If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Adam s Autowerks is fast, efficient, friendly and easy on the wallet. I have an import and not everybody can work on imports, but they knew everything about my car. They re very confidence-inspiring because they re so knowledgeable. They really know cars.

Adam's AutoWerks has been my go-to shop when I need repairs done. They always have been very responsive and their turn-around is spot on. For quality work that is competitively priced, I will be back whenever I need repair service.

Adam s AutoWerks has been a Godsend for me. I love my Miata hardtop convertible. I found this maintenance shop last Spring. James analyzed the car and we went over what a car with almost 100k needs to keep it in reliable shape for the next few years. We, then, went over list and prioritized the work to be done. Over the next few weeks, we started. As of now, I am down to last item. Being 77 yrs, this car just needs to be safe for me to drive. My car seems almost brand new to me. Thanks to Adam s AutoWerks, his family, yes this is a family business, and his employees!

Last month I searched several auto shops because I was having issues with my car preventing me to be able to break and turning off when I switch gears/stalling an found Adam AutoWerks whose had multiple good reviews so I decided to go through them. I called and spoke with the owner who was super friendly had him tow my car there and then later called and followed up with him to see if he found any other issues in which he did. I told him to fix those things in which ended up totaling 1,500. I called the shop owner multiple times informing him about the car turning on and off when switching gears/stalling so I wanted to make sure that issue was fixed.I received my car back and the first day it still jerked as if it wanted to turn off and the following day it completely started to turn off again and stalling. I called the shop owner back and informed him that I had taken my car to Autozone where I soon found out that the issue was a transmission code in which he states he didn t see when he hooked it to the machine the day previous and also he doesn t work on transmissions. I m just disappointed/frustrated I totally feel like the money spent was a waste because I still have same issue as previously but now 10x worse with a 1500 dollar bill.Services: Electrical repair, Auto brake repair, Oil change

I really appreciate the service I received from James while he worked through replacing my wheel bearings and then diagnosing an engine light that was a result of faulty OEM and aftermarket catalytic converters. James continued to diagnose all issues until he had my truck back to running like new. I won't hesitate to return if I ever need a mechanic to work on any of my vehicles in the future.Service: Exhaust

James did a great job replacing my front wheel bearings and valve cover gaskets on my 07 Explorer. He also correctly diagnosed the reason for my increasingly difficult starts. I needed two new fuel injectors. My truck now runs smooth and quiet. I also expect that my gas mileage will get much better. Thank you James for your diligence and hard work. He s a great mechanic. I had an engine code that had been plaguing my car for months. I took it to several dealerships and independents and all they did was take my money and time. It's just the best when you find an auto shop that really knows what they're doing and is honest and professional. Adam's AutoWerks fixed my family member's transmission that I was told after calling many other shops, only the dealership had the expertise to fix. And the dealership wanted to just replace the whole thing. But then we found Adams AutoWerks and they fixed it quickly and economically, and best of all - with great quality workmanship and parts. I've since had Adam's AutoWerks do a couple of improvements to my SUV, one of which included electrical work, and they knew the system like the back of their hand. They did the job right, and did it very quickly. A+ in my opinion!Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

*ADAM has sold the business and moved-on since July* New management upside downI've brought my vehicles here last 3 years and Adam was always great. I had no issues spending a little more premium to get the right service specially on German carsJames lost my trust in one job by over-promising and under-delivering. I did find him to be somewhat honest, cordial when asked series of questions, but I found delays after delays in completing job on time. Now I discovered a little braking noise issue not diagnosed properly, but I will not waste anymore time with him. Had gone to Adam's shop to get my ac fixed. The whole process was very much to the point and he finished the job in a couple of hours! On top of that he also told me about a couple of things I needed to be aware of for the future. Said that those repairs were not needed now, but possibly later. Also in my chats with him and observing how he deals with customers, easy to see that he is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about getting the right repair done. I know Adam is moving, but he has already assured that the new person taking over the location is just as honest and capable as him. I wish Adam and best and sincere thanks!

Extremely nice and accommodating. Had an issue with a work truck that essentially left me stranded. Got a diagnosis super fast. Went and picked up parts himself and got it taken care of same day within couple of hours. Had a fantastic experience working with Adam on diagnosing and repairing a convertable top issue on my e89 z4. Adam's Autowerks will be my mechanic shop for all my vehicles. I googled these guys looking for a good mechanic in my area and saw their reviews and decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed as from the very beginning they made my issues on my Subaru Forester their issues as if I had been coming there for some time and we already had a great business relationship. I told Adam what I thought was the problem and he gave me realistic expectations on timing for his diagnosis and repair. In the end he found stuff that we did not even discuss that he thought would be more beneficial for me to address for the life of the car and brought them to my attention. We discussed and agreed on a plan of action and price that was way more reasonable than the dealership and tailored to my needs and budget. In the end he exceeded my satisfaction by even addressing a concern of a leak that had nothing to do with our agreed upon project just because their service is that good. Hands down I highly recommend Adam and his team for your automobile repairs. Thanks Adam. Keep up the great work and Integrity. I am so thankful and impressed by Adams Mechanic Shop in Memorial, especially their sales gentleman, Eddie. I own an infinity and always take it to the dealer, I know I pay premium but I felt that the truck is well taken care of. Until recently I started feeling that maybe I wasn't treated very honestly at the dealer. I had the truck luggage rack get rammed in a garage and ran to Eddie's mechanic instead, Eddie helped me dismantle the broken piece, it took him a few minutes and didn't want to charge me for the removal. Then the driver's visor just broken off, same thing, dealer was charging me a ridiculous amount just to do a 5/10 minute unscrew and screw back up... so I went back to Eddie. This were just small things, but was definitely impressed by their customer care and integrity. They do work with luxury cars and have an array of mechanics. Rest assure I felt grateful to find an honest place in a world where sometimes others just want to take advantage. Adams mechanic also has a good solid employee in Eddie. Highly recommend them. Gris

I needed a new battery for my BMW 650. I called Adam's AutoWerks HTX and Shirquana, the front desk manager, was able to quickly fit me into the schedule. James, the owner and chief mechanic, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The work was completed right on schedule. I highly recommend Adam's Autowerks for their service and the people are extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with.Service: Battery

Took my VW to this shop when it started having problems. The project ended up not being as simple as he thought it would be. But his work ethic is on point and he pushed past it and figured out the problem in the end got me my car back in a few days when anyone else probably would still be trying to figure it out. Fair prices, great staff, and overall a great experience. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone that asks me for a good mechanic. Thanks again Adam for your hard work and dedication.

James really went above and beyond to make sure my 2012 camaro was fixed HE changed the battery, the alternator and changed and programmed a new computer. He was honest and diligent. I will not go anywhere else. Adam is honest and straightforward - diagnosed what was wrong with the car, showed us some options, and took care of repairs quickly and efficiently. He even and diagnosed an unrelated issue the following week in a matter of minutes! Highly recommended.

Save yourself some money and BS and just bring your car to Adam. My truck got a check engine light and based on my OBD2 diagnostic device, it was only a Cylinder 1 misfire issue (P0301). I made the mistake of visiting a dealership and they tried to screw me around claiming there were other cylinders misfiring and issues with my truck, claiming they needed another $500 just to test my car (no mention of a fix at this point). A friend recommended visiting Adam's AutoWerks and I can't recommend him enough after my experience. Adam was patient and professional while I explained what I was feeling while driving my truck and what had happened prior to our discussion. I saved quite a bit of time and a ton of money by avoiding the unnecessary $500+ tests and overall $1000+ fixes. You want to lose your week trying to fix your car? Go for it. I have a 2016 BMW 328i with the warranty. I needed replacement headlight sensors BMW refused to cover. They said I needed to replace the left and right sensors. Adam showed me there is only one sensor. The right sensor does not exist. Adam could have easily gone with his original quote for two sensors and ripped me off. But even after adding some extra part I needed for the sensor, plus adding some fuel injector cleaner, I still ended up leaving about $50.00 under his original estimate. I feel confident Adam knows what he is doing. And I feel confident I will not be ripped off by him. Nice facility and nice shop. He took the time and had the patience to explain many things about my car and showed me other things I could have BMW look at that my warranty would cover. Plus on my first visit, he had Netflix playing on the TV and I just watched The Office while my car was fixed. I would highly recommend Adam's Autowerks (and have) to anyone.

I give Adam 5 stars. My land rover wouldn't start i googled land rover repairs and thks shop and a few others came up. The reason why i went with this shop is bcuz of the reviews. Everyone is right Adam is great from the lady in the office to him. They make u feel like family and do you right. Adam came in on a Saturday which is his off day and fixed my car to have me back rolling. And his prices are fair. Thanks Adam you are the best!!!! I will be coming back to see you Everytime something wrong with my car. If u need ur car fixed and u looking for a great mechanic i recommend AdamService: General repairs & maintenance

An actual real, honest, reliable, and trustworthy mechanic!!! Prices are very reasonable, and the peace of mind is worth even more! Adam listens to you, and never upsales. He has worked on my vehicles many times and did again today when I was in a bind. I am so thankful! This place has never let me down, and is overall amazing!

My husband and I recently moved to Houston. We were in need of getting auto work done, and Adam's AutoWerks was recommended to us. We are SO glad we decided to give them a call. From start to finish the crew there took care of us. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant to speak with, and was knowledgeable. I would rate them 6 stars if I could!

I took my Toyota to Adam's shop because my alternator need it to be replace and also because my car had two light on in the dash board. Adam and Nat look at my car and fixed like new without paying an outrages amount of money. They are very professional and there experience together are immensely value. I love there service and honesty, I am planning to take my son car next week to then to get a oil leek fix!

I took my Infiniti G37 after I had a very bad experience with another repair shop. I spoke to Adam over the phone and asked for an approximate cost for an engine replacement. He gave me approximate cost (did not avoid the question, which you get with most repair shops) and was very clear about the steps he will take in fixing the car. Myself, being an engineer, liked the Clear planned logical approach. I towed the car to Adams Autowerks. He tried to fix the car's old engine but because of the state it was left at by the previous repair shop, it was best to move on with the replacement. After the replacement, we found a bad coil and he fixed that with no extra cost.I find Adam very knowledgeable and very technically savvy doing the work the right way.Thank you Adam for your good work and professionalism.

I've never had such a great experience with any service on my Lexus. Adam and his wife are incredibly honest people, Adam did a great job on my brakes and even replaced a headlight for me at no charge. Highly recommend!!

After searching for a performance mechanic for my new 2020 Outback Onyx XT I was referred to Adam's AutoWerks from another mechanic's shop. Adam worked with me over a six month period to make sure I received the proper equipment for what I was expecting for turning this family wagon into my overland and camper hauling fantasy. Adam even went so far as to contact Primitive Racing (where I ended up buying all my parts from) to receive all the proper information for installation and is now an official installer of Primitive Racing products for the Houston area. The team at Adam's AutoWerk took only a day and a half to install king springs on the front and rear, 3 underbody skid plates, and the Fumoto valve. It seemed as if they really cared for my vehicle as if it was one of their own. With seeing how well everything looked and functioned after the completion of the job I was very pleased with the cost of it all as well. It's very difficult for me to find anything negative to say about Adam and his team at Adam's AutoWerks. The only negative thing I can say is that I live 30 mins away without traffic but I'll be happy to drive it for their quality of work. Hands down I would recommend Adam and his team to any of my family and friends for their automobile needs.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Oil change

I FOUND IT!!!! This is the best automotive shop in Houston bar none. They handle anything you can throw at them. Adam and Nate are extremely helpful and are always willing to explain fully what is going on with your vehicle. Had a project that had been sitting for over a year, because no one was able to get me a straight answer how to fix it. Adam gave me a solution right away and the truck was back up and running. After that I had him do a multi point inspection and fixed a few things that needed some attention. The truck has never ran better! In short family owned, fair prices, and super friendly.
