Advance is our go to! Jackie, Tate, Kirby and team have always taken amazing care of us! They ve always gone above and beyond to make sure we have the right parts, as quickly as possible, with the absolute best customer service. I couldn t imagine working with a better company or set of individuals!

Kylie with absolutely horrendous. I had called ahead of time to insure my warranty was still valid. Over the phone, Kylie the representative had confirmed that the warranty was still intact and there would be no issues validating set agreement at the store location. Upon arrival, the representative behind the counter had informed me that Kylie was wrong, incorrect that had made a mistake. I cannot believe such unprofessionalism made its ways through the customer service contact phone.

Garbage service. Ordered parts at the store, paid for them, after two weeks all they have to say after digging all around is it hasn t come in yet, we are gonna have to order them again or you can go to another store and pick them up. Yes, it s the same manager Matt that others have complained about and the company has clearly done nothing about. Another manager came up and he wasn t much better. No apology, trying to explain some none-sense about not all parts come to this store then why the hell did you order it here and took my money? Why is this place even open?I m not using any advance auto again they are all waste of time.

A+++ service by each employee there, including the manager. Kirby especially always has a positive attitude and gives fantastic customer service. Each time I had an issue, these guys and gals would go above and beyond to deliver. I strongly recommend this specific store for automotive needs.

This store is awesome. ESPECIALLY MIKE!I ve got a 1977 F150 that I m fixing up. Hit a glitch lately and come into this store for some help and guidance. Mike went way beyond current day service. Not only did he help me trouble shoot the issue, he helped me select the right items for the repairs AND modify them for my particular issue.Mike was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.Whoever owns or manages this store: Mike deserves a raise.

They we're very helpful in me figuring out my gasket issue. When every other auto parts told me the gasket I originally bought and know is not the correct one. Was the only gasket they show for that vehicle and they couldn't help.

Manager MATT is the worst Manager to have!!!!! I came in to replace a faulty radiator fan I purchased yesterday and he was hesitant to exchange after I just came from a different advance auto store that called there location to verify if they had the item available. He pulled up the information from my purchase and I also handed him my phone in which I was logged into the advance auto website to view everything needed. This so called manager returned my item instead of just doing an exchange. So now I have to wait 5 business days for my money to be refunded on to my card just so I can purchase it again. Not only that, I have to drive back to the store to pick up the item burning gas when I'm 30mins away, not only that but my husband and I never have an off day to fix on anything so the one day we had off to do anything MATT messed it up. No apologies. He entire body language showed he did not want to service us at all and I know why. The other gentleman that was there told him where to get the part because he pulled it for us but MATT was still pacing and hesitant. MATT needs to be retrained if he is the manager. Customer service was closed so now I have to wait until tomorrow to file a complaint.

I went in to look for some parts but decided to leave. One of the guys that was available was too busy working on his car outside and seemed to be inconvenienced by customers. I also saw him be rude to one of the employees who came to drop off a part from another store. I just left, I wasn't going to put up with bad customer service and rudeness.

Didn t catch the name of the guy who helped me, but I was in last night looking for something to free up rust in my license plate screws so I could get them out to change my plates. One screw was incredibly stuck but the employee went above and beyond, trying multiple strategies until we were finally able to get it out. He was also incredibly friendly and helped me pick out new bolts for the plates. Excellent service here.

I've only come here a couple times to buy miscellaneous parts for my car, but each time I was assisted by different staff members who were very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this location.

Haze is the name on the receipt. When I asked for a Cell check on a battery he blew me off saying since it was out of warrantee. he pulled the replacement battery and came back and I asked again for a cell check and again he told me it's out of warranty. I proceeded to explain I wanted to see if it could be the alternator on the car so I would like the cells to be checked. His response was that I should have said "battery check" not "cell check" with an additude. from that point forward he only acknowledged my wife standing next to me and he proceeded to stare at me the entire time I was getting into my car. CREEPY!I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOACTION TO ANYONE.

Unfortunately I did not get the gentleman s name that was working today although next time I go and he is there I will. I went to drop off oil and he was helping a customer locate an item at a different store. The customer said you can help her he said no she can wait. So I went back to my car and started unloading the oil and brought what I could ve put it on the counter. He asked how much I had and I said I have a few trips and I needed to use the cart but I see you were busy. He gave me the cart and I went outside and unloaded it myself and brought it in at which time he told me I had to take it to the back and empty it. I said I was unfamiliar where that was because previously the other gentleman that had been working have helped me. I which time he told me I could not leave it there. There was another employee gentleman that had come into the store while I was unloading the oil from my car. He came out from the back and said don t worry about it I see you had kids in the car I ll take care of it. Luckily he was there to help me the.I have 3 kids and I am pregnant but I am not helpless. However, as a gentleman you would think he would have a little better customer service and compassion to help a lady out.

First of all excellent service! Very personable and understanding. I would like to share that my experience here was over the top. I have recently moved to Tomball and I noticed that my battery in my car may have been the reason why my car was not starting this morning. I was not sure if it played a role and knew I needed to get it tested so that I would not have to pay a mechanic tons of money to check everything and diagnose. I called this morning and luckily they answered, I explained my issue, they offered to test it. BUT my only issue was that my car was right up the street and the battery was dead. I could have taken the battery out but I didn t want to cause more damage. All they heard was a voice and my story and offered to come out, with the tester, and check for me free of charge. They did not need to come out and drive up the road to check it, but they did!!! There are still good people in this world despite what s going on. People with hearts and people that will go out of their way to help!!! Thank you to this location for going over and beyond to deliver and to show me that people are still good and kind! Go to this location and shop for what you need knowing that they will go above and beyond! Hope this helps :-)

Kirby and Josh were awesome. Great guys, Great Customer Service!!! Thank You.I was driving along and my car just said Good Bye on the screen and died..I called the other chains for an alternator the O' had the part for 200$ more I called the Orange one and they didn't sound like they cared. I called Kirby at Advance Auto Parts and told him my situation. He said he was gonna make sure he had the part first and put it aside for me. He didn't just say oh yeah it shows we have one Kirby made sure. Josh helped me wile I was there and was just as kind . He made sure my Battery was charge Yes they will charge your battery. Go see Josh or Kirby at Spring Cypress @249.

I was having car trouble and the check engine light came on. We were close, so we stopped to see if they ran diagnostics. They did. It was free and fast. The lady that helped us was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this place. They didn't have the part in stock and we ended up getting it from a competitor closer to home. If they would've had it is stock, I like would have bought it from them.

Thank you Mike for helping my husband and I order the part for his car. Also, I enjoyed the fact that the other employee couldn't find our part and asked for help and Mike offered to show him how to find it as opposed to doing it for him. That shows great leadership and teamwork. We will be returning as needed

My fiance had some issues with her battery. I went with her to Advance Auto to make sure they didn't try to sell her a new battery, alternator, and starter. I was very happy with the level of service we received. They tested the battery and alternator and found that the battery was bad. The man was honest and suggested that we call the dealership to check if the warranty was still good. I would now feel comfortable sending my fiance to this store if I was not able to take the car. I highly recommend this store on customer service alone.

Super friendly staff, and they know what they are talking about!!!I have gotten windshield wipers, gaskets, anti-freeze and car wax here with some great advice from the staff! Just please make sure and ask for the blinker fluid!! Especially if you plan on driving on 249!

Walked in was greeted like I invisible, went to look for what I came for couldnt find it. So I went to counter to ask for assistance to find what I need.Guy behind the counter called employee to come assist me ,then the employee walks passed me while IM standing at the counter and starts a conversation with the guy who wasnt in a advance auto parts uniform with a kid on his shoulders standing behind the counter at register (guess he worked there but wasnt on the clock) who WAS THE PERSON WHO called employee in uniform to help me . So I politely walked out like the invisible person I am!! I know this review doesnt mean anything to a big cooperation but I'll spend my money elsewhere!!!

We took my son s Ford Escape in to get a new battery this morning. The old battery had so much corrosion that the terminal was completely stuck on there! I mean, STUCK! Stacy and Kirby (I believe were their names) were so incredibly helpful!They both worked at it for about 35-45 minutes, trying different tools and methods...all while keeping a wonderful attitude. Kirby was finally able to change out the battery and gave us advice on getting the terminal changed.Thank you both for helping us and doing it with such a great attitude!

Not a bad location its a medium sized location with many parts in stock. There are a large amount of cleaning products and fluids. Tools are decent but the rental dept isnt as big as some other locations.

I was very disappointed with the workers I wish I would have gotten their name I went in there because I needed help with finding the liquid that goes in my transmission fluid the guy behind the register didn't even move not once did he get up from his chair to see if I needed help very disappointment I finally seen a lady walking into the store with the uniform and I asked her for like me if she could tell me where transmission fluid will go and she helped me thanks to that lady a customer from another store
