I received very good service but both credit cards that I tried to use were used in fraud charges. So please be careful charging any kind of card credit or debit. Use cash only.

The one on Long point is a wholesome auto parts store The store manager Ranson has the coolest parts counter clerks that are very helpful thanks guys at long point advance store I would choose over the others down the street straight up And I'm an Elite Advance member a plus if ur an Advance shopper

This place has gone down the toilet,I've dealt with them for years and today I went in there to replace their Car quest battery and said I need a battery that's not maintenance free, I need one with caps so I can check every cell for acid level. He said all our batteries are maintenance free. So I went over there to take a look and at least a third of their batteries are the type you can actually check the acid level...not maintenance free. To make a long story short I got no help they were stuck on their cell phones at the cash register and stayed that way even though I did find a battery I could use and thumped it on the counter and their eyes never left what they were looking at so I put the battery back and left. I don't know who these guys were, never seen em before... big guy and a lil guy but nothing like the staff that used to be there. I figure I'll give em a break for a couple years and then start using them again...if they're still in business. They've always had hard to find parts in stock that's why I love this place but with these two clowns I don't think they'll even try to help you, their phones are more important. The end...A long time customer.

Juan was so helpful when it came to assisting me with replacing my key fob. Even though he wasn t allowed to touch it, he demonstrated me on how to change the battery. His co worker recommended me google it, however Juan went above and beyond and more employees are needed in this industry like him. Kudos Juan!!!

Always helpful employees. Be careful of their battery inventory - found a couple that had been on the shelf for two years. They called another store with the same problem but found me a fresh one somewhere nearby.

This past weekend I sent my wife into this store to get a starter for our truck, store employees were very nice at that time. She had to return because she was given the wrong starter, there are two types for our truck, a long nose and a short, our being a short. The second time into store they were very rude, told her that she was wrong even though she was holding the starter that came out of our truck.they told her she didn't know what she was talking about and said it was her fault for ordering the wrong starter. They gave her a refund receipt and told her it would be refunded back to my card, then, as she was walking out the door one of the guys told her that she should have gone to auto zone. I will never again step a foot inside this establishment again I'll take my business elsewhere. Here it is almost a week later, and I still haven't gotten my refund. They're should fire everyone there and build a new crew that have customer care skills.

Parts were good quality, but i feel they are lacking some common sense in areas. I prepaid online for my order to be picked up at this location. I got there and they did not have one of the parts in stock. I asked Ricardo to get the part on its way and i would pick it up later. He said he would take the other part off my order and only charge me for the parts i received. I told him not to do that because i had prepaid, and just needed him to get the part to their store. Also that is just illogical. Went back the next day and a different guy was there. He told me i was only charged for the parts i had previously picked up and that i would have to pay for this new part I explained to him that i had already prepaid the order and had no way to know if they were double charging me for the part. He told me Ricardo had taken the part off my order and that i would have to pay again, which is a waste of time on top of a waste of time. He then disappeared to the back for 5 minutes, and came back to tell me again i have to pay for the part. Im like cool dude, i need the part, where is it? all that time back there and he did not come back with the part....then he went and got it. Good place and parts, just be mindful that your time may be wasted.

The manager name ESMERALDA was VERY VERY RUDE, LOUD and UNPROFESSIONAL my husband went to get a piece that he got from another store and she wouldn't even look at the receipt to see if she had the same piece and kept telling my husband in a very rude manner that the piece wasn't from her store which my husband told her, "yes I know is not from here, can you just help me and tell me if you have it or not" and she literally kept telling him with a high tone THATS NOT FROM OUR STORE. husband got mad and asked her, "okay are you gonna help me or not?!" That's when she finally went to the back and she did had the piece. Someone needs to talk to her and train her on customer service, other people that were there also witness how rude loud and unprofessional she was.

Super customer experience. Staff was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and kind. Store was very clean, with merchandise neatly displayed. Shout out to Sergio G. for help with battery replacement and vehicle diagnostic check!

Horrible. Had to wait while 2 employees failed to communicate to me about the parts they said were in stock but wasn't. The employee told me to ask his manager because he was making the "big bucks". That was unprofessional and showed they don't have a good working relationship. Hence all the confusion. Then they couldn't find my receipt thru printed by the same employee that rang me up. Messed my entire day up. Needless to say it was my 2nd time going there and that will be my last time.

This Advance Auto Parts store is a joke. I purchased a battery at another Advance Auto Parts location for my vehicle and also had it installed there. Fast forward a year and my battery is dead, I get my vehicle jump started and proceed to the nearest Advance Auto Parts...This Advance Auto Parts location proceeds to tell me that they re not allowed to even touch the defective battery (that was installed by Advance Auto) and that the location I originally purchased the battery at shouldn t have installed it either.Very unprofessional management and all around poor customer service. I don t plan on ever making another purchase at this sorry excuse of a store. Purchase parts at your own risk and expect any Advance Auto guarantee to not be honored at this location.

Always have liked Advanced Auto... Not that I use them constantly, but besides being very Conveniently situated close to my place of employment, I consider them to be other than the "regular joe" if you know what I mean. Notwithstanding, their online program (order and p/u at your nearest store) fits my needs like a glove!!!

Lita provided wonderful customer service. She was persistent in troubleshooting and got my car battery warranty resolved because she had to call and clarify the details with Car Quest which was where it was originally purchased.

Jose from commercial is very helpful and much easier to order parts from,the majority of the time when the parts aren't in Stock they arrive within a hour or I can just go and pick them up at the local warehouse.They have good deals on oil changes and tools from time to time.

I went to this store on 12/23/2017 to purchase a battery. The associates looked up the battery for my truck ,got the battery off the shelf and perseeded to install it. Upon starting to hook up the battery Sparks flew everywhere!!. Oh, this is the wrong battery the associate said?: I said you have damaged my truck. They ran back inside and got the right battery and hooked it up. The truck would not start because they blew out the starter fuse, which is a dealership item. So I asked them now what am I to do? I got the phone number to the manager of the store. The associates then locked up the store and went home.l called the manager and got his voicemail. So I left a message and my phone number. I am still waiting on a call back!! I called My AAA and had my truck towed home, And then towed to the dealership on Tuesday 12/26/2017 for repairs. What kind of business treats there customer this badly??

Very poor service there they have four or five people working one is working the counter and the others are in the back clowning around they don't seem to be taking their job serious I will not step foot in there anymore I'm going back to AutoZone. And the location I'm talking about is the one on Long Point Road close to Wirt Road.

I was rebuilding a power steering box they could NOT produce the kit or kits to make the repair. On several occasions the plastic bags had been opened that we're in the box.

Don't bother placing an order for in store pick up or curbside. They don't check to see if they have it in stock until you get there. Then they see they don't have it in stock. Wasted time and gas
