Had an full air suspension install, chrome delete, calipers wrapped, fenders rolled, windshield tinted, and they did a fantastic job! The car drives and feels great. The fact that I can lower and raise the car at the push of a button is so sweet. Working with Jags isn't always easy but 4 Low Concepts was up for the challenge and nailed it. If you are looking for a shop to bring your build to life, this is it. They asked me what I had in mind and kept me in the loop as the job was getting done. A shop that is very professional, knowledgeable, and has that family feel! I'll be back! Thank you 4 Low Concepts!

After not finding an alignment shop near me that would help me with my car, I hauled my car almost 2 hours to 4Low Concepts. There Paulo patiently explained the errors of my installations, and offered ways to fix them. Then he aligned it at the ride height and stance I wanted and I was able to drive my car home. Also massive shout out to Silvia for making me feel comfortable while I waited, and making sure I had snacks and water readily available. I will definitely be coming back!!

Best suspension shop in houston. Took my mustang in for lowering springs and at first we had a few issues (on me) and they did everything they could to help me and make sure everything was correct. The customer service is amazing and the work done is the best you can get and the prices are unbeatable. If you have any suspensions needs this is your spot.

One of the best suspension and wheel alignment shops in Houston. I took my Mustang here for switching lowering springs, adding bump steer kit, new shocks and alignment. Absolutely impressed by the work, car feels planted and handles like a dream. I will definitely recommend you guys and for my future suspension, brake or alignment I will be visiting them! Great customer service and sweetest people!

i can t express how many times Paulo and Sylvia have looked out for me, all the problems i ever had on this car, they came through and helped me. both of my car s done by the man himself and will always keep it real with you unlike other mechanics they treat you like you re family and i m with that. all my suspension needs were done by Paulo; 0 complains from me! been a customer for over a year never switching.

I dropped by 4Low to get some stripes installed on my 03 Mach 1. Paulo and his team did an awesome job installing the stripes. My Mustang now looks closer to factory. If you need any suspension work, these guys are the experts as well.

This is hands down the best suspension shop I been to. Their customer service is no match to any other shop I been to. Paulo and Sylvia are super awesome, they make you feel taken care of from the get go. I came in on a Friday about 1 hr prior to them closing, I knew I was cutting to close to ask for an alignment, after sharing my concerns with Paulo and Sylvia they did not allow to leave with my car with the issues it had. They stayed after hours to take care of me! I had never had a shop do that, specially for a complete stranger and first timer at their shop! This event will be the benchmark of what a great customer service is! You will be in great hands if you give them the opportunity to take care of you! Thank you Paulo and Sylvia, keep with the great customer and quality service, you will forever have my business and that of the people I know

Let s just start by saying 4Low Concepts is the best shop and the owners are amazing as well! And don t always trust your dealership My car was suppose to be a simple tire alignment that turned into a journey that was not fun. Mr. Paulo saw issues that I had no clue about and began to walk me through what I needed to change and why. Never in my life, have I had a tech take time to show me what he was doing and just talk to me about the process and cost. I found out my tie rods were done due to a pothole and that my brakes were also done. I agreed to get it all fixed after the explanation and of course we found a bigger issue. My lug nuts were completely stripped and no one had any around. Apparently the dealership, I always take my car to, was damaging my lug nuts and never really told me about it. Paulo had to figure out a way to take them off and change my brakes. An hour job turned to 6 and it wasn t his fault at all. He hammered his way until he got them off and changed my brakes. Long story short, Mr. Paulo and his wife went over and beyond to make sure that my Jeep was in working order and that it was safe to drive. I am forever grateful for their kindness and willingness to help someone who just doesn t know and treat people with respect and patience. This shop is honest and will present you your options with no funny business.I felt like I was talking to family and they made me feel like family. They even went as much as to drive me to find a solution for my Jeep and for that I am eternally grateful.Come support this local business and see for yourself the amazing hospitality these guys have. Thank you 4Low Concepts for helping my baby get better and be safer for us!

Had an full air suspension install and first time on Bags! Completely helpful and treated me like family! Any problems or questions I had they without hesitation helped me and guided me through it! Definitely recommend 4LOW!

The best shop for suspension needs, and more. The kindest owners and highly knowledgeable. Price wise is very reasonable and most of all it s fair, you get a highly qualified labor on your vehicle for what is just right to pay for. I m very pleased with the job they did on my truck and thankful because they showed me how close I was to get an accident due to an unprofessional work done at the dealership, I m not the kind of person that jumps from shop to shop trying to get a better deal, I ve found the right shop for my needs and I m just staying here for the long haul as a customer. I get a professional job and pay a fair price, that s what 4Low Concepts provides and that s all I need: peace of mind and confidence in a job well done.

Low car friendly!!! Paulo is the man! Took his time getting my car on the rack, which many shops would just deny my vehicle without out trying. I really appreciate his honesty and work ethics. Clean work area and waiting room. I definitely will be back. Big thank you again.

My new suspension shop! The owners are awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.I just went there for the first time this morning, and before I even made it home, I had already told 4-5 different people about them. Came in for an alignment, height adjustment, and brake pad replacement, but due to some damage from a family member that borrowed my car, it wasn't as straight forward as I thought it would be. The owner took the time to show and explain what the issues were and explain my options. Definitely one of, if not, the best shop experience I've ever had.

Went and got my Jeep Grand Cherokee lifted and they did a great job. Also answered all the questions I had for my upcoming upgrades. Reasonably priced as well, I would give them 10 stars if I could.

First time here and probably my forever shop!Came in for an alignment and the owners at first approach felt like my uncle & aunt welcoming you in for brunch with arms wide open.Alignment specs were explained thoroughly before and after improvements. If you value your time, comfortable ride, and money come to 4Low Concepts!**Update**came back to the shop after two weeks from March 31st as i noticed my steering was off-centered as i drove straight , so i notified Mr. Dominguez about the issue and scheduled for a back job. After three tries the steering became centered and the alignment fixed. Hopefully i get those new tires he recommended soon.Complimentary service served with patience and due diligence!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

The best customer service I ve ever experienced, had my 2007 Infiniti m45 camber arms adjusted. Pablo and his wife treated me like family and I really appreciated that. I brought my jeep in with some real alignment issues that the dealer was unable to address properly. A few hours later and all of my concerns were addressed beyond my expectations. Paulo and his wife are great people, honest, and pricing is more than reasonable. I'll be going back for all of my suspension needs.

We have brought in 2 different cars and a truck for a variety of needs including lowering, alignment, mount and balance and a lift kit and the results are great every time. Came in for a simple alignment on my 2006 325i and unfortunately had to reschedule due to my coils top-hats being bolting on the wrong way. They were extremely understanding and rescheduled me for no extra cost. I am absolutely blown away by this shop! Their friendliness, job performance, work ethic and knowledge was utterly unmatched. I came in to have new wheels mount and balanced as well as get my car aligned. They hooked me up and had my car traveling perfectly in no time. After being turned away by 5 other alignment shops unwilling to work on my car due to it being 'slightly' lower than stock, 4Low really took care of me. Paulo and his wife are just a joy to be around, let alone the high quality of service and hospitality they offer. My 2016 Genesis Coupe got an alignment and coilover adjustment (it rides so much better now), and Paulo was incredibly generous to do a quick fix on my hanging front bumper and also helped adjust my headlights. I drove out of there feeling like I had a brand new car, and if you go to 4Low you will too. I don't usually leave reviews but I was pretty blown away by the level of care i received here. I'll be recommending them to anybody willing to listen!

First time coming here to this alignment shop and all I can say is wow great people that run this shop , family owned by the husband and wife and it shows how much they care about their business and customers, the tech is really knowledgeable and provides his most honest opinion one what should be done and has the capability to accomplish his job , lobby area is nice, clean waiting room , open fridge with cold water for customers and they very nice people, they took care of me before even started working on the car , asked me what specific specs what i was looking but of course gave his opinion on it , made me feel like I had a saying in what I want which was nice , and i didn't feel pressured on doing anything that I didn't want , they took csr of my car with the specific spec I wanted and all i can say is they did a fantastic job and will most definitely come again nothing but good friendly environment. Thanks again 4low for you awesome work.

I don't even know where to begin writing this review. I discovered this shop on Instagram about 1-2 years ago when they were just starting up, and recently they have blown up so much, and now I completely understand why. I have the Miami blue S5 that I recently dropped off for an air suspension install, and from the moment I dropped off my car, I felt like I was being treated like family. These guys genuinely have the deepest passion for customer service, and I wouldnt even call it that, I would compare my interactions with them as family-like. They did an absolutely AMAZING install job on my 3p airlift kit and even threw in some lights for my trunk setup, How amazing is that! Not only that, but I previously cancelled an appointment for white brake calipers, but they did it for me anyways! I literally cant stop saying good things about this company. They genuinely want to make sure that every car that leaves their shop comes out in better condition than it came in. These guys close at 6pm, but Paulo and Sylvia stayed until 11PM to get the install done.... that to me is more than what I expected, and I will not go to ANY other suspension shop. And dont even get me started with the turnaround time...1 DAY for my air suspension install! If your looking for any suspension or alignment work done, COME TO THESE GUYS! They will treat you like family and only produce the best of the best work!
