My experience at AAMCO has been very pleasant! Wynton was a great communicator, he followed up with my concerns, helped me identify the issues with my car and then made it easy to stress-less.I highly recommend this location for your battery and engine needs.

Nothing but good things to say about Brandon and his team. Everyone was professional and courteous in every way. The transmission failed in my Jeep. My extended warranty is with Route 66 (a good company) and AAMCO is preferred shop. Right up front I was told this would be lengthy process both because of the failure (time it takes to get another transmission) and because of working with the insurance (Route 66). Candor in communications keeps expectations real. Brandon negotiated with Route 66 fairly serving both AAMCO and me. In the end I was out a few hundred dollars for a several thousand dollar repair.Transmission problems are big ticket, big stress items. And they do other stuff, too. Go to this shop, let this team take care of your needs. I am confident that you will be pleased that you did.

The staff was very helpful and "honest", which is very hard to find in a mechanic these days. Big kudos to Winton. His knowledge of my vehicle was evident, and his presence brought me comfort and safety in leaving my vehicle. Thanks to the entire staff and I will return. I highly recommend their (AAMCO) service to everyone!

I had my transmission replaced here and Mr. B and his team had me in and out with minimum downtime. They have very good prices and stand behind their work. Great communication throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend!

Brandon and his team were very helpful with the transmission diagnosis and replacement for my Nissan Rouge, I truly enjoy finding a mechanic shop that cares for the repairs and also is very informative on the many options to complete repairs. I would recommend this shop to all my friends and family. Great job!!

My check engine light came on which caught me off guard so I took my vehicle to AAMCO to get it serviced, they were very professional and detailed found out my transmission was going out, I let them replace my transmission and my car is running like when I first purchased it. They did a great jobThanks so much

This is the place to go if you need any MAJOR repairs. You can get small repairs there too but make sure to get all your major work done here. I had to basically get a new transmission put in my suv. They did it in a timely manner and I have had it for over two years and still no problems. I recently had to replace my ac and they did it in one day and I have had no issues! I go here for all of my major repairs. Everything they do comes with a warranty. Brandon at the front desk has excellent customer service skills and greets everyone with a smile. He listens to you completely and then makes sure that he explains everything to you, to make sure you can understand about what is going on with your vehicle. He makes sure to give you the best price that they can give. There are alot of mechanic shops that will lie and just try to get more money out of you. But this location is honest and they truly appreciate their customers. Make sure to check this place out! You wont regret it and you will return.

Brandon Went above and beyond for us!! We called several places and was turned away due to our warranty company not being accepted even the dealership turned us away or said we would be paying thousands out of pocket, We spoke with Brandon and he assured us of everything, Once we dropped our truck off he handled absolutely everything with our warranty, it took about 4 days to get the warranty claim approved (due to a weekend) and then it only took him 2 days to replace my transmission and have my truck ready with no out of pocket cost. He was truly a miracle we needed in a time of need and he will be the only person we call when we need work done from here on out. Absolutely exceptional customer service and honesty. I highly recommend this shop! You will regret going to anyone other than Brandon as the repair, time, dedication, workmanship, customer service his shop is the best out there!

AAMCO Transmission gave us outstanding service and earned our respect - trust. We used their service the first time. Mr. Aaron Bryant and Mr. Brandon Moreno were so sincere and honest. I decided to trust them and paid almost $10.000 to install a new transmission and other parts. Our Honda took us all across U.S.A. and our family was safe and sound. The quality of AAMCO Transmission proved their quality and we drove 4000.00 miles. We have arrived after a long vacation. We are from Baton Rouge, Louisiana when an unexpected transmission issue occurred on Old Spanish Trail in Houston. We needed a new transmission! Brandon, took care of everything! These guys are the absolute BEST!! They repaired my O2 sensor quickly and I got my car back the same day. Excellent customer service and they took the time to explain to me in detail what needed to be fixed and why. Ladies, if you're nervous about going to an auto repair shop and being taken advantage of, look no further than AAMCO. They're honest, efficient, and will work with you on pricing. I want to thank everyone who works in the shop and Brandon because y all always do an awesome job. I brought my car back from out of state because I wanted the work to be done right by people I trust who can also actually drive my car lol (manual). I ve been going to this shop since Chuck owned it and then it transferred ownership when he retired and it went into great hands so it s been some years of continued awesome service. Mr. Brandon and Mr. B were very professional and pleasant. They made me feel comfortable and happy. The man who worked on my car and changed my sensors was very good and quick. Will never go for to this place. Liars and cheaters. Charged almost $1000 for a simple work. Took only cash.Free inspection is a lie. Said he would charge $100 in we donot get repairs over there after inspection.And for the $1000 it made the car even worse and nothing was good again. He said I have to pay more money for for more repairs which he didn t fix in payment I paid before.he said no refunds.Done those same for $150 at other place and the car was fully functional.If first time going to place like this for car shops, better not go here.

I was changing my oil regularly at this place until this guy didn t tied the bolts of the filter cover. When I was driving my car the metal cover felt down and stuck with the ground and turned like a can!!! I towed the car by my own and the owner was so ugly and said what can I do !!!! With loud voice and no respect then he started to hammer the metal cover and he did the same mistake and didn t tied one bolt and I have to go under the car for double check!! Then he took it back and fixed with this broken cover and said tell me what can I do!!! Do not go to this place they are disrespectful. Do you know if I did not record everything this guy will be so rude and maybe he will kick me out of his workshop but I have dash camera and I took a photos of the incident once it happens.

Me and my husband have been coming here for just over 4 years now. I LEGITIMATELY WONDER WHAT THEIR WAYS ARE BECAUSE I WISH I COULD GET HEALTH CARE TO LEARN THEM! The mechanic Dennis and front desk man Brandon are respectful, knowledgeable, amicable, approachable, communicative, but most importantly they care! They care which is more than I can say for literally the rest of us! Every time!!! They explain EVERYTHING to me, give me choices! Educate me to make better decisions, they ve literally told me you don t need break pads now, come back in a year or two, AND LET ME GO FREE OF CHARGE!

The experience was awesome! Single female, never felt taken for granted or taken advantage of my knowledge. Brandon talked me thru in detail every step from beginning to end in reference to my options pros and cons. He provided text messages during the maintenance and a follow up text post departure just to check on the vehicle how was running. I've brought my vehicle over a few times to this shop and I'm always surprised with the professionalism and the service. Brandon is awesome and very straightforward with what the shop recommends for your vehicle and doesn't try to overcharge or upsell services you don't need at the time. Would recommend to anyone looking for an honest and fair mechanic. The guys did a fantastic job getting me a transmission for my nearly decade old Silverado. I swear the truck runs better than it did the day I drove it off the lot. This AAMCO is amazing! Very friendly, courteous AND honest which is hard to come by these days! Checked my ac. Took me to and from rental car agency, and did not charge me a dime! My new go to repair shop!! UPDATE: took my car back in and got my AC fixed. Brandon is the best. He helped me work around travel to and from to drop my car off and pick it up. I had to get a hose replaced which was causing my engine light to be on. I called a day prior and Mr B said to bring it in and they will look into it. I dropped it off and he communicated with me the entire time my truck was there. Terrible service in my experience. The business' reply evidences further the low quality of service. I was, in fact, your customer. My car was too expensive to fix. I sold it to Brandon at the shop. A few weeks later, it was on the street collecting TxTag fees because the business did not submit the proper paperwork and kept my license plates. It took over a year to sort this out, and even then, I had to pay the TxTag fees of over a year of infractions because it was the easiest way to close the case.
