I would rather flush my money down the toilet. Rather than coming to Carlos who does nothing but lie and tell stories. Don't waste your time. I would have paid double. If I would have known about him before coming here. Carlos is a scammer and a thief.

Paid $950 to get my transmission rebuilt on my 2000 Buick regal gs . Overall good experience , paid a deposit . He sent a tow truck to get my car & got to the job . Took about 7 days due to parts coming a lil late . But Carlos did a great job . Even told me to come back in 2 weeks for a check up . If you re impatient & like to rush to get this type of job done . Then don t even bother , Carlos takes his time & make sure the job is done professionally. He sends you updated pics/videos at your request. So far I have no complaints as of now . 2 year warranty on the transmission so I will see how it holds upService: Transmission

Worse place ever I finally went and picked up my truck after ten months of waiting every time I called and asked if it was done he said tomorrow Friday Saturday next week he went as far as to tell me if he didn't have it Monday he would give me my money back shook my hand I gave one extra day went on Tuesday and not ready I told him about what he shook my hand about he said I didn't tell you that, his word don't mean anything he has no honor ! I had to drag my truck home I will take it to someone who actually knows how to fix transmissions I am talking to my lawyer about suing him don't really care about the money just want to shut him down so he can't keep screwing people !

All the bad reviews about this business is true. You will spend more money to repair and change the transmission in your car somewhere else again. You will regret it dealing with Carlos. He will tell you that your mechanic does not know what he is doing. Your transmission will be leaking fluid. He will LIE to you. Damage your vehicle. Steal part of your vehicle. I took my car to Carlos for a transmission change. When I picked up the car from his workshop the vehicle did not make it home I have to have it towed to another mechanic. Call Carlos he will never pick up his phone. The new mechanic discovered all the damages he did to my vehicle and all the parts stolen from the car. I have to change the transmission again and all the part he stole from the car. Carlos will damage your vehicle lose your car keys. Carlos knows how to get a fake good reviews.Service: Transmission

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Carlos is not an honest person. Does not honor his warranty. I went to 3 different company to diagnose his work and all the companies to include DODGE dealearship said the problem is a mechanical problem and Carlos still did not honor his warranty. It took more than 3 months to give me a product that did not work. He kept telling me to go buy different parts for the transmission he assumed was the problem. The last part I bought was a solenoid pack which he kept saying he was going to install. He never did and ended up stealing my part. I asked for my money for the part and stated he was not going to pay me back. He suppose to be a Transmission specialist but turn out to be a Transmission theft. I don t know how this person stays in business. Stay away from this shop. He is a pathological liar.Service: Transmission

Another Machanic out sources my vehicle to this Machanic Carlos. I ve call Carlos server times he will not return my calls. Never bring your car here . I mean NEVER! Carlos is a lier and is not the guy to do business with. He will keep your car for weeks or months an won t finish it nor do it correctly. You call him to check on your car and he won t answer the phone an he will lie to you saying it will be done in a couple days. They put a huge dent in my car an won t that the responsibility for it even when I showed him pictures of the car not wrecked before I brought it to him . They kill my car battery by leaving the key in , that was a brand new battery. Carlos should be put out us business!!!!! DONT BRING YOUR CAR THERE !!!!!!!!!!Service: Transmission

Similar experience with the other comments. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP.Carlos quoted me $8oo to have my transmission repaired. He said he would have it done in 2 days. After week one with no response I call both numbers only to be sent to voicemail. Week two I went to the shop to get an update after numerous calls and voicemails went ignored. I was told the car was done but was waiting on a programmer which he called that morning . Week three still no response. I went to the shop with a tow truck to get my vehicle. The keys to my car were now lost only for me to wonder to the back of the shop, find my key along with Carlos and a mechanic trying to start my car to no avail. Prior to taking my car to them for repair my car started just fine.Save yourself the headache and the extra money that you will eventually spend having the repairs done elsewhere.Services: Transmission, Transmission repair

After a month my car is still not repaired, and in his shop. Other vehicles are being worked on but mine is parked to the side .. poor results ,bad attitude,and wants to blame the owner of the vehicle for not completing the work.. save your self tye headache and pay a little more for a peace of mind..!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

We have been in business, servicing the Houston Community for 2 decades and have never had such a bad experience with a vendor.Kartrans4u, was referred to us by one of our customers, so we decided t give it a try. IAs soon as we arrived here, we had a bad impression.The first transmission purchased from this people did not work, I had to take the transmission out of the vehicle that we had already installed and bring it back to KARTRANS4U, they gave me another one stating that this one was gonna work... after installing the second transmission same story....called the guy "Carlos" and he accused my tech of not knowing what he was doing...lol...he say send thr truck to me I will install the trasmission for you, so you will see my transmission works....BTW I SENT IT ON A WRECKER AND HE DID NOT EVEN OFFER TO PAY FOR IT. Long story short the truck was at his place over a week and no sign of repairs done. I ended up buying another transmission from another vendor and sent for the truck, surprisingly the rear window of this old truck was not there...he did not make himself responsible either....DO NOT BUY FROM HERE OR EVEN BRING YOUR CARS THERE FOR REPAIRS.Service: Transmission

I paid Carlos 2,500$ to rebuild my transmission and change my rear differential he didn t rebuild the transmission he serviced it 10 days after picking my van up it wouldn t go in reverse I towed the van back to his shop and he held my van for two more months he didn t fix anything I had to call the police to get my van and now I m suing him don t do business with himService: Transmission

Great service , they treated me like family here and they got my truck out of here quick and still running good , highly recommend this shop and very friendly people and workers are the best to they put effort into their work and do it proudly as if it was their vehicle, so definitely would come back to this shop if I have another vehicle that has any problems, and I don t get how people are putting bad reviews cause I have never had a problem with them , that s unbelievable, don t pay attention to the bad reviews , if they don t know what they r doin then how are they still open and making money ? Don t pay attention to 4 or 5 bad reviews cause they have done more than 1,000 transmissions I m sure of also very reasonable price thank you so much !!!Service: Transmission

Never ever bring anything to this shop. I bought 2 transmissions from them for chevy trucks. Both didn't work correctly. They fixed one and blamed me for other even though it slipped gears on first drive. Had that for a month sonce I was asking them to repair it before ever telling me it was bad. UPDATE: Just had 3rd transmission installed and guess what... DOESNT EVEN ENGAGE AT ALL. Time for a 4th and NOT from these clowns

Worst service ever, had to return vehicle four times to shop and was never fixed correctly each trip in. I had to take vehicle to another shop to get the job done right, now I have to try to recover my losses with the Shop. Do not take your vehicle here! These guys do good work had a rack and pinion replacement done here couldn't turn my steering wheel before I came here after it was done they went above and beyond to even adjust my alignment I live in Texas City on the other side of town from this shop but they got a customer for life over here great service!!Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

Worst place ever (didnt even fix it right my TRANSMISSIONIS STILL LEAKING. Got my transmission fixed and had my truck for a week before the transmission blew which is what they were supposed to fix and when I brought it in for the Warranty he said he would get it fixed and held onto my truck for over a month and ignored my called when I called purposely (he told me he was ignoring me because he thought I wasnt gonna pay)Once i went in and confronted him he told me it would be done that day and then had to wait a week more just for them to have broken my brakes joyriding. Another customer came back at the time i picked up my truck and was complaining about how he had a empty tank and a dent that they made while driving and told the guy they weren't liable. Do not go this place. Owner is lier and gonna ask u extra money after your contact also they are not fixing your car. They will keep few days and gives you back. Trust me

I definitely do not recommend this place they literally won t even do their Job they even steal parts from the vehicles that there supposed to be fixing they will also lie to you and never have your vehicle ready and they would hit your vehicle.

El due�o del negocio no es una persona de confianza, miente a sus clientes y los estafa, no me devolvi� el dinero, tampoco arregl� el carro, pero si sac� piezas del carro para usarlas en otros. Estuve esperando 2 meses por un carro que nunca arregl� y lo peor de todo es que llegan clientes constantemente, vi a muchos quejarse por la demora, nunca cumple con las fechas de entrega.

I do not recommend it. He told me 1200 and I ended up paying him 1950 and when he gave me the truck after 20 minutes of driving the transmission slipped again... very irresponsible... it was almost $2000 plus approximately 2 months lost...No lo recomiendo. Me dijo que 1200 y termine pag�ndole 1950 y cuando me entrego la troka a los 20 min de manejar la transmission volvio a resbalar.. muy irresponsable.. fueron casi $2000 mas 2 meses perdidos aprox..

Este se�or que se hace llamar Carlos y dice que es mecanico lo que es un gran estafador y un descarado le lleve mi carro y me dijo que en dos dias lo arreglaba se demoro 21 dias y nunca lo arreglo cai en sus mentiras y perdi el dinero le aconsejo a las personas que no lo usen para arreglar su carro para que se ahorren el mal rato y la perdida de su dinero y tiempo porque pide un deposito cuando dejas el auto este se�or es el mas descarado que e conocido en vida
