This is a very well stocked & clean store in the heights. The workers there are very professional and have a good sense of humor. They handled what I needed without any issues and did it quickly. There was no long lines to wait in so come on in today . They have a bunch of isles of merchandise including air fresheners and decals for your car or truck. I really appreciate the great service.

I cannot express enough gratitude to Miguel and Jacob. I came there from out of state as my car wasn t starting. They were so knowledgeable and figured out what was going on and were so patient and helpful. I was able to get back with peace of mind! I appreciate them so much!

I ve had a very stressful day and spent most of it trying to find someone to assist in the battery I needed for my car. After going 2 places and wasting my time, Wayne was able to help me with more than one issue and give me insight on the other things I needed to do as well. Wayne was a huge help and definitely recommend this place and him for any help you need !

I always have a great experience working with Miguel and Marcus. Both are very knowledgeable and honest. I appreciate them going the extra mile when they don t know something and researching to get me the solution I need. These 2 are the reason I don t shop anywhere else

I wanted to really give my cars a good cleaning. So, I thought .. let me go and get the right products to help me do a great job. I went to Advance and they happened to be having a sale - buy 2 for $12. So, I bought tire & rim cleaner, tire shine, window cleaner and interior shine. Once I returned home and pulled out my products, I realized, I already had a full bottle of tire shine, so I set it aside to return it for a different product.I cleaned the vehicles and felt I had done a good job.A few days later, I returned to Advance to exchange the tire shine for another product included in the 2 for $12 promo. So, upon entering the store, I mentioned what I was there for, essentially to exchange a product. Once I selected a product, I went to the counter. I still had my receipt, so I pulled it out. The counter worker rang up the exchange (same promo still in effect) and told me I owed like $2 and some change MORE!?!AHHHH ... WHAT ... Same promo, same products!!He had the balls to say that the products had to be purchased at the exact same time! Dude, this was an exchange .. not like I was trying to our base the products separately .. and then qualify for the promo.I was so disgusted Then dude says, well, this one time, I'll make an exception .. but next time!I responded, you won't have to worry about a next time. I don't intend to subject myself to nonsense. I won't be shopping here again.REALLY though .. both times, I visited the store .. I was the ONLY ONE IN THE STORE!Will there really be a next time?I give the store . Maybe another 6 months .. and it will like close up shop!IJS ...

Wayne is awesome! He went above and beyond to help us. We had a check engine light come on and he figured out what it was. He also went out of his way to answer questions about a rebuilt engine that we had done at another shop. He didn t have to, but he spent his time helping us. He s awesome!

Had a really good experience! Marcus and Hector did a battery/alternator diagnoses then helped me figure out what parts I needed. They even changed out the battery for me. From there, they went the extra mile and helped me find a mechanic that could switch out my alternator that same night! Will definitely be back to get parts from here when I need them! Very happy!

Jackie, the store manager provided amazing customer service! The issue with our car lasted a few days and each day, she went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. She was very knowledgeable and informative. I can t thank her enough, I m so grateful for her.

Whenever I m doing a DIY job on my vehicle this is my store. I literally bypass other auto part stores to go to the 1120 W. 11th St. location. The customer service is second to none, especially Miguel & Marcus. They are friendly, hardworking, and display an impressive knowledge about cars. If they don t have what you re looking for they will order it ASAP. Guys like Miguel & Marcus make me a return customer. Thanks for making an old military veteran feel special!

My car's AC has been blowing hot air so I stopped by after work to see if some refrigerant would help. I didn't know what to buy or how to use it but Jonathan knew exactly what I needed and he even taught me what to do. I'm so thankful for the awesome customer service at this location.

I have been trying to air up my therapy ball for weeks due to a painful hip so I walked into Advanced Auto Parts and asked if they could help!? Well, guess what Marcus Harper walked from around the corner and greeted me with his super friendly smile. I told him my situation and he quickly solved my 2 problems. He was so helpful and delightful. Thank you so much for the pleasant friendly experience. I will definitely be shopping here for my auto parts.

I will rant and rave about Jackie and Jouse for days, and suggest if you have any auto questions to ask them because they will help you find a solution! They went above and beyond to help me when the mechanics didn't, and I am so thankful for them both! Great job to this store and the team!

I stopped by Advanced Auto Parts to get a wheel cover. Immediately, I was greeted at the door by Jouse. He not only helped me select the right cover, but he also helped me to put them on my car. This location will definitely be my go to location thanks to Jouse.

I came here this morning with a dead Die Hard battery, and since Advance Auto Parts is now the place to get them, there I went. Jackie asked me if I had my original receipt from Sears, and lo and behold I did, so she was able to confirm my warranty status. I left an extremely happy customer, and I know I'll be a repeat customer due to the friendly, helpful service I received.

I recently started going to this Advance Auto Parts Store and what a pleasant surprise find a place where everybody in the store is friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help you...I had to go in the store multiple times and each time I was amazed to find that the employees were all what you hope to find in the customer support realm but rarely do, or there is one standout, but the rest are marginal at best.In this store every employee I have interacted with is proof that people still care and there is hope for the free world..(comic drama lol).Whoever staffed this Advance Auto Parts on 11th should be commended for their good judgment in putting a team like theirs together.Ps. Hey corporate big wigs...this staff is an asset to your company and it is Christmas time...please show them they are appreciated for their excellence by giving them a respectable bonus or raise.Thanks and happy holidays!

I've been going to this store for close to 10 years now. But after the rude and inept customer service that I received from with their current manager, Marcus, I'll be going anywhere but here for my next purchase.This particular store refuses to honor their corporate advertised specials. And then they try to make you out to be the bad guy when you call them out on it.Don't waste your valuable time and hard-earned money at this store. Go across the street to AutoZone or to one of their other stores where they will honor their advertised specials.

Horrible service. We tried replacing one of their "Gold" batteries that was still under warranty and they said they could not honor their warranty without calling the previous owner of the vehicle. The car was purchased used but the shipping date on the battery was clearly under the 3 year warranty. You would expect a store like Advance to immediately honor their word.... instead they want you to jump through hoops of fire. Would never recommend buying a battery from them as they will not do what they say.

I went in to pick up a part ordered online, and wanted to add power steering stop leak. I asked the gentleman that was stocking where it was located, and he showed me, also he went a step further to show me the different types. I appreciated that. I was looking for a certain brand, they had the brand I was searching for in every other fluid types but didn't carry that brand of power steering stop leak. So then I asked I'd he carried fog/ driving lights. He didn't know exactly what I meant and after I explained, he couldn't tell me where in the store they were.
