Loved the Customer service and the Owner and his Staff are very knowledgeable about cars I would definitely go back again and recommend the shop

Had a scratch on my car hood. Very pricey quote that they claimed was due to the reddish tinge of my car as red paint is extremely expensive (!?). I walked around my car with the main technician and showed him two other tiny dings that needed to be smoothed and painted. He said "Sure, sure, not a problem. We'll smooth it out and paint at no extra cost."They told me the car would be ready that evening between 5 and 6pm. I got a call at 4pm telling me that due to the rain they need to keep the car another night (!?). It was sitting inside a garage so not sure what that was supposed to mean, but ok...I came the following morning and the two little dings were not fixed. They told me the technician that I dealt with had an emergency and they are unable to confirm with him that he promised to fix the 2 small issues so they cannot fix it. They dabbed some leftover paint on it to try and shut me up but did not take out the little dent or smooth it out.We left the car there another day as they claimed they will try to "reach him to see if that's what he promised"....We came yet again the following morning and nothing had changed. We paid and left with the car.As I drove away, I noticed that there was a lot of rattling in the back of my car. Went to look in the trunk to find that someone had unscrewed the covers that open up to the spare tire compartment and the entire section-- along with the screw covers were flying around. All I can do now is hope that they didn't take anything from there as I'm not familiar with what it contained other than the tire. Hoping the tire there is the original and I wasn't scammed with anything else.Not sure how the spare tire compartment would have anything to do with the repairs of the car hood but we'll leave it at that.Service: Painting

Worst scammer ever. Has no business as a mechanic. Needed a new engine. I drive a manual, he replaced my engine with an automatic. Afterward, this caused a snowball's worth of problems - This ruined the computer, Throttle Position Sensor, new clutch...He kept saying "it's one more problem that we found". Eventually, an outside mechanic realized this was all caused because they replaced a manual engine with an automatic.Services: Transmission, Engine repair, Transmission replacement, Transmission repair

Great service. The owner.....Izek is very friendly and helpful. My car was hit in an accident and they made the body work repair on my Lexus ES350 less painful and quick.

I had a pretty nasty accident two weeks agoSo I called A1 to be towed.the towing guy was very nice and helpful and calm me down.I decided to have A1 work on my car and deal with my insurance and that was the best decision!!! They helped me with everything and my car looks great!!!!Highly recommended!!!!!Thank you A1....

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! These folks are literally criminals. Bait and switch! Extortion! We had a classic VW Bug that was involved in a rear end collision. We needed to obtain two estimates for the insurance company. Originally the manager, MIKE K, offered to tow the vehicle into his shop for a price of $150, then perform a full estimate including tear down for another $250. We were assured that no extra fees existed, including daily storage, since we knew the insurance company would take about two weeks to come back with their determinations. So, two weeks later it was determined that the Bug was to be repaired by a different shop. We called A1 expecting to give them a credit card for $400. The front desk lady Lisa told us the new cost was $820 (which now included a $250 admin fee and daily storage) and could only be paid in CASH because they didn t want us to do a credit card dispute. At this point we knew we were being taken advantage of because we did not have a written contract live and learn. We didn t think we needed one since a friend referred us too A1.So we send a tow truck driver down to collect the car and pay the $820, but the Lisa lady only wants to give us a receipt for $400. The tow truck driver demands a receipt for the entire amount and she tries to give him $50 of the cash and says this only needs to be between us. The tow truck driver does not accept the $50 and demands the receipts, so she writes up two different receipts one for the correct charge of $400, and a fake receipt for the additional $420.Disgusted, we call back the owner, Mike M, who is also appalled by the situation and agrees no admin fee should have been charged, and that they did agree to waive daily storage. He tells us he needs to look into this and call us back. 1.5 weeks later we are finally able to get him on the phone again, but this time he sides with the crooked employee Lisa, and states that the charges are valid.I called Mike back today and said you can return the fraudulent portion of the charges, or we will be forced to share the story on social media. He replies by telling me that every body shop charges and admin fee and the charge is normal. GUESS WHAT MIKE . I WORK FOR AN AUTO SHIPPING COMPANY WE WORK WITH BODY SHOPS ALL OVER THE COUNTRY AND ABSOLUTLY NONE OF THEM CHARGE ADMIN FEE s.Dear Mike congrats on making a quick dollar. I hope the money makes a bigger difference in your life than it would have in ours apparently you needed it more! Thief!

I ve had my cars there three times now and even when I had a small issue after I had pretty much TOTALED my car they took care of it promptly without question. Went above and beyond. If someone had a problem with them it was probably because they didn t pay for services lol.

Unprofessional, Unethical individuals working there..... They try to nickel and dime me. I would have given them a zero star if it were an option. Their words are meaningless. I wish I could have said something positive. Unfortunately, I can't. Worst place I have ever been to. STAY AWAY.... Go anywhere else, but that place. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

STAY AWAY!!!! They had my car for a full year after an accident and gave lir after lie as to ehy it wasnt finished yet. There are so many other things that I cant say them all. Worst experience of my life! There is absolutely no reason for it to take a whole year to do body work. The owner started yelling and cussing when we demanded our car back fixed or not. The staff is on drugs and do nothing but lie lie lie! HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE. You've been warned.

Worst experience with any kind of business ever not just body work or mechanics. Took a year to finish job. Did a horrible job on top of that. Lost my keys. Had to sue to get vehicle back. Owner is a scammer. Forged my name on paper work. That came out at court. Lied about a lot. Dont trust will report to the bbb. Because what happen to us was unacceptable went a year and a half without a car i pay a car note on. They are not honest people what so ever. Also returned my car dirty spider webs and mold in it. Also my tags were taken off of car. Had to pay to get my car detailed out. Alot of material missing in car.

I highly recommend A1 Auto Body.I had an extensive front end repair on my 2004 Honda Accord,The work was great, the price was affordable and the staff was super friendly.I'd highly recommend these guys. They are honest people.
