I got my Chevrolet Express box truck windshield repaired quickly on the same day. Rick is a cool guy to work with. He suggested leaving the blue tapes for about 6 days before removing them. Quick payment process on my site. I was impressed by his immediate communications. Thanks Rick!

First, talk about good service! Quick, efficient, professional, and excellent at their jobs! I had a crack on my windshield, and Cole did great work on getting it filled. Second, the best customer experience I have ever had with anything in my life! I called the place, Rick the owner answered. Not only did he listen to my long story of how I got the windshield cracked, but he on the spot started searching my car in for and how much it would be to fix it, this was while he was off the clock!!! Also, he was super honest with me and told me what my options were. He then sent me to one of his workers, Cole, who was close to me, messaged him and told him to wait for me and take care of me. He was able to fill my windshield crack that same day for free! I know without a doubt that when it comes time to change my windshield, I will go to no one else other than them, because of their good work and honesty. Thanks Rick and Cole for helping me become stress free:)

Firstly, Rick, the owner was a super nice and honest guy. He responded to text messages promptly and even called me back to educate me about the glass and window business. For context, my rental car rear passenger window had been smashed on a Saturday night at my grandmother s apartment. There are very few shops open on Sunday to fix this problem and even fewer with available inventory on a Sunday because the warehouse with glass is closed on Sundays. ARGH Sunday!Rick was very honest with me about all these details and was willing to match the cheaper price I found for Monday. He encouraged me to wait instead of paying the ridiculously upcharged price to go to another shop that had my glass available on Sunday.Monday morning comes and Rick sends over Cole to take care of my car window. Cole was professional and speedy. He made sure all the glass was cleaned from the car and had a new window installed within 30 minutes. Even faster than Rick promised! I m grateful to have found such a great company in my search on a Sunday morning. I would highly recommend All Star Windshield Repair to anyone. They also can meet with you at your home/location if you prefer!I included before/after photos and a video after. Window works great!

I cannot put into enough words how AMAZING the service was I received for a rock chip on my 2021 Q50 Infinity. I called the day it happened and within 24hrs and had an appointment the next morning and was in and out! I will NEVER visit anyone else in the Houston area for any windshield repair!! I had a rock chip that turned into a large crack on my front windshield and required immediate repair. Upon finding this company and reaching out to owner and operator Rick, I was immediately amazed at the level of service provided. It took him literally 5 minutes to get me a quote and then his price was much better than 3 other companies I had already checked with. From that point he was able to get to me within 30 minutes and he did flawless work. On top of that, he is incredibly personable and clearly takes the utmost pride and passion in not only doing unparalleled work but making his customers feel valued. I myself work in customer service so I understand how important it is treat your clients right and the whole experience with Rick and All-Star was refreshing and unmatched. They will now be my go to for any glass repair needs. I highly recommend this company for any type of glass repair required!

Great service! Called the day before and they were at the house by 8am the next morning. Fast and affordable install. They did my wife s Jeep Cherokee in the past so it was no hesitation to bring them back out! Thanks Rick & Cole!

I was in Houston for Christmas and my Jeep was broken into on Christmas Eve. I came across All Star and called, since it showed they were open. I got their voicemail, but Rick texted me immediately. I explained what happened and asked would they be able to help. Rick said they couldn t get out that day but would come first thing Tuesday morning.He emailed me a great quote, much better than Safelite, so I confirmed. He said Cole would be out at 8:30. Touched base with Cole Tuesday morning and he was already loading up to head my way. He showed up on time, told me not to worry that he had me covered . It took him about 30-minutes and I was ready to head back to Dallas!I cannot say enough good things about these guys and how much they eased my situation!

Our daughter is a student at Rice and had a leak from her windshield. As parents, hundreds of miles away, we felt pretty helpless. Rick answered the call and he and his tech were at my daughter s car evaluating and repairing within the hour. Rick and Cole did an amazing job on my husband s windshield! Within thirty minutes of the windshield breaking, I already had an appointment made with them the following morning. They are punctual, quick, and super affordable! They even drove to our house to do the repair! I will always recommend All Star for windshield repairs!

Cole did an excellent job not just with customer service, communication but also with the quality of the repair on my windshield! The 3 rock chips I had on my BMW windshield are now barely noticeable and he was efficient about getting me in and getting it done! Saved me A LOT of money compared to safelite. And the best customer service out there, he s the kindest guy!Rick has repaired the last 3! Rock chips I ve had and just recently went above and beyond repairing my husbands windshield as a surprise. I had change of plans and he was able to meet me at work and change it out while I was in a meeting. 10/10 recommend to all friends and family.

Husband's car was broken into at work today. I called several places for quote. I called All Star and spoke to Rick. He was very quick with a quote and also very accommodating. They had the window in stock and was able to come to him in by 9:30am for the repair. They were fast, dependable, excellent customer service and had great prices. RIck is such an amazing guy to do business with. He offered to meet me 45 minutes out of his way to replace a windshield. He told me his price and how fast he could do it. I was in disbelief! I ended up going to his shop but about two blocks away I stopped and to get a drink. I shut my truck off and realized my wife had taken the Key fob with her when I dropped her off 1.5 hours away! I called Rick and told him my situation, he was to my truck and working on it in less than 5 minutes of the call. Rick and his employee had the windshield done in less than an hour and did a prefect job. I almost paid triple the amount going to another place. Rick forever has my business, well done!

I made several calls around the Houston area for quotes on replacing my windshield and was glad to find Rick at All Star. I had someone breaking into my car two weeks ago. The glass of my trunk is all shattered. Called All Star. Rick responded immediately and came to my place to get the glass fixed according to my schedule. Cole did a wonderful job at fixing everything. They are super kind, patient with my questions, and great at communications. I could not be more satisfied with the service they provided! By far the smoothest and easiest experience I ve ever had with an auto repair business. I called after 530pm about my broken side view mirror and they responded immediately. I was able to text photos of what I needed fixed. They showed up to my place to fix the mirror in less than an hour. Very happy with how responsive, professional and friendly they were. My wife was nagging me to fix her windshield. I called Rick first, and he came out to our house that night! This is a major win in the husband department. If that doesn t deserve a 5 star review, I don t know what does. Very friendly, prompt, great customer service, and a great value.

I had a huge rock chip driving down 1960. I knew I needed something done quickly. My husband found All Star. Rick fixed it that night! Very friendly, affordable, and prompt. We were willing to put it off a few days, but Rick worked us in his schedule. Win all around.We will be using them in the future!
