Charged me $120 to come check out why my car was leaking coolant and overheating. Discovered it was a hose disconnected. Came back while I was at work which i was fine with. Charged me $682 to replace hose and change spark plugs. The next day, my car is still overheating and coolant leaking from a different location. Charged me $80 to come back out to tell me it's my water pump and timing belt and wanted $850 to replace. He should've know the water pump was bad when he reconnected the hose and ran the car. It took 10-15 minutes for the temp gauge to go in the red. I called the shop to get some help. They said they'd call back and I haven't heard back from them. I had a warranty on my water pump thank goodness and I'll be taking my business elsewhere... I feel like I got scammed wish I could give 0

I called and told them where I was located. They told more there would be a $70 call fee. He gave an ETA of 30 to 45 mins. I pinned my location and shared it with them. 30 mins later he asked for my location again. When he got it he said now there was a $160 call out fee because of where I was. I agreed to the the fee and asked just to start coming out because I was broke down on the side of the road. 5 mins later he asked if I had cashapp or Zelle. I said yes, he then asked for me to cashapp him the $160. I told him I would do that as soon as he arrived but I can t send someone I don t know money before he even arrived. He said said for me to find other means because he was going to turn around. I ended up calling a tow. He wasted 1 hour of my time by saying he would come and there is no way of me knowing if he was trying to scam me out of $160 and not show. Do not use this business.

Do yourself a favor and RUN, DON'T USE... They were to perform a diagnostic on my son's car, and they DIDN'T even use a COMPUTER DIAGNOSTIC on the vehicle and still demanded the $80.00 fee for diagnostic...
