We took my husband s pickup in at 8 when they opened. One of his windows. had been broken due to vandalism. They said it could be fixed in an hour and a half. We don t live in Houston and has a long drive home. They were incredible. Great price and fantastic service.

Exceptional experience. Safelite told me I had to wait a week before they could replace my windshield and A Good Auto Glass got it done in a day. The waiting area is very nice compared to their competitors. The service is excellent. I highly recommend it.

Very bad day turned out OK. Back window with defogger and wiper, weatherstripping and emblem all shattered. Called dealership first but told I had to drop it off for estimate and it would take 1 week to get parts. No thanks. Kevin answered phone, looked at my texted photos, and called me back to tell me they could do the job. Within 30 minutes, Renee and Alonso were on site- took over 1 hour but they did an excellent job. Obviously know what they re doing. Required nothing from me. I won t complain about the price because I was desperate. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience start to finish! I called for a windshield replacement and got an appointment the same day. I was in and out within an hour, and they did an amazing job! Super communicative, fair pricing, and friendly demeanor. Couldn t recommend enough!

Manuel came and fixed my window today and was absolutely amazing! A pin in my back passenger door was pulled out of place from the other window being fixed months back and he quickly fixed the screw for me and now my door works! I haven t used the door in months because I ve been trying to fix it myself. He was kind and quick and even helped me clean up glass. Manuel went above and beyond fixing my back window. Thank you so much!

From the first point of contact to the final completion of the job my experience was very positive. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, he informed me on the process and status regarding my claim. Communicated well with me all the way by keeping me in the loop. They came out to my home to replace my windshield arrived as scheduled and got to work. I was very pleased with the work done. I would highly recommend this company, A Good Auto Glass were efficient, friendly, and exhibited great work ethics. Happy customer!

This business was quick to respond after I filed my claim! Super friendly staff all around and convenient location. I was greeted almost immediately when I came in. Clean office - smelled great! Excellent work on my windshield! I see why this place has 5 stars! They deserve it.

Just had my windshield replaced and it was super easy! I drive a car that requires lane changing recalibration and they were able to get the exact same windshield and do the recalibration at such reasonable price compared to both Safelight and the dealership. Definitely recommend giving them a shot, got mine done same day!

These guys were great. My car got broken into and they replaced my window and vacuumed the glass very quickly and for a great price. Definitely the place to go if you need a window replaced

Came in for windshield chip repair. Was greeted with respect, service was reasonable priced and backed with a written statement that if the chip spread the cost of the repair would be used as credit on windshield replacement. The repair l was done under 30 minutes.

They were so great to me. I was so nervous that my chip in the windshield grew overnight. They called me right after I submitted on the website. The person on the phone walked through the entire process with me which I appreciated. They were great and told me a window of time they d come by to my home. They were informative as they did the repairs checking in when they needed any permission on calibration etc. They suggested it would take 3-4 hours and it only took 2. I appreciated their realistic expectations and it was nice to be pleasantly surprised. They also allowed me to use a coupon. I very much appreciated their help and (cross my fingers hope not to) would definitely use them again!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Totally awesome.Got the windshield replaced on my 4runner.Not only the best price quoted but also had a coupon! The replacement was so fast! Seriously it was only like an hour.I ll update if there are any issues, but this is awesome! HIGHLY recommend!

Old-fashioned, professional service, the kind most companies in Houston should learn to emulate. They got back to me fast with a fair quote, were on time for their next-day appointment and helped me with my unrelated hood issue, too, out of sheer helpfulness. Spent time explaining why my windshield was cracked and it made sense even to non-auto-oriented me. I hope I never need auto glass again but if I do, I ll call these guys!Service: Auto windshield replacement

If you got windshield damage and have no time to deal with appointment scheduling, missing work, or renting a car while waiting on windshield replacement, I highly recommend A Good Glass, LLC. I got a rock chip that started to spread within a few minutes of the direct hit. I was devastated since I could not miss work and needed a replacement ASAP. A Good Glass, LLC provided a quote fast and also responded to all my questions right away. They arrived at my work address within 2 hours and replaced and recalibrated the system within 1,5 hours. It was convenient for me because my work schedule was not affected, and I could drive home safely with a new windshield. The cost was $925 including tax and recalibration vs. the same service at the dealership for $1900+

Kevin was professional and responded quickly. He was very kind to reschedule when our dog had an emergency!I had previously used Safelite and had a terrible experience. The employees try to provide good service, but they are too big and very poorly managed.

Honest and customer oriented!!! very professional by telling me that the windshield the technician picked was a lower quality and the company will come back to my house with the better quality glass. The next day they showed up promptly with the same quality and spec as dealer glass for my highlander without charging me any extra $$$$. Again, thank you for your honesty and good workmanship. Great job less than one hour.......very please with my new windshield

Kevin was punctual and accommodated me by coming to me in his mobile van to fix my chipped glass at a specified appointment time. He showed up on time ready to go to work at 6:30 a.m., set up and went to work. Now I cannot even hardly see the chip! Once I set the appointment with Kevin, my insurance company sent him the approved work order and the whole process went smoothly without a hitch. I could not be more pleased. My truck is new and Kevin took great care not to scratch the finish even though it is tall and the windshield is hard to reach.
