I have used Active Auto for car service and tires since 2016. They have always provided quality service and this was no exception. A tire wall ruptured and I was able to get worked in same day. Replaced all tires, did annual engine service, and state inspection.

never been here before but i needed to get my tire repaired and it was the nearest good year. Asked to get it patched, they said they would plug it then said it would cost $40 to plug it took my tire and my business elsewhere. it was more than obvious they assumed i didn t know much about proper tire repair and what it should cost, and were trying to take advantage

Came here to get my Tesla inspected (state inspection).Fastest in-and-out ever.I forgot my key (do not do this), and they let me drive my car to the inspection landing, whereupon they serviced me immediately. Staff were courteous and friendly. Will definitely be back next year.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Mel went over and above to help replace my Tesla s flat tire . making sure a new one was ordered from the warehouse just in time to receive it the same day and even dealing with the t/w warranty company for me! I had an absolutely amazing experience here. They were willing to communicate with me only via email since I can't talk on the phone, something very few businesses will do. They explained everything very clearly and were unbelievably kind and helpful during a very traumatic experience. I cannot recommend them enough.

My husband and I have been bringing our cars to this place for almost 6 years. They have great customer service, and I never feel like they re trying to rip us off like some other auto places. They re honest and do great work. They also typically work much faster than expected. I m fairly certain that everyone in the surrounding neighborhoods come here.
