Marco saved the day for me and my daughter this past week. The battery on her car was dead and she needs it to go to/from school. I was able to get it jumped using roadside service but needed to get the battery replaced quickly so she could attend her afternoon classes and wouldn t be on foot or at the mercy of friends for a ride. Marco found the battery that would work for her car and worked diligently to replace it (he had to remove a few things to get to it not easy!) He was kind, courteous and professional. If she ever has trouble again, I m glad we know know Marco! Thank you again sir for all your help.

I purchased wiper blades on July 4th. I had the sales associate look up the proper size for my vehicle and it says 26" & 13". The 26" ended up being too long for my car actually because when it did rain a few days later and turned them on, it buckled and flew off, so also I guess they didn't secure it properly either. I ended up getting new proper fitting wipers from the AAP in Greenspoint and the associate suggested I get 24" instead because the 26" was touching the passenger wiper and causing that buckling when I turned the wipers on. Anyway, then I tried to return the incorrect ones to the Telephone location where I purchased because AAP system is not connected between stores. The store manager said he couldn't do anything without the receipt and proceeded to put on that raggedy ill fitting 26" wiper and it was buckling and scraping on my window again, still because it was too long. Anyway, I called corporate and they mailed me check. This location the experience just isn't there. When I was on the phone with corporate they hadn't even saved my receipt under my name, my account information was all incorrect also. If they can't get the wipers right I'd hate to see them try to install a battery.

This location is great. They are always super helpful, particularly for those of us like myself who have limited knowledge about auto repairs. They've assisted with new battery purchases, windshield wiper replacement, oil change products and have even assisted and demonstrated installation. The parts they've recommended have always been a perfect fit for my vehicles and have continued to work for years.

Easy to notice from the street in normal traffic. Courteous staff and employees. Well lit at night. Cash, credit and debit cards accepted. Shop online/curbside pickup preferred. Wait time in lines can be long. Wheelchair accessible parking lot structure and entrances. Hygienic face masks requirements in place.

I drive out of my way to go to this location because of Mirjana (Ana). Every time I come in she greets me and everyone else that comes in. She offer to help you find something. She gives the best customer service and if they don t have a part she can always order it and have in store same day or next day. She always thanks you for coming in. Just wonderful customer service!!!!

They had what I needed but the price on the wall was 16.99 when I got to the register they said it was 18.99. And sorry the prices are being update and I said that's your problem. So, after about ten minutes he agreed and charged me the right price. That's why they get two stars instead of one.

I was provided with unbelievable customer service by Margil. It was 10 minutes before closing and I had to make an emergency stop for oil. I don't know much about cars so am always out of my element in places like these. He was so kind and respectful to me and helped me out in every possible way he could. This is what customer service is all about. Advanced Auto parts is lucky to have him! I will be returning!

Helpful staff that don t mind taking time out to explain the product and have their own honest reviews of what s on the shelf and also what s not in the shelf. Great selection of car cleaning and wax products also. Good to know they have great products that I can purchase immediately.

The store manager Ray displayed outstanding customer service to myself and other customers during my visit. He went above and beyond to find me the exact products I needed at the best price point. Because of Ray I will go to this location for all of my automotive needs. Many thanks Ray.

The store standard have really drop in this store. Empty holes everywhere. I was slightly disappointment to not see any manager around on a Saturday wow !!.great job Tony for assisting with the check engine light. I would challenge management to push more. This store has looked better

Got the oil i needed. Pretty sure oil was cheaper back in the day. But it's not just this auto parts store. Customer service was pretty awesome. Thank you for taking the time out to read my review.

The best service, everyone is always helpful. They know their products! Stopped going to Oriley's and autozone because no one really wants to help. Here, they want to help you find the most reasonable product and not always trying to upsell. Advanced have such cleaner stores too.

Everything you need for your vehicle. Plus anything else that you might want or need. Staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. They are willing to help figure out what is wrong with your vehicle, and find you the right part for the right price. If not they will order it for you and go pick it up. Truly professionals in my opinion.

Thank you Ana for getting me and my husband back on the road! I had a battery under warranty in Austin TX, i came to this location to get a battery test, Ana was the one who assisted us. She tested the battery and notified me that the battery was bad, i explained to her that i bought that battery in Austin about 6 months ago, Ana called every store around the town i was in, til she found my warranty. She even installed our battery!! Once again this young lady is very knowledgeable in parts business and proffesional! Thank you Ana!

Was lied to me on the 20 for $5. Lady told me misleading info and I went back to store at another location to redeem rewards and nothing wa reported, I called customer service, long ass wait, finaly got to manager and he gave me half of what was owed to me, NEVER GOING TO THIS COMPANY AGAIN I got cheated 5 short of what was owed. Spent $60 in 3 sales expecting $15 and only got $5 of it. Not coming back

Our Ministry was treated very rudely by Ana, Saul and another employee, even cursing and not wanting to refund a part bought for our vehicle online, they did not only give us a wrong part number but gave us a hassle and nothing but disrespect.

The first associate pulled the wrong part off of our car and when we ask her to fix it back she said no it was already like that ... Just horrible...However, the manager and a more experienced associate came out and resolved the issue.

Dropped off battery to trickle charge overnight and nobody put it on the charger. Picked up a dead battery. Battery was fine
