This store is alright I went a few times and the service could be better. The guy today had a slight attitude like he didn't want to help us but that is how I was treated last time also. The lady seemed nice at the counter but she ended up going to the back and not coming back out. The store is clean and well stocked with stuff . It is located on a busy main street .

Rude and lack basic customer service skills, the manager and the young man with locs in his hair. I d rather pay the up charge at O Reillly across the street or drive 1/4 to AutoZone.

I had purchased a micro torch that runs on butane fuel but the store did not sell it. I searched many places and everyone was out. Advance Auto parts to the rescue! Esteban was very helpful and researched some other items that I was looking for. Keep up the great work.

I can t remember the name of the older gentleman. (Bald white guy)He just had an horrible attitude the whole time I was there. Even when I was asking for assistance about my car he didn t want to help at all. I get it if you are having a bad morning but don t take it on people who just want help from you.

I've been to this place three times each time I get excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong battery online they upgraded it gave me a better battery at no extra cost. Advance Auto Parts website is great because just about every time I want to part they're running a 20% off when you order online pick it up at the store. When you join up online you spend money they give you $5 coupon I don't know how much you have to spend but I've been able to use it twice when you sign up for the first time online they also give you a discount.

There were some mistakes made with the parts purchase I made here, but the last thing I remember is Adam trying his best to make the situation right. Good customer service is not always being perfect in my opinion but perseverance past obstacles to make the customer feel that you care about their experience and want to do something about it. Although it wasn't an all positive experience the last thing I remember is, them acknowledging the mistake and trying remedy the problem. So for that I'm rating my visit 5 .Thanks Adam.

The guy who assisted me here was great! I forgot his name BC It has been about 2 months since I went and got my battery replaced. He installed it and tested it. Process was quick and smooth. A+ customer service very professional!

Sadly, I ordered a part over the phone early in the morning, I received a 25% off discount for buying the part, when I got to the store the guy who attended me didn't want to validate the discount.I was planning to buy as well a couple of tools I needed, but when this guy refused to give me the discount I decided to go to a different store.This guy needs to learn so very much about customer service.

Raul was very pleasant. My battery was bad and he didn't give me any issues about replacing it or honoring the warranty. He helped remove and install my new battery. Very professional and was happy to assist.

Rosenda was very helpful and friendly. Greeted me kindly as I walked in the door. Clean store. Always have what I need and if the don't, they can have it the same or next day.

The staff was extremely rude during a phone call today. I've called and ordered parts from this location successfully until they had Ashley answering the phone. As customers we dont want to call a business only to be recieved by a rude unhappy employee on the other end of the line.

Great staff. They often times have parts in stock that the other stores don't. Not sure if this is because they are fairly new to the area. Advance is my go to parts store . The store setup is a bit confusing. There are 2 door. You must access the store from the 1960 entrance. Thanks advace.

This one guy was super helpful and informative. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and directed me to another store because they didn't have one of the parts I need in stock. I believe his name was Christopher, great guy!

Looking for brake fluid, customer service always great. I love that there is female employees working at a car service store that are very knowledgeable. I always go there with I need to buy parts for my car.

I was properly directed to get my brake light replaced on my 2014 Sonata. It turned out to be the right bulb. Good service and employees are laid back. Will reccomend.

Got the right compressor for customers vehicle I was working on who had bought a kit with the wrong one. I was impressed in less than 10 mins she switched for the correct one without a problem and very quick and helpful

Great people there first visit.. I had a return that was denied there and accepted at Advanced Auto on 1960. So my favorite store is now on 1960.

Associate refused to warranty brake pads, this location have warrantied pads in the past without problem, I recommend autozone for pads.
