Excellent customer service! Took my mom's car in because the bottom panel of the car was dragging ( she took it to jiffy lube and looks like they messed up and didn't secure properly) Tony took care of it fast and didn't even charge me. Excellent place that wants to help the customer and set you up for success.

I took my car in for what I was told was a transmission problem. It was in the shop 10 days before anyone even looked at my car. After several conversations, on possible solutions, Tony finally told me he didn't feel comfortable repairing the car, due to the cost/ value of the car. I asked him to look at a smaller issue, the service light was on. It was determined that I had a misfire on a spark plug. In all my disgust, I agreed to the smaller repair. After 17 days and $650 later, my car was returned. Tony told that I could still drive the car w the transmission problem, just be very careful.After driving the car 2 times for less than 10 miles, the service light was back on. I called Tony and informed him the light was back on. He instructed me to get a reading of the code. Turns out the same code for what was supposedly fixed.I determined that I would not invest anymore in the car and to junk it.I asked Tony if he would refund at least half, if not all my money. He rudely told me no and they would repair their work under the guarantee. It makes no sense to repair it again, if the car is not salvageable.If Tony wasn't comfortable doing the transmission work in the first place, then he should not have done the other work either.I contacted AAA to complain that this approved service center, Advanced Auto Tech, has duped me out my money and not willing to show good faith by refunding half my cost since I'm having to invest in another vehicle. That was just money down the drain that fattened their pockets!!!After further discussions, we came to an amirable resolution.

Great experience! Took off one star because I was waiting for a part that I didn't know I was waiting on so, I was sitting there for hours checking in every now and again. Bonus is they drop you off at home and pick you up to come get your car if needed. Brandon, the auto tech /customer driver is a rockstar! Tony's rates are very reasonable. I would go back there with other repairs. Happy to have been recommended there!

I had my value cover replaced and some other work done. Tony and his guys did a great job and This was my second time using his service. He is a very nice and friendly guy . His prices are fair. I plan to take my truck back very soon to have some other work done, I strongly recommend Advanced. If your looking for excellent service and a fair price go see Tony at Advanced Auto

Our family has used Tony s shop throughout the years. We have been very pleased. Most recently I had a headlight replaced and an annual inspection done. As usual, Tony and his crew were quick and efficient. I am glad there is an auto repair shop where I can take my truck, leave it there, and be assured that when I pick it up the problem is resolved. Tony and the mechanics are dependable , honest and kind. We would refer Tony and his crew.

Got my brakes serviced and got my vehicle inspected. Tony is 100% reliable. He inspects your car tells you what you need done and then gets it done. He is a very fine man and a great asset to have if you have older vehicles.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

My experience with Advanced Auto was great. The guys are very knowledgeable with diagnosing problems with my particular vehicle. Friendly staff along with a clean and comfortable waiting room. The folks over there at advanced Auto tech are hands-down the nicest people I have ever dealt with when it comes to my vehicle.. Absolute professionalism at its finest.. from the owner, down to the guy that picks people up and cleans up the shop, and all the folks in between are just really nice people to work with.. if you have an issue with your vehicleI highly recommend taking it to advanced Auto tech. You will get treated great and you will be charged a fair price for the services rendered.. awesome establishment..

I was referred by my sister who also needed AC repair. Staff was professional, service was fast and now my AC works! Just in time for this Texas heat. Dropped off my suv in the morning and it was ready for pick-up the next day in the afternoon. They also offer a warranty on repair service which is an added bonus. I've been going here for 7 years now. Never had any issues. They have always been straight forward and reasonably priced. Their work is great and they are really nice. They are fast too, never had my truck in there for more than 3 days.

Tony and the crew are the BEST! My car is old but runs like new. I will be with Advanced Auto Tech until my wheels fall off. Then when I get a new car that car will be in their care. 12/1/21UpdateTony is still the best!Service: Oil change

I was looking for an honest mechanic to take my wife's Lexus es350 to be serviced. They were extremely nice and helpful. They fixed her air conditioning and replaced a bad seatbelt assembly on the driver side. They charged a very reasonable price and were fast at having her back on the road. Excellent customer service experience, I ve brought multiple vehicles here and can compare it to taking them into the dealership. They are very honest and reasonable. I had an axle replacement required on my camry they were able to do it sooner and much cheaper than 2 other shops in the area I got quoted from first. Another time my undercarriage just started hanging and I came in right at closing time and they were kind enough to fix that plus give me an oil change when I know most other places would have said come back tomorow. A+

Although located on a smaller street and not visible, this is a great repair shop. I got the headlights on my VW fixed when more big chains told me they don't carry the headlights for my car. I was prepared to drive to the other side of town, when I called here and was happy to see they had what I needed.The waiting area is clean, and welcoming. As a woman, I don't look forward to getting my car fixed, but I didn't mind going here. I felt comfortable and safe.

I like that it is close by home for sure, but they will take you to your destination if needed. I didn't have to go far and I'm not sure if there are limitations just fyi. My car runs better and I haven't had to go back since May 2015. They did a lot of work and it didn't break the bank. I'm actually going for an oil change today. I highly recommend this place to women because a lot of mechanics try to get over on women but not over here with Tony in charge

Came in at 5 pm, they close at 6 pm to see if they had time to do an oil change. They were happy to help me and i was in and out in no time. They are all very nice and helpful and do not try to up sale you on things that you don't need. I will continue to come back for my auto repairs.

Good customer service but I took my car for ac repair and my car is worst then when I first took it my ac was already cold but I don t know how but they made my ac hotter , and I went back and they didn t really help me much just kept saying everything was good but my car was clearly throwing hotter air then when I first took it , they are nice people overall tho I just felt that they could of offered to help me more since I had just left from fixing it and paid almost 100$ they could of re done it and recharge the ac

I have used Advanced Auto Tech for more than 8 years. I have always been very satisfied. The people are friendly and honest, they will do everything you ask, and if it's not needed, they will tell you. As far as I'm concerned there are no other mechanics I would deal with.
