Never take your car here. I spent over $ 3500.00 on a " rebuilt" transmission because it came with a warranty. They offer a free tow they advertise on their shop and business cards they do not honor free tows. my car failed to start about a week after they "repaired" my vehicle. They also lied and said the repair would 2 days. I paid for a rideshare myself about a $45 dollar ride. They didn't reimburse.Just recently yesterday what I thought was a rotor issue from vibration was actually because they did not install the the transmission seal. I called them to ask about the warranty. He screamed over me and threatened to sue the mechanic shop who pointed the issue out.I got my mother to talk to him (Alex the owner) on the phone because he was so aggressive and would just hangup mid sentence. He cursed at her and hung up on her to for not honoring the free tow he offers. He then stated it has within 5 miles which is not anywhere on the business card or on the warranty and receipt signed. I had to spend over 150$ on a car tow put of pocket to take to another repair shop because of the way he yelled at my mother on the phone and hung up.I missed over a week of work he promised it would be done in 2 days.Another mechanic stated he obviously put a used car lot transmission in. Instead of rebuilding it like he promised due to the writing on the transmission.The bent transmission seal is pictured here.Please never go here again.I got my transmission seal installed at a PROFESSIONAL CAR REPAIR SHOP INSTEAD OF AFFORDABLE TRANSMISSION

Affordable took care of us right away. Alex s knowledge of our transmission issue was amazing. He had us back on the road in no time. He was referred to us by a friend and we were so happy we were.Other locations tried quoting us 1200 more for less work.Go to a place that specializes in transmissions and you get just that.Good work for less and quick turnaround.Alex was very honest and set the expectation early. Easy to work with and couldnt recommend anyone better!!!Thank you affordable transmission!

I was lowered in on the false pretenses that he would fix my transmission for $1500 and once I brought the car in the total change to 3205 I told him what happened to the 1500 he quoted me ended up paying $2800 to get my car back after he put a rebuilt transmission in there. It went out 30 miles they towed it back to the shop he took the transmission out put a junkyard transmission in it and still charge me to $2800 and there was also damage to my car. He stated that it was a civil matter and to take it up in civil court, not do business with this man he is crooked as all get out.Service: Transmission

Honesty goes far. Especially for a mechanic shop. Went in for a transmission to be rebuilt. Explained my issues. The owner Alex found the problem and got the job done fast. He assured me it wasn t the transmission. This is where I mBringing my business from now on. They went beyond.

Well I'm the owner, manager, head tech and I only have 40 years experience in the automotive industry and I will do everything in my power to make sure that you are happy and you keep me as your automotive Technician, and ADVISOR for ever. The only thing that I can't fix is stupid and the loose nut behind the wheel. Please give me a shot

This place is the worst place in the world. Please please don't bring your car here. I trusted them and they made like they would take care of my daughter. They even called her an angel. They kept breaking things on the car and charging very high amounts to fix it. When my daughter said something the owner talked to her like a dog! The same one that they originally said was an angel. But don't worry owner and workers of deceit. Y'all will have to stand before God one day and give account to what y'all did to us. I curse this shop in the name of Jesus. You will never proper from this day forward. Since you want to still lie. Let me tell the truth!! My daughter car was never there for no 3 months. You seen to that when you had her to apply for those 2 loans. You told her that the car was ready. She paid you fully and didn't get a block away and the car broke down. You sent a wrecker to come and get it and charged her for that. As well as another outrageous price. Once again, she paid in full. Once again she didn't get a block away before it broke down again. It's yet is broke down. We can't trust you because you lie so much that we plan on just doing a voluntary repo. You call me sounding like you were crying saying to please beg my daughter to let you make it right. You said that you can't have bad reviews because you got a family to support. You also stated that your wife told you that you had taken money from us and that you should return the money (which you never did) you are a crook, thief and a liar! Until you do right by the people that you have done wrong nothing good is going to come to you, your family or the crooks that you have working for you! You are an evil demon and I curse you and send you back to the pit of hell where you come from! Evil shall follow you and overcome you all the days of your life. Post undoctored receipts. We can!! Now if you want to continue to try to come for me and my daughter with your lies. Then you better gear up! You begged me to take this review down. But I won't. If anyone reading this know a good attorney. Please let me know. I will be reporting you to the BBB also. Stinky Liar,!!! Once again this dishonest man is telling lies. I did report him to the BBB and I am going to do all I can to make sure that he doesn't keep doing this to people. He said my daughter didn't get approved for the loans. She got approved for both loans. He claims that he half the tow bill. That's a lie too. Every price he quoted was promptly paid. He begged me to take this review down. I refuse to. Please read these reviews. My daughter did and she tried to tell me but I wouldn't listen. I even went back and told him that my daughter didn't want to deal with him because of the reviewsHe claimed we could trust him. He told this story about how he considered my daughter to be an angel because she works for hospice. He better stop and think long and hard about me and my daughter. God doesn't play about us! We don't owe you a dime. You did us wrong but vengeance belongs to God and He will repay. You're going to lose much more than you gained. Keep scamming people and you going to watch your business crumble to the ground

Alex will get you right and his staff does good work. Prices seem high and duration of the job is long but shipping does take time. They offer financing so you can come get a big job complete on a budget.

I just left this place and I m so impressed. I had to get towed in thinking I was needing a new transmission. Fortunately this handsome guy named Alec helped me. It turns out I only needed to replace a small electrical gadget. He gave me his small part and now my car is driving like new! Turns out, he s the owner and I m smitten. Never know? Oh well back to work.that s my money maker!

This place is as thorough as it gets! When my transmission failed, I took it into a shop where they told me that the transmission was destroyed and that it was gonna cost me $7,100 for a brand new one and there were NO OTHER OPTIONS. I quickly reached out to a longtime customer of my restaurant, Alex, and he immediately towed my vehicle (for free) from that shop to his where he did a thorough check on my transmission. He came away with the same diagnosis but there WERE other options! He installed a refurbished transmission for a very reasonable price, and was in communication with me the whole way. Customer service was beyond my expectation and my vehicle drives incredibly better! Thank you so much and job well done guys!

Great location and great mechanics, rebuilt my transmission and now my truck is running great. Even has free tow. Just make sure you know what you paying for. He will specify everything in detail. Even has payment plans. Just tell him give you price 1st before anything. Normally cost about 1500-2500$ just depends what you need. Has warranty too. Also does mechanic work. Took about 2 weeks. Mechanics also fixed my driveshaft. Where problem originally started. Now I m confident to drive it anywhere. Alex was a great help. Send him customers and they liked the spot too. Took my Jeep cherokee in due to loud grinding noise which I thought it was my transmission. Alex was very forth right with prices and possibilities for repairs from worst to best scenario. the next day he called and stated it was my catalytic converter. They fixed the problem and their price was very fair. I will be a return customer.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

This the worse place I ever been they take my truck to the shop I thought was the transmissionThen they never call me in 2 days then I call them just to tell me the transmission was not the issue and they not even know what the problem is then they charge me 255 dollars for no reason whatsoever and the guy in office can t even find my information and try to intimidate people by have gun on the side and the owner never call me or I least care about my truckThey take my money with nothing done !!Worst place EVER !!Do Not Take your cars there EvER !!

BEWARE!!!Alec quoted $1800 and 3 days to fix my truck.He kept my truck over 2 weeks and charged me $3850 for shoddy work. Less than 1 week later the transmission stopped shifting and refused to honor warranty.

I had my transmission rebuilt at Affordable Transmission. I have a 2008 Toyota Sienna with 195000 miles on it. The transmission has a hard time shifting between 2nd and 3rd gear and the traction control was going haywire. Alex said it was going to take a while to fix due to parts shortage. He kept me informed and the transmission was rebuilt, but there were additional problems with the traction control unit. He brought Toyota service specialist to look at it and program the traction control module. Things did not fix the issue and he continued to troubleshoot the problem. The issue was that a portion of the wiring harness runs under the battery and batteries will leak acid through the vent system on the battery and it corroded the harness.Due to Alex and his technicians they were able to diagnose and fix the problem.Alex and his team does a great job and will fix the issue.Thanks for the great work.

If I could give him a zero I would DO not take your car to this place went to pick up my husband car and it broke down on the freeway called the tow truck that mind you he gave me the number to refuse to do business with him and he preceded to give me another number to call and he Alonso said that he was bad business. First of all I never talked to you about anything concerning that car you just wanted to make the money instead of telling him that you were incapable of repairing the car sir and you let him drive it without testing the vehicle you so called fixed the starter was hooked up wrong and the car caught fire before we made a mile from your shop. Called the wrecker driver that you told him to call and they wouldn t even come to pick the car up because they refused to do any more business with you. Then you proceeded to threaten me because I wrote a bad review which I informed the media about that so that s why you got a bad review

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!My husband brought his car to this shop and they kept it for 2 months. We were unable to get in touch with them for days at a time. Then when we talked to the manager, the mechanic would claim they had been trying to reach us when they had never called. Every time they said they would call us back with an update, it took us multiple times for multiple days trying to reach them for them to give us an update and request more money for the car to be fixed.They replaced the transmission and when we got it back the car was so loud we would have to yell to each other to have a conversation. They said we needed to order new wheel bearings which I don't understand why it wasn't included in the repair because it was never that loud before.I recently took it to another shop since it has been leaking oil and found out that they took my boot that holds the oil and there is a dent in the transmission. How do you replace the transmission with one that has a dent? So now we are facing another $3000 to correct the mess that this shop made. They do not know what they are doing at this shop so please save your time and money and find somewhere else to get your car fixed correctly.Service: Transmission

Just take your car to the dealership!!My car cant have a rebuild engine must be new.Read all the reviews before u go here.. if i need to post my invoice i can. So sad he would act like he never serviced my car after the stress he put me through. But God has the final say.Yes i was ALEX!! AND U MESSED MY CAR UP BUT I WAS BEING NICE NOT PUTTING HOW YOU SCREWED ME OUT OF 4K because u didnt know how to fix my car.

I had an amazing experience. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready the same afternoon. I didn t have a ride to work and the shop owner Alex gave me a ride to my office. Talk about service! Alex kept me updated every step of the way and sent me a detailed invoice that I could review before I picked up my car. I received service that every shop was saying would be a 1 week turnaround in less than 2 days. The staff was professional and explained everything needed. Definitely felt comfortable with all their recommendations; not that "they're trying to get me" feeling whatsoever. Started off the total price for a rebuild transmission was $1595 after he disassembled my transmission changed the price to 3750. 3 months later transmission leaking fluid badly. Called him to use my warranty the next day he blocked my number. Too scared to take my truck back up there in fear he's going to try and find a way to get some sort of money from me .Service: Transmission

This is the most disgusting person I've seen in over 50 years. He knew I was a Nam vet with a surgical procedure due and MADE ME MISS IT. (On purpose) He quoted me a price of $1750.00 and 3days tonight. Not only did he raise the price to $3135.00 without telling me, they went thru my vehicle and stole my money from my glovebox,they took m knives, silver coins, my book of 'forever 'stamps, trashed my vehicle. and broke my r.v. mirror off the windshield. I had to go back ,leaking fluid..this is a person NOT to be trusted in ANY manner. A '-100 would be too good a score for this scam guy.Service: Transmission

OMG. We have been waiting for our vehicle for 3 days this was the rudest unprofessional mechanic I had ever came across. My husband brought it to this shop and all we've been getting is disrespect my husband did lash out on him via text because he was always saying a different date or time. Just now I tried communicating with him because I wanted to know why yet again we had a different time to pick it up. We work and have children and need the transportation greatly so we were anxious to have a new mechanic who will do a great job however its been a living nightmare and its so sad when you have paying kind customers and you treat them like garbage. I hope he finds solidarity and comfort in doing this to customers who only came to have a working properly vehicle. I just want my car returned in a better manner than it was brought in.
