Rich and the team here are unmatched - very knowledgeable & friendly. I brought in my truck and was quickly seen. They test drove my truck and then brought me back to show me the old fluid being drained! Rich even gave me a tour of the shop and let me see Chester, and others, doing all types of work. I had way more fun getting my transmission flushed than I probably should have ... Highly recommend this place!

I had a great experience at A Plus Transmission Specialists. My transmission was shot, but the rest of the car was still in great shape, so it made sense to repair. Alex and Rich were great with communication, and I was informed about every small step of the process from start to finish. The fact that I have a warranty on the entire transmission after their work was completed has me feeling really good about my choice. My car runs great now, and I would definitely return if I found myself needed transmission work on any if my vehicles in the future.

Hands down the best place to go for transmission work. The staff are incredibly friendly and more than willing to answer all your questions. The manager, Alex, was incredibly helpful and patient. I was having difficulty finding a shop willing to work on my import, but these guys had no issues with it at all. They were more than willing to go the extra mile and even sat and chatted about cars while I was waiting for the work to be completed. A+ Transmission Specialists will definitely be my go to for any trans work in the future!

Rich Acevedo and Alex Jimenez are some of the most efficient professionals I have come across. They are very sufficient with customer service and knowledgeable about the process of servicing transmissions for vehicles. They will let you know exactly what to expect during the consultation call before you even step foot in the door. I was in and out exactly when they said I would be. Transmission technicians are very efficient with their work. Vehicle is running great.

I have to say that I asked for service that appeared outside of the norm for this team. I privately ordered a used transmission to have a private mechanic to have installed. That mechanic then became unavailable indefinitely. The advisor at the desk , Rich appropriately curbed any expectations I should have to the quality of a job that they don t directly put their hands on, nonetheless they charged me a fair price with no warranty on the part but their quality of work was exceptional. Vehicle is driving better than it ever did with the new installed parts. I would go to this vendor again for a rebuild.

I am very satisfied and pleased with A Plus Transmission Specialists. I was able to make an appointment very quickly. Alex greeted me and was very professional and polite. He explained everything thoroughly in reference to what they would be doing to my vehicle. They didn't try to persuade me into paying for anything more than what I needed (which is a problem I have encountered before especially being a woman). They performed the service in a timely manner. Also, the business was very clean and comfortable to wait in. I will definitely be coming back and referring people here.

Today I visited A+ transmission specialist and they treated me very well. I went in and they gave me a free diagnosis on my transmission to make sure everything was running well. They changed my fluid in a fast manner, so I will definitely be back for future services.

This place is by far one of the best transmission shops I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Between the customer service, quality of work and over all honesty that that they provide is next to none. I trust them with my fleet vehicles and will use them for personal vehicles in the future for sure.

A Plus Transmission is definitely the best place to go if you have transmission that needs work. Rich has been very patient and understanding and has no problem answering my questions. I thought the worst when my vehicle needed to be fixed and Rich provided me with several options to choose from in order to make it affordable for me.This is the best transmission place I have gone to that has provided the best service!!

I brought my truck in to get a full service maintenance done. These guys were awesome! Incredible service. Not only were they super flexible with the scheduling but the guy who rang me up gave me a huge military discount. My truck shifts like it s brand new. Scheduled service at the Pearland Texas S. Sam Houston location. Received promptly, along with estimate without exaggeration. Service was completed promptly on my 2013 Koa Sorento. I must admit I had been there before for my 1977 Mercedes 280E, whose issues were also esolved and greatly appreciated. Thanks Alex and the associated team.

John and Justin were an absolute God send. I went to multiple different repair facilities to identify what was wrong with my vehicle. Thanks to their expertise they quickly identified that it was my transmission and were quick and affordable with my repairs. My car is running better than ever and I would recommend them to anyone having transmission problems!

You can t beat the customer service here at Transmission specialist s ,Jon explained everything to my wife and went through the type of transmission my wife has in her car. Called the Honda dealership to make sure that we had the right type of fluid. Overall clean facilities, and just great service.On special note he is dog friendly and let my dog in the building, while I waited for my ride to pick me up.

I set up an appointment. Came back Tuesday. They ran their tests and were very communicative in regards to the results. What I needed done they didn't do, and that's fine. Great customer service. They really made me feel welcomed and that's hard to find nowadays. I will definitely recommend anyone to go here. Can't say enough good things.

I would like to give a shout out to manager Alex Jimenez. Went to talk to Alex about a leak I was having onmy truck ,turns out all I needed was to tighten a couple of bolts . In my book he just earned a future customer.More companies should operate like Alex Jimenez

Came in for a transmission fluid drain and fill and it went well. The service was great. They were able to answer my questions and provided excellent customer service. The people that helped me were Justin, John, and Santiago. Great job guys keep it up! I highly recommend this place, they were very reasonable, and fair
