I continue to bring my vehicles to them. 99% of the time they can fix my vehicle that day. What they tell me is wrong and needs to be repaired, they are correct. They have given me discounts on some repairs especially when the cost is high.They are organized, make you laugh, make you feel they care about the quality of the work they do. Having them next door is a bonus. But if they were not a quality shop, I d still not go there. They are high quality and informative of what needs to be done. They are highly qualified and for women especially, who can get taken for unnecessary repairs, Alpha International is not that with customers. They ve been honest and worked with me. You are always treated with respect loyalty and their prices are less than many other Mechanical shops. I have checked to be able to say this.They get quality parts. The owners are honest upright and you will not regret having your vehicle in their hands.They have a great reputation. And my prayers were answered when I came to Houston,TX to literally move next door to such an outstanding shop. They do everything from fixing your car to car painting and car wash.I am very particular with my vehicle and the attitudes and treatment of how I am treated as well as my SUV.I d not go anywhere. If you want quality reasonably priced honest well knowledge, excellent service, please trust me, I d not trust anyone but Alpha International.They even have heart for the stray cats that come back and forth where I live. I asked them to replaced my radiator, we agree to an amount, them they told me that the thermostat needed replacement so I agree. Went by to pick up my car it wasn t ready, came back next day it was ready got some missing parts broken cover. I inquired about it they fix it, but my car wasn t running properly and the service engine came on, went back told them that said that the transmission oil had leak a little so it was goin to get adjusted and the light will go away. Took my car to a different shop the transmission oil was very low and the thermostat wasn t replaced. Very disappointed.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Honestly giving 1 star because that's the minimal allowed. This was a great shop when Mr. Mohammad was in charge, but after his wife took charge of it, been a disaster! Took my car there to fix, and end up with more issues! They charge me for diagnosis (what most companies don't) replace parts that I didn't authorized and still didn't fix my car. after 5 weeks with my car in their shop, they told they couldn't fix it... I end up taking my car to a dealership where I found out that the parts they changed weren't properly installed... They claim they work with contractors (certified people) but that same people work, whenever they want, and can't even do their job correctly!Definitely will NEVER bring my car there and DO NOT RECOMMEND at all!Service: General repairs & maintenance

There motto should be come in with one problem and leave with 10 more. The workers are not mechanics. The mechanic says he supervises, but If you would like me to post pictures of the car day after I spent almost 1000 to fix it you will be shocked. They really messed up my car. I trusted them because we had a mutual friend 10 yrs back, BIG MISTAKE....They kept asking for money before the job is even done and then the job is not done. I regret the experience... I should have sucked it up and took the car to the dealership, there was nothing wrong with the car to the point it is now.Service: Engine repair

I have been going to Alpha for the 7 years I'veived here. Past few months my poor Toyota Forerunner who's older, but runs well, I had to take it in after they closed. My front tire was flat. A man was still there and he filled it and suggested I bring it back next day. Returned next day and as usual, they were kind receptive and checked tire which had large nail in it. It was fixed and was charged nothing.Few months later, had another tire almost flat. It was dark out,Alpha was closed. Went to gas station filled it. Next day took car to Alpha. They thoroughly checked the wheel and could find no problem. As it turned out. Two other residents where I live also had same low tires. Someone with nothing better to do, had let air out.However my point is that I have complete confidence in the mechanics and staff at Alpha International. They have a humility and caring with exceptional mechanical skills. They are kind, Meek, and seek to make their customers feel comfortable and informed of what is needed and have often taking money off my bill. It is well worth going there. And you will be treated with respect and caring. They're the best.Patricia Wheeler

Ayesha and Mohamed are great they work with you and are very flexible. If there's any way your car can get fixed they'll find the way to fix it. Definitely recommend to anyone even if it's just for an oil change.

Terrible experience with this shop. DO NOT BRING Your CAR HERE! I brought my car here 3 months ago for new spark plugs & new tensioner pulley. My spark plugs started giving me trouble within a week of leaving the shop & now my pulley has broken already. I tried to call Mohamed the owner for help with this. He refused to take my call & had the secretary tell me that these repair (only 3 months old) are out of there warranty so I have to pay for them to fix it. DONT TAKE Your CAR HERE! there's no way that these parts should be failing in such a short time, I drive only a few miles per day to work. These people are scam artists using faulty old parts.
