I ve taken my truck here for years and can say without a question that this store is the most helpful and reliable shops I ve ever been to. I recommend anyone with any vehicle to come here and let the guys at A Autoworks help you out. The work is fast, well priced and professional! You couldn t ask for a better experience when it comes to a mechanic shop! I will never take my vehicles anywhere else but here!

I have been passing for 3 years with no problems from different state inspection locations for my truck with same conditions until i came to this scam place. They just want to charge extra money they couldn t find anything else other than my truck s window s tint. They think they are following the rules but others not. They are going to be out of business soon with this business strategy.. if you love your car/truck and save your money STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! PS : I JUST GONE ANOTHER PLACE AND GUESS WHAT I PASSED THE INSPECTION WITH NO PROBLEM.. WHAT A WASTING TIME AND MONEY

Really good mechanics their honest about their work won t lie to you and tell you their prices as they are and hey still give you the option to go somewhere else so if anyone complains about them it does not make sense they will leave your car in top shape

I went here for about 10 years and they had no problem losing my business in 10 seconds. They put the wrong size brake and calipers on my vehicle before I left for a road trip. The owner Joseph was very rude, disrespectful, blaming, and incredibly unprofessional. The owner used phrases such as, "You're making me agitated," and "I doubt that happened." Not even worth it. The owner blames his poor behavior on a "bad phone" connection, nice try. In order to get my money back, I had to drive back across the country from Washington State to Houston and return the the parts. These people are my neighbors, and this is how their business treats the neighborhood. A little heartbreaking to see and experience such nastiness!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance, Oil change

This is the only place I trust to work on my vehicles. I moved away from the area over 10 years ago, and still make the drive for all my oil changes, vehicle inspections, and brakes. They even do alignments now. Rudy always takes great care of my vehicles. Wouldn t go anywhere else.

Was traveling to north Houston to visit family and stopped for an oil changed on the way. Without hesitation, they took in my BMW and provided quick and thorough service with honest recommendations. I'll definitely be back.Frank was amazing!

Ben coming for years 2 get my car oil change and on this day I had a oil change and pulling off the ramo the worker backed up and pulled my bumper slightly iff and I had to call the police and the manager was like, (wht want me to do)gave no to my bumper. Like it my fault but at the end he showed me I where it was missing g a piece and tried to fix my bumper after complai ingService: Oil change

I was coming to this place when I had my 1st car after a while when I switch cars it s like they went up on prices and never fixed my car issues I recently brought my truck to them to have a diagnostic test and they priced a $2300 job on my truck and when I went to get back in my truck it had begin leaking bad it wasn t leaking before I brought it to them there is no way my truck should be leaking when I drive to Beaumont everyday with no leaks never had any and wasn t a speck of leak before I came to this place I will never come back

Whenever I come to this shop I am treated with great respect. I have nothing bad to say, always honest, and always fast and efficient. I will continue to give them my business. I value Rudy's advice highly!**Update** I don't feel the same respect when I come in anymore. I try to get things fixed reasonably and feel like they are trying to shaft me. Rudy is no longer there....

Went to A Autoworks for an estimate on an oil change for our vehicles. The price was quite fair, so I took the vehicles in and first of all was very happy with the customer service and also with the fast work done, just as promised. I will be bringing our vehicles here for their oil change.

Went with my aunt to get an oil change. Spent over 1hr and half there and they tried to up charge her. "recommended" is the word i should use. Half of the stuff they "recommended", we already had it switched out earlier this year. I understand its a business and you need to make money but NO means no sir.

The clerk was friendly. I got my inspection done here. The total time it took was about 30 minutes. The usual wait is about 30 minutes because it's a small shop. Plus, the get decent business. The waiting room is small and a little dark.

Price is okay, standard service is great, but not one single employee was wearing masks or gloves during pandemic when dealing with customers or moving cars. I'd wipe everything down once you get your keys back.

A drab little waiting area, but the oil and filter change was quick and only 20 dollars. They offer other services but aren't high pressure sales guys by any means. I've been going there for my oil changes for 6 months and I'm happy with them

My mom brought her car here the other day and they told her it was a few injector and charged her $255 and the people was nice but then she left and drove to Cleveland the car shut off and she had to pay to have it towed all the way back to North Houston and there is going to have to be some compensation this week we are not playing we will get channel 13 channel live in channel 2 and many lawyers involved this will not work out unless they fix the problem for free now or give her her money back or pay for the Tow we will have to come to a resolution or elseService: Engine repair

Ive been coming here for over 15 years the only place i trust with my vehicles the Owner Joseph always has me in and out very quickly and explains everything thing to me. Great crew! Ohh plus i moved away from the area 2 years ago and still make the trip out there so that tells you everything

Needed to get my inspection sticker, and my usual spot's machine wasn't working. They were fast in getting it done. However, not one employee was wearing a mask nor is there a sign requiring their customers to wear one. We are in a pandemic, and as a transplant patient with a weak immune system, it concerns me. I had to wipe everything down in my car, and used a lot of hand-sanitizer. I wear a mask to protect others, please wear one to protect people like me.
