My vehicle broke down, engine knocking and was stuck in LA. I talked to David, got my vehicle over to the shop. Assessed the damages right away and sent me videos and pictures. Gave me an estimate for the work that needed immediate attention and pointed out the items that can wait which I appreciated. He wasn t pushy, he was very informative and understanding. I approved the work. He kept me updated on the progress, from engine arrival right down to the new tires I needed. They were fast, answered any questions I had and I didn t need to keep calling for an update. I was very impressed with his service and knowledge. Needless to say I will be bringing all of my cars to be serviced by Adams.

I decided to try this place out to get an inspection because my dealership's machine was down and this place had good ratings. When I came in I was surprised at how nice and clean the waiting room was. Then astonished at the amazing attention and service they provided my husband and I. Never have I gone to any shop that treated me this way so I was shocked and impressed lol. They followed up with me after the service, told me my problems and issues, sent me a full report with video, cleaned my vehicle and there was no pressure with anything. We definitely would come back and refer everyone we know here. They are doing an amazing job!

I came in for a/c troubles and left very satisfied. Not only fixed the a/c but also gave a full inspection. Super friendly, genuine, and efficient service. Kept me updated and even has their own driver that will take you home if needed. Would definitely recommend and will be taking my vehicle again when need be. Also Jae was great!

My car was throwing codes and stalling out every time I filled the gas tank. Had it towed here, it was the only place open on Sunday near where I was and it was a AAA authorized service center so I knew the quality of the service would be good and I would qualify for a discount through AAA for whatever work was done so it was a no brainer. From the minute I walked in here I was set at ease. The employees are completely professional, very knowledgeable and explain everything they need to do and are very upfront about their services. They have master mechanics to diagnose the problems with your car so you know the issues are properly taken care of. In my instance, it was a battery issue even though initially it was thought to be an emissions/evap system issue that required a smoke test since that s what the engine codes were showing. They called me and told me the price for the battery and installation which was a little higher than I wanted to pay but normal for a mechanic shop, so I asked them if I could have AAA come to the shop to replace it for me if it was cheaper and they were willing to allow it for me, that saved me nearly $200. Turned out to be the only thing that was needed in the end so they didn t charge me for the unnecessary work done. We are very happy customers and they have earned customers for life! They even topped off our fluids for free. Our car is purring like a kitten. Thank you Adams Auto!

I have been using Adams Automotive for all of my family's cars for the past 5 years. They are professional, friendly, and always do a great job. The staff is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the repairs needed in detail. I have never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs or services. Adams Automotive is definitely the best auto repair shop in Houston!

This was my first time using Adams Automotive. It was a great experience. I worked with Will. He was fantastic in explaining everything that required repair to keep my car running well. I loved the pictures and videos he showed me. I will continue to use them for oil changes and car repair needs.

I came in to get a full inspection and a few other small things done. I was helped by Donovan and he was very kind and helpful. He explained the things that needed to be done and was able to get me in and out in a timely manner. The waiting area was very clean and had a nice fish tank. I will definitely be coming back.

I have been coming to Adams for a few years now. Jay is such a nice guy and is always so willing to help with any concerns or questions I may have. The service is quick and the waiting room is very comfortable. They just got a new dog and he is so cute and friendly!

I strongly recommend you avoid this place. Over the last few years, I have taken cars in for inspection. The cars have been less than 3 year old and they "failed". The first time I ignored and just took to another place and the vehicle passed. In December 2023 I took a 2022 car in and the inspection failed. This time I decided to investigate more. First, the reason for failure was not even a valid reason according to Texas inspection website. In addition, I took the car to the dealership with the "fail reason" as I had concerns for safety. Not only was I reassured there was no issue with the car, but they performed and passed the inspection. When I first moved here 4 years ago, I would have given this place high marks, but lately it seems very fishy and they are searching for reason to get people to pay for things not needed. I do not write reviews but I felt very strongly about doing so here. I will be filing a complaint with DPS and if you have similar issues, I suggest you do the same.

Great service every time I have been here. All the guys are friendly and helpful. They are quick with repairs and reasonable pricing. I always feel like I am being taken care of and not taken advantage of. I won t go anywhere else with my vehicles.

They truly put the WORLD CLASS in automotive care! I will be sharing my personal experience that I had with Adams Automotive (Long Review).I m just at a loss for words at how amazing these people are. Not only are they extremely professional, but they truly care about their customers by giving it their absolute best! Side note, another plus is that their facility is the biggest and best maintained mechanic shop that I have ever seen.Regardless, I can t begin to start with how well they treated me and my 2008 Ford Mustang Bullitt. They constantly kept updating me via text message on the progress of my vehicle, something almost no other mechanic, that I ve seen here in Houston, does while working on your car. They fixed up my bumper dent and painted my valve covers at no cost! Additionally, they worked tirelessly to accurately diagnose my plethora of A/C issues, as well as worked with my extended warranty to give me the best price possible. Over $2,200 worth of repairs all covered! Initially my door actuator was not covered, which would have been a costly repair, but they kindly worked with me to offer the best price possible. Along with all of this, they freely offer an extended warranty with a variety of benefits after work is done on your vehicle!Bottom line: BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Not only will you have the peace of mind that professionals are doing great work, but that they also care about you and your car. If I ever have any other issues with my car, I will absolutely bring it back to Adams Automotive. Some of the service advisors are very rude and unprofessional. They did a poor job installing and inspecting the brake calipers on my car. The caliper ended up coming off and breaking the rim almost causing a massive accident on the road. I got lucky that no cars collided with me. I ended up towing it to brake check to fix the work they done and brake check did a better job.

Fantastic service. I was just there for a state inspection and they did a free bumper to bumper inspection and caught early signs of my shock system oil leak? Donovan was very thorough explaining to me every step of the repair and took his time to make sure that i understand what im dealing with. They really take care of you like they would for a family member. Hands down best customer service and the work I ever had! it took the right amount of time for them to fix it. Donovan and his team also fixed another issue that the dealership service couldnt fix (or care to look farther after i brought it up two times). the car afterwards was driving smoother than i ever remembered! Also interesting note that all the staff there I encounter are happy there! Strange that I have to mention it but they all seem genuinely happy to work there and helping you out! The management team must did something right. Not to mention I want to support the local businesses too!

My vehicle would not start after I picked up some groceries for my mother and my home. I figured out it was my battery and had a jump start. This was Saturday evening. I remembered getting something in the mail from Adams Automotive. I looked them up and sure enough they were open on Sunday and had staff that specialize on BMW vehicles. I immediately went on their website and made an appointment. It was a bit embarrassing because I had my dog and the groceries because I spent the night at my mother's house. They were so nice and accommodating. Eddy and Cliff were outstanding. They performed a bumper to bumper inspection.They found a few other things that need attention. A full report with pictures and video was sent to me. They went over all the information and explained things to me. They even sent me home in an Uber with my dog and all my stuff. I was so thankful I didn't lose any of my groceries. And I made a terrible mistake with my house keys and they were so gracious about it. They sent someone to drop off my keys. I can't say thank you enough to the friendly and professional staff at Adams Automotive. I got my vehicle back the same day. On a Sunday! They service all types of vehicles foreign and domestic. You should give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

I have been taking my vehicle to get serviced here for a couple of years now with David and I am impressed with their service. They send you a video of what s happening with your vehicle! I ve never experienced that with any other shop. Which tells me they re honest. That s a huge plus for me. Their customer service is unrivaled and would recommend them to all my family and friends.

The best car repair experience I have ever had! My first visit, but will definitely NOT be my last whenever I am in need of car service. The people are Amazing . I arrived early Sun morning Jan. 7 when my electrical control system light went on. They were very professional and courteous. Even though I could not use them for repairs because my warranty was with another shop that was not open that day, they did a meaningful inspection and held my car overnight until a tow truck could pick it up the next day. I would definitely go to this shop again.

First and last visit to Adams Automotive! Booked online for a service and state inspection. Arrived told it would be done in 2 hours. Came back after 4 hours... checked in, ready soon... 2 hours later - service was not performed, but presented with $3k of recommended services to be performed? I looked at my previous maintenance records (in the glove box), which shows I only need an oil change. 2 other customers in the waiting area were also very disappointed with the poor communication and upselling of services. Please avoid.

Adams Automotive will now be my first choice when it comes to car repair. From the minute I walked in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Niko was my advisor and absolutely wonderful! He walked me through the entire process and got the work done for a quarter of what I was quoted at other car shops and provided a loaner vehicle for the duration of my car being serviced. Highly recommend Adams Automotive!

Nikko & the whole staff at Adams Automotive are super courteous & responsive. We ve used them for decades & they re reliable & dependable. They provide a detailed explanation from the computer generated alerts for diagnostics along with an itemized statement of any work needed & pictures as well as coordinate and accept any warranty you may have. You may pay a little extra but you pay for what you get & they ll take care of you. Two bonuses are providing transportation to & from the shop during your repairs (or discounted rental rates w/a local car rental Biz) and a complimentary car wash & vacuum before pick up.

Was assisted immediately as we entered the door. I took an elder to Adams Service, she was amazed how clean the floors were, how many employees they have. I have serviced my 2021 Atlas there twice now and will continue to bring it back for maintenance. The dealership is ok, but seems to be slower and less accommodating when it comes to extras like rentals, loaners, and rides for me.Andrew suggested a fuel service, which I probably would not have considered on my own and happy I went with it.My car drives so much better and has been much more responsive since I have had the service done. Give Adams Automotive a try some time my experience there is second to none.
