The customer service here is horrendous. I asked if they could do a check on my OBD 2 port and they made me wait for 30 minutes. They helped many more customers behind me. I know that I was not buying anything but I was still a customer. I would steer clear of this place. They are interested in profit margins and not customer retention and relations.

Rolando gave me the Best Customer service I have ever had at any auto part shop!.. he check my battery.. he was really really nice and absolutely refused a tip. His integrity was unapproachable! Wish this shop was on the Northside... dang it. Ill just drive the Batmobile over here!

I have visited this place only once and the kind of service they offered was phenomenal. It just so happened that my car battery was not functioning properly and I discussed the problem with the guy inside the store. He came outside and checked my battery. He suggested that I would get a new battery and get the existing one replaced as soon as possible otherwise it will stop working. Therefore, I went to Walmart and change my battery. He also suggested me the prices for where I can find the cheaper battery. The staff here is friendly and the place is clean. I would suggest if you want to purchase car accessories or anyting this place is good. It can be a little expensive though.

I called to see if they have something available to borrow for a quick parking lot installation. They assured me they have the parts and I can absolutely borrow them. (I ve don t this countless times at countless locations.)I made the drive all the way across town, and they tell me they don t have the parts, and even if they did, they don t lend them out at all. They were rude to me, and called me a liar. The manager said I must ve called somewhere else. When I showed him the call history from my phone he dug in and said he would not be helping me.What terrible customer service.

Costumer service was exceptional, I got the pleasure to meet Mr. Enrique, I'm deeply grateful not only because of his service but because he has so much knowledge, it's been a long time since I felt like I was actually guided by someone so nice and smart. Definitely will go back!

Went here for help to change headlight bulbs. Oswaldo was not helpful at all. I m not car savvy and I was struggling to open the car hood. He did not come help or offer assistance and instead watched me struggle. Then when I asked for assistance he said I don t know how to do it .. at that point you should either try to help me open it or Google it like I ended up having to do. I do not believe he does not know how to do it! I have NEVER been to an auto parts store that does not help you with small tasks such as replacing light bulbs before. Customer service 0/10! He chose to not help or even try to show some kind of interest in customer service.

I walked in the store back in September, (completely clueless by the way) to see if I could get some help with my car. I was greeted by this guy name Gil. He was able to answer all the questions I had, in very simple and easy to understand terms. I never thought that all these complex terms of a vehicle, could be broken down and explained in such a simple way!

Very honest professional and great people!I was told by a nearby mechanic shop that my battery was completely dead and I need to pay 260$ for a new battery. I place an order online for a much cheaper battery (only 150$) and came to this shop to install it. To my surprise, The staff here did a free battery first and found out the battery is actually GOOD. They also did a free test for alternator and starter and found out both are GOOD as well. So they cancel my online order and give me full refund. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone

Blown away by how awesome and friendly the staff are here. We came to the location having no clue what was wrong with our vehicle. A guy named Rolando C. helped us out and provided amazing customer service. He diagnosed our car, found the parts needed, and gave us very helpful tips and advice on purchasing exactly what we needed. We had a lot of questions, so we really appreciated his patience. Definitely coming back to this location.

Thanks to Advance auto I was able to get my car back on the road. Employees are very helpful willing to show different parts to me. Great job. O'Reilly's in Bellaire Texas just wanted to sell me a expensive part with frieght charges that's more than the parts cost, and made fun of. If you don't know Spanish they will talked behind your back in Spanish. Advance auto made a customer for life.

Bad service. I ordered parts online. I recieved an email saying that my order was ready for pickup. When I stopped by, they didn't have a part in stock. They said they'd order it and will have it ready for pickup tomorrow. I stopped by today and they didn't have my order ready. They had to go searching throughout the store for the parts. I ordered in store pickup at other Advanced Auto Parts and never had an issues before. Not very pleased with my time be wasted like this, especially when you're on a time crunch.

Went here to get a relay for my AC blower and Rolondo assessed my problem and said it's not the relay. It was the blower going bad. After a couple of taps on my blower...boom...my ac started to blow. Rolando was my savior on this hot and humid day. Super friendly with excellent service.

Today, I placed an order to pick up at the store. Mr. Rolando was helping me to checkout but he kept delaying the time. It was already 2:51pm. I asked him to please checkout quickly for me to pickup my children. He kept reading the bar code on the item in Spanish and read in English but didn't put it on to the computer. Then he did 8 times like that. My wife was calling me to pickup my children and it was 3pm. I was upset and told him to please checkout for me, I needed to go. He said I was crazy and to come back later. I got mad and he checked out for me right away.Why is some one not polite to customers like that still get hired in Advance Auto Parts?

I stopped by there to get a battery for my truck. I didn't have my tools with me so they offered to install it for me. The installation was difficult because the contacts were hard to come off but Ronaldo worked for over an hour to get the job done. This is a great example of truly dedicated service, which is rare these days.

ADAM is beyond great!!! Even at 7 o'clock in the morning! This guy is every bit of professional and helpful. He never forced a sale on me, and resolved my problem prompt and effectively, and helped me safe money!! Thanks Adam!!

This advance parts has cause me some headaches. I've had to return products on two different occasions because the sales associate gave me the wrong items. The good is that the location is never really busy.

Disappointed with sales clerk at this location went to purchase an oil special and the Latin sales clerk pointed the scanning tool at my eyes twice and one time got my eye and it hurtled for hours not coming back at this location neither recommend it to anyone.

The guy helped me was very nice and even gave me a discount because at a different advanced they over charged me for a lesser product. This is my new store. Glad I decided to go somewhere different- saved me $40

Representative Adam Cortez was extremely helpful in regards to my car battery and did everything possible to assist me within the Texas heat to get me up and running again and in my way, professional, humble and knowledgeable !!! I used advance auto parts online to order some parts ( the Prius 12 Volt battery that the dealer wanted to charge $300 for with installation) for pickup at my nearby store . I used a coupon and saved 20% off plain retail. Parts were ready. Store displays and shelves orderly and stocked. Satisfied!

Andy was AWESOME! He took the time and explained to me why my check engine light was on and what the code meant that the scanner picked up. Glad my house is right down the street!! Will come back:)
