Tom did a great job at fixing the scratch on my Dodge Charger I came in on Tuesday around 5pm and he had it don t by 6pm the next day great guy and very professional

I was able to purchase a vehicle from Henry Motor Group, and Tom made the whole transaction pleasurable. In addition, over a year after I purchased the vehicle, we noticed the seat belt wasn t working. Tom replaced the seat belt with no problems, and no back and forth. He just wanted to make sure it worked for my kids, and that I was satisfied. The seat belt works fine, and I definitely would suggest anyone else to use his services as well.Service: Body & Trim

Tom is a great guys. Very honest. Showed and explained everything from day 1. I had taken my car 2 to mechanics and they were not able to get the job done or point me in the right direction. Tom immediately knew what was wrong with my car. Gave me a fair price same day on the spot. No haggling over price. Was very transparent with everything. The manager gave me a fair price and was very attentive to my car. He was able to tell me the problems and every possible solution for that situation. He kept me updated if there were any delays with parts or other conditions. He answered all of my questions with well rounded answers. His team was able to finish the car faster than expected. Great, knowledgeable & friendly staff. They heard my concerns & delivered the service I expect from a dealership. I was concern about getting my S63 back in the same condition prior to my little incident and as cost effective as possible and the manager, Tom made it happened! If you drive something a little older (pre 2007) this is NOT the shop for you. I had front end damage and needed my radiator, grill and headlights replaced. Everything looked picked off from a junkyard which I don t mind as long as it s quality and done right. But it wasn t. My grill was loose and I hit one speed bump and all my back and front lights cut off. Radio didnt work. Cluster didnt work. And when I went back he only told me they don t do much electric work. And that I d have to file with my insurance again. My insurance wasn t any help and told me to get a lawyer against this shop. They don t seem like horrible people but the job was done poorly. I didn t have any electricity issues whatsoever even after the crash until these guys touched it.
