They did excellent work on my truck. Fixed the brakes and threw in the ABS pump for free. Everyone there was friendly and trustworthy. The work was done meticulously, but my vehicle was still done the same day. I can t recommend them enough and will be going back! Ron, Phil and his crew know their stuff! They have the expertise and skills to resolve your front end issues! After examination of my vehicle, Ron was able to pinpoint the exact problems and inform me on what was needed to be replaced and, most importantly, why. He gave me a breakdown of the specific parts needed for repair and stressed that safety was a factor in play as well. He was upfront with the pricing which we believe was more feasible than dealership prices. Most importantly, we were impressed with their expertise, excellent service and care for the customer. I highly recommend this business for your alignment repairs!

Ron and his mechanics did an excellent job. I feel very comfortable with my vehicle in their hands. After looking for a good mechanic, I was fortunate enough to find his shop. He kept me updated with my vehicle's status and even showed me the worn-out parts that were being replaced. His pricing compared to the dealership was phenomenal! Ron and his techs did great work on my truck. Went for an alignment and found multiple issues with my suspension. Parts were hard to come by and kind of pricey, but Ron gave me the best price he could without taking a loss. Got my truck back and it runs like a Cadillac. Big thank you to these guys for doing quality work at a reasonable price.

I have been going to this shop for years. They have always done honest quality work. I called today and asked if they could check my brakes, after the dealership told me it was time to replace them. Ron checked the brakes and agreed the front brakes needed to be replaced but the back ones could wait a couple of months. Their price was better and came with a one year warranty on the labor and 2 on the parts.

Ron and his team were incredible! I was having problems with my Toyota Sienna drifting to the right and I felt like my tire was going to pop off one day while driving on the freeway. I called him that evening and was in the shop the next morning, they did a fantastic job, they were so quick, I was in and out with no complaints. I highly recommend bringing your vehicles to get serviced here. This was also around thanksgiving week so the fact that he was able to squeeze me in and make it happen was wonderful. I was stressed I would be without my car for x amount of days but like I said very fast work! I ll be back here for sure next time I have a problem. I was provided a referral from Discount Tire to repair a broken stud. I called Ron Hernandez from the Discount Tire and he got me scheduled for the next morning. I knew I needed an alignment and planned to take the car to the dealership. Instead, I requested this service from Ron. I agreed to a full inspection as the dealership already told me that my brakes would need replacement soon. Well, Ron determined I didn't need the front brakes at this time and I agreed to a rear brake replacement. The price was way more reasonable than what was quoted at the dealership. The work was completed in a couple of hours and Ron took me to work in the morning and picked me up when the car was ready. Excellent service, trustworthy owner. Been doing business there for 25 years. Ron and his guys worked till 8pm Friday night to finish my suspension repair. They continue the tradition that Phil started. They were the fourth shop I went to because I now live 350 miles away. No one else could diagnose the problem much less fix it. It was worth the trip to Houston to get the real deal. Can t say enough good stuff about these guys. Old school superior expertise and total commitment to customer satisfaction. And their prices are reasonable compared to other shops that claim suspension expertise.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Ron and his team did a great job on my Audi. He is friendly, great customer service and very knowledgeable . He mentioned he s been doing it for 30 years and it shows. Always a plus when you re looking for a new mechanic. Dropped off my car to replace front control arms and wheel bearings at 12pm and was ready for pick up by 5pm same day. Had older 2007 truck with 177k miles on mostly original suspension, Ron Hernandez was great, he showed me the issues and explained why most of my suspension needed to be replaced. Couldn't beat the pricing and he used all great quality parts. The guys doing the work were top notch and all paid attention to detail. Also warranty was explained and included! I went in to have my tires checked and get an alignment, Ron showed me a major problem my vehicle had. He didn't just claim there was a problem. He actually showed me. He was open, honest and so greatly priced. He truly cares about his customers. If you need work done come check out this establishment. Ron and his team are hands down the best in Houston and surrounding areas. I ve had my car at two other mechanics who can t fix my issue. Spending nearly $4k in repairs at other places and still forking out money, I called Ron. He got me in, looked at my issue, actually took the time to show me what was wrong and explain it to me so I d understand. He went over pricing with me and told me to come see him when I was ready. There was zero pushing me to make a decision. He just wanted to educate me on my options. I left and before I even drove out of the parking lot, I found a way to make it happen and went right back in. He had the parts there and the job done with in 2 hours. My neighbor gave me his card after seeing my car sitting up. I visited weeks later and was a bit skeptical because of the location. I prayed and found their office number. It was nice inside, they atmosphere was calm and friendly. The guy fix my brakes and replaced and fixed the damage of another auto shop I went to. I am very pleased and will definitely be back!

Best alignment, suspension, and brake shop in the Greater Houston Area! I ve been here twice this far and would recommend it to anyone. This shop was recommended by a friend for great service and fair pricing. I ve only had great experiences here and if you re ever doubting the quotes of others bring your car here.

I have used this place a few times over the years and never really had any problems. These guys are nice enough but I am very unhappy with my most recent experience.I asked the shop manager a few times if they could do a 4 wheel alignment on a C3 Corvette before I ever brought my car there. The answer was always yes, we have 25+ years experience.I brought my car in. 1st thing I noticed when I got it back was a big crack in the windshield. I know the crack was not there the morning I got it the car there but it was there when I picked it up. I shook that one off and did not say anything about it.The next thing I noticed is that the driver side tire rubs against the front of the fender when turning the steering wheel all the way to the right. This was not happening previously. The car has had the same tires on it for several years. This does not happen on the passenger side.I took my car back twice for the problem. The 1st time I picked it up I saw it still rubbing. I asked the tech about it and his response was - I don't know how to fix that.I took it back a second time When I picked it up, the manager stated the tire does not hit the front fender anymore, you will hear rubbing when you drive 30 - 40 mph when making right and that all cars do that. I did not check before I left since it was getting late and dark. When I did check, I found that the tire still rubs the front fender.I went to check the control arm area and found a brand new control arm bolt banged up and stripped, my lower radiator hose guard missing and the AC belt loose. We found the hose guard in the tech's toolbox. He stated would not fit my car anymore so he kept it.Service: Wheel alignment

Was referred here from Discount Tire. Meet Ron and and his great mechanics. Was shown that I needed an alignment and Right Lower Control Arm replaced. Straight and honest service!! Price was more than fair. The work was perfect. Ron has a bigger than life personality, and he has knowledged and professional guys that work there. Ron even had me come back on a Saturday to have my rotors resurfaced because another company mechanic did not put brake pads on correctly. All I can say is...Just the best experience and great service, which ended with a firm handshake and hug, and great many thanks for a helping me resolve a problem that could have been more costly and dangerous in the long run for me and my kids. Highly recommended anyone to have their vehicle service repairs done with Ron and his team!!Service: Wheel alignment

These guys are amazing and saved me a ton of money. So I hit a pothole while driving on the freeway and damaged my rim and tire which also threw my alignment out. I took my car to brake check to look at the alignment and was told that my strut was bent and possibly my control which going to cost me in the thousands because my car is brand new. So I wanted to get a second opinion, I took my car to Ron at alignment and brake. He told me nothing was bent other than my rim which was causing a wobble, he helped me find a rim online and ordered it for me (the dealer wanted $900 and he found it for $260) once installed they aligned my car! Ron at alignment and brake saved me thousands and is the man to go see. I will definitely be taking my cars back to him and recommending them to all my family and friends. Got referred to this place by discount, and I m glad they did. Very welcoming and super pet friendly, they had a dog that is a little old and a puppy that was adorable. First of all a big shout out to Ron Hernandez for his honesty and fair pricing on his parts and labor. And a bigger shout out to Antonio Garcia for doing a fantastic job on my truck..I'm so grateful to both Ron and Antonio for staying over to finish my truck for me to have back the same day. They both are a God's sent to me. If you want or you looking for honest and a well done job for a fair price. They are the guy's to go to. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. I would definitely be going back to them for anything else comes up on my truck. Finding good honest folks these days ain't is. I was blessed to have found them. And again thanks a million guy's. I had my brakes checked elsewhere and was assured they were fine. I came to this place for wheel alignment. They reinspected the brakes after taking off all wheels and showed me the bad condition the brake pads were in.

I had to change out my old tires up the road at Discount Tire. I called before my truck was done and they were able to get me in that day to have my alignment done right afterwards. Gave me the before and after specs and I definitely needed to get this done as my toe was way too toed in and camber was off on the left side. I did have strange wear on my old tires so this all matched up with what was seen with the old alignment numbers. Rides straight, steering wheels is straight.
