This business has the most attentive group of mechanics, They are fair and honest, they pay attention to what you have concerns about. I have been coming to this location since 2014/or 2015. They are also excellent at working on classic cars! I trust my Minis with them and that is rare for me. Check them out and see for yourself.

The service, honesty and integrity of this shop is above and beyond. They repaired my rims and removed some nasty dents from my Yukon. I immediately felt comfortable when I arrived, you could see all the customers were regulars and treated like friends.

The main mechanic here, as well as his employees are some of the nicest and equally competent people you can hope to take your car to. Whenever I need to have my vehicle worked on, All Pro Auto repair is the first company I call. You will be grateful for their services way more often than not.

To be honest, I couldn t think of why I shouldn t give Hevzi a 5 star rating. Very communicative, timely, respectful, shows you the issue/diagnosis, and gets you in as soon as possible. Being new to the area I trust him with my car 100%. Glad my partner and I found him. Now, if you need a loaner.. maybe that s where they might get bumped down half a star but no such thing as perfect. If you re hesitating about bringing your car here, don t. Here s your sign to do so.

Wonderful experience with Hevzi and his team. We took my husband's car here for spark plugs replacement and oil change. He was straightforward with our options and the repairs, reasonable prices, and excellent customer service. We are definitely recommending this shop to everyone and will continue to bring our cars here.

I took my Infiniti there it was running hot they repaired it and haven t had any problems since, so I took my old school truck there currently and expect the same or better service , I highly recommend this auto repair shop

I just had my BMW repaired here and when I tell you this shop went above and beyond to help me and that I had anything short of an amazing experience. Believe it! They were honest, experienced, friendly and upfront with me. They were knowledgeable and made me feel confident in knowing that I had chosen the right mechanic shop. They also have reasonable pricing! I will be returning customer for all my BMW service needs. Thanks guys!

This place is amazing . I m in my early 20 s and just recently moved to Houston. My car was messing up and they were so kind and genuine throughout the entire process. Took my car because I had been told the rack & pinion needed replacement, and related noises, but they found no wrong with the car. Another shop would have taken advantage of the situation to make the customer spend money, but not them. Honest owner.UPDATE: From 5 to 2 because the differential was actually the culprit, and they did not detect it.

Wonderful customer service and communication. I took my truck in for a wheel hub assembly replacement. The work was done in a timely manner. They even picked me up and took me back to the shop when they were finished. Hevzi, the owner, is professional and courteous. He helped me out with pricing and recommended another reasonable and reputable shop that does services All Pro doesn't. I highly recommend this family run business. My alternator decided to die while I was running errands in the late afternoon. The owner was wonderful. He kept in touch with me by text while I waited for my tow truck, which was severely delayed. He was very reasonable with prices, and got to it right away the next morning, knowing I have kids and needed it as soon as possible. He is fun to chat with; and a general pleasure, all around. I only interacted with his son briefly, but he is also very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this place! 10/10!

I have been going to this Automobile repair shop for over 5 years, and every time I drop off my car it always comes out better than how I left it. Don t waste your time bringing your car anywhere else. All Pro does it all! My family have been going to All Pro for YEARS!! Hevzi is like family. Not only will he fix what you brought your car in for, but if he sees other things that might need attention, he ll advice you on it. You can tell he s not trying to scam you like others who s trying to make a quick Buck, but that he REALLY cares. The quality of service at All Pro Auto Repairs is 5 star. I've been taking my vehicle there for several years and have been very pleased with the service. The owner is very honest and treats his customers with the utmost respect. I particularly like that he checks in with me several days after repairs to ensure everything is working properly; and I'm satisfied with his staff's level of work. I will continue to have All Pro Auto Repairs service my MB in the future. His cost of service is, by far, much better than the dealership. I'm a very pleased customer!!

I was truly satisfied with my service with All Pro. They were able to fix my car within a day with an amazing price. The price was honestly reasonable. The staff is friendly and I truly liked how the mechanic would come talk to me and tell me what was wrong the car and what were my options. Most shops from what I experienced with care about the price and see how much money they can get from you because we drive a foreign car, but this shop cares more about the service and making sure the customers don't have the problem again with amazing reasonable price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

This place is my go to shop! Monty and Justin are awesome and incredibly helpful! Anytime I have something come up they are open and flexible to fix it! They are always super nice and prompt with services which is definitely a nice change getting my car back same day! They work with you financially and make sure to give you the best prices and services. When I called they even tried to help me cancel out small possibilities over the phone so I wouldn't have to waste time or money if not needed. Not only are the guys at All Pro Auto Repair super nice and professional but they did a great job on my vehicle as well.The owner Hevzi went above and beyond to accommodate my crazy schedule and kept me informed the entire time. I have to say this is the first time I've walked out of an auto shop not feeling like I just got ripped off. Great service! I came in with several issues and Benit handled each in a timely manner and communicated with me every step of the way. These guys made my headlights look new again and fixed some minor cosmetic damage. The other issues were taken care of and are working great!! Last year my radiator cracked and these guys replaced it with OEM radiator. Still working perfectly!!If you love your car and want mechanics to love it as much as you do, then this is the place for you!!!Very professional and very price competitive!!

If I could give ten stars I would! Very impressed with the attention to detail. Mr. Hevzi is awesome! He is the most honest and reliable mechanic in Houston. Have been using All Pro just over 3 years. Very knowledgeable, honest shop that will not try to replace parts or service you don t really need just to make an extra buck. They will let you know exactly the issues and cost. The best part is that they only use OEM parts(the original manufacture parts that came on your car). I recommend all my friends and family. If I ever have to get an estimate from a dealership, I take the estimate directly All Pro Auto Repairs to get the truth about needed repairs at a fair price. Most importantly, they do very good work. This shop is a hidden gem in Northwest Houston.

He has to fix both my BMW the land has looked at my Mercedes all different occasions. Had to come in weight less expensive than any other mechanic shop in dealerships that I've ever dealt with very honest upfront, and willing to help even beyond the call of what he needs to do I will refer anybody to him at any time

I found this shop few years ago and since then I stop taking my car to the dealer. Excellent mechanic that specialize in BMW and Mercedes Benz, and also work on all car foreign and domestic. He is honest on amount of labor to fix it. I know because when I was young I use to do my own repair and I have an idea how long it will take me to do the repair. I took my car to other repair shop they want $600 to change valve cover gasket. Hevze replace it for $150.00 parts and labor. Now that is honesty.

Hevzi is amazing!! I've never trusted anyone as much as him. He is the most honest mechanic. He tells me exactly how much the parts will cost and labor before the work is ever done. He is definitely my go to guy for all my car needs!

This is the place to go to for all of your auto repairs! Hevzi is very knowledgeable, professional, trust worthy, honest and kind. I'm a single mom and it feels great to know that I can take my vehicle to Hevzi and I know the job will be done right, and in a timely manner. He is also very fair and generous in his pricing! He is my go to for all auto repairs! I recommend him to everyone!
