I recently had the pleasure of visiting this car shop, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their great management, prompt service, and excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.The manager, Steve, clearly knows how to run a tight ship. He was knowledgeable and eager to assist without any pressure or pushy sales tactics.What really stood out to me was the prompt service I received. I came in for a car issue and they had my car in and out in no time. They were efficient without compromising on quality.But perhaps the highlight of my experience was the exceptional customer service. Steve, went above and beyond to answer my questions, explain the services they were providing, and ensure my overall satisfaction. It's rare to find such a high level of service these days, and I truly appreciated it.In conclusion, I highly recommend this car shop to anyone in need of reliable service experience. Their management, prompt service, and commitment to excellent customer service make them a top-notch choice in the automotive industry in my opinion.

After going tp 3 different shops where no one even took the time to diagnose my problem, within an hour I had a full estimate with options. Steve and his team of technicians basically took my front end apart and put this massive amount of work back together and back to me in the same day! I have never had so much work repaired and repaired right the first time. I never met Steve before but within 2 minutes he was talking to me like we've known each other for 20 years. Never felt so comfortable leaving my precious truck with someone else. Thanks for that guys. I will be sending my wife and daughter to them as well alone. With Steve's approachable demeanor, I know they would not feel intimidated to go in and ask for help. Thanks again for all you've done for us.

This place is amazing!!!We have been taking our vehicles here for oil change and other car issues, prices are affordable, the waiting time is little and everyone here are very professional, Steve is an amazing manager

Love this establishment the staff is very friendly and honest they never try and upsell you anything they give you honest estimates. Their prices are very reasonable and will get you the best deal. I m a female and will never take my car anywhere but to 2quick automotive where I am in great hands Also know they will always be honest and that goes a very long way. Farris has the best crew. I had an aftermarket suspension kit installed on my car by a shade tree mechanic and it was not done 100% correctly. 2 Quick was able to correct the issues and only charged me for the cost of the alignment. Then recently I decided I wanted to install a high volume oil pump - I have a gen 3 hemi engine in my Challenger and this engine tends to be under oiled at idle and can wear out the lifters prematurely (the famous "hemi tick"). I hope this high volume oil pump (Mellen 10452HV) will prevent that possibility. I appreciated that 2 Quick has the expertise I trust to perform "heart transplant surgery" on my baby. They gave me a reasonable price on the labor for this complex procedure too. I recommend 2 quick!Update: oil pump works perfectly no codes, no leaks, no issues. MDS still activates just fine. Pressure cold is 65 at idle, evens out to 45 once warmed up. But at the same time with the stock bypass spring I ve never seen more than a brief 85 psi spike. It just keeps a consistent medium high pressure always. Beautiful setup, if you have a low mileage Hemi engine you plan to keep past 100k miles you should consider this. And the guys at 2 quick can make it happen,

Boyfriend Sam loves this shop. Took the car in, and they fixed in one day. Took it in for a cylinder misfire, found out our radiator was cracked, and the alternator wasn't working as it should.They fixed it up and it runs like a champ. No more lights coming on, no car shaking... we are happy campers. Thanks Y'all!

I highly reccommend 2 Quick Automotive on FM 529 for your auto repairs. I've been going there for years and they not only provide exceptional service but their staff seem to be genuinely genuine and honest and friendly people. In terms of pricing, they are more than fair and transparent. Not to mention, despite the challenges in the current economy, the last time I got my oil change they impressed me by reducing their prices without compromising quality of service. front end noise. I was told that both lower control arm and ball joints were bad and need to be replace. They R/R these items.After two days of driving the truck I could hear (BANGING - POPPING- RATTLING) coming front. Took truck back and the manger (Cannon) informed me the Upper control arm were going. Yes, they were replace. Guess what .. noise still present. I informed Cannon of my dissatisfaction as I believe both new lower control arm as the issue. I was inform again to drive it until the suspected part's shows it ugly head.. Now I been going here over 12 years and never had any problems or issues until now.Today I took truck in again so they could finally determine the problem. They found a bad bushing in the lower control arm. The replacement cost of $500 for one side... The new manager Steve research the record for the replacement date .. nothing found.. he stated his hands are tied for the replacement of BOTH Lower Control Arm and if one existed it would probably be OUT OF WARRANTY. That statement I found disheartening. The last 4 years they have replace everything suspension wise and the noises still exist today.I asked if one of the Owner would call me.. You would think a comprise in replacement be reach in resolving this issue.. Still waiting..Today July 8, I am still waiting...Service: Steering & suspension repair

If you need anything done to your vehicle, see these guys! Steve the manager is very knowledgeable as well as his team. I took my F-150 here and they nailed every problem I had and solved it. Very honest and will give you the best price in town. I will definitely be using these guys in the future. Also, if you have fleet vehicles take them here and get them serviced. They will save you a lot of money and have everything running in tip top shape. Customer Service provided by Steven Muskiet was very poor & unprofessional. While in the presence of other customers. I have been a loyal customer for years, maybe the ownership has changed in the recent 2 years. Not friendly service. Not sure if the guy Steven (my last name is on the f n card) Muskiet didn t get his coffee or if he s a racist? Won t be referring anymore people to that unprofessional mechanic shop. If I could leave less than one star review, I definitely would. I was in a haste to get my oil change done before leaving out of town so I decided to go to 2Quick Auto. Everything seemed perfectly fine afterwards and it was not until about a week later that I noticed a HUGE oil spill underneath my car after work. I opened up the hood to check my oil and there was literally NOTHING left inside. Not. A. Single. Drop. Thank god my boss is mechanically-able as he laid down on the ground to get a feel for the opening. As soon as he touched the oil drain plug IT FELL OUT. It turns out that these IDIOTS did not fasten the plug correctly before handing us the car back. No mechanic shop should ever have this occur as it is plain laziness that can cause a huge monetary issue if the engine runs too long without any oil. Of course we called them and stopped by, not to get our money back, but to get proof and agreement that they did not complete the oil change correctly in case the engine was affected. The guy working there said he "noted" the issue on my profile but refused to print those notes out. Instead they offered us to come back so they can fix the issue. NO WAY will I ever be going back to such inexperienced mechanics. They do not care at all about customer service, they do not care about doing a good job, and they do not care to admit their mistake.Take my advice and DO NOT get your oil change at this place. They have forever lost a customer because their mechanics could not tighten a simple plug.

I ve used 2 Quick several times on several different vehicles. They always do a great job of explaining everything and they don t sell you on things you don t need. Prices are very fair.Finding a fair and honest mechanic is like finding gold. This shop is just that.Steve is the main guy working the desk and he explains everything so that you understand it.I ve also spoke with the owner a couple of times on other things and been very impressed with the customer service they provide.Would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing any type of auto repair.Services: Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Auto maintenance

Highly recommend. This was my first time coming to their shop. I had called around several places to fix my spark plugs on my truck. Everywhere I called they all said the same thing this was going to be difficult on your truck due to the age etc. I was getting high quotes. I called this company and they said no problem quoted me even less and did an amazing job. Steve was great and is very knowledgeable. We are now going to continue to bring our vehicles here. They will be our first choice. Great team!

I went to 2 different repair shops that had trouble working on my Infiniti. Both had trouble diagnosing what was going on with my vehicle. 2 quick automotive did not! Steve and the team at 2 quick diagnosed what was happening and provided a recommended strategy to resolve. I would not take my car to anyone else. Steve is very straight forward & honest. These guys rock! I am so happy that a friend recommended them to me. My whole family is now using them as a reliable mechanic and consultant. Thx again! I had a fantastic experience at 2 Quick Automotive FM529. The staff was friendly and professional, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my car was fixed quickly and correctly. First time here, wonderful experience. Dropped car off night before, early next morning problem was diagnosed and fixed a couple hours after that car was done. If you're having any car problems then you need to be coming here. This place is outstanding! They take the time to explain exactly what is wrong with your car without speaking over your head, in plain English. They'll also let you know what can wait and what can't. I've been coming here for years and I can always rest assured that I'm not getting ripped off. Their pricing is also very reasonable. Highly recommended! A great experience! I went in for a wheel alignment and there was a bigger issue going on with my car. The guys were so kind and took me to see my car and explain in detail what the bigger issues were and made sure I understood what they were explaining. It gave me a peace of mind and felt taken care of. They worked with me through the process and broke down the cost. It was a reasonable price and my car is running better! They were also able to fit me into their schedule, and after the work was done the price was reasonable. This shop has quality mechanics, fair prices, great customer service, and really stands up to the name "2 Quick" because they really will have your car repaired faster than you can believe.Steve is always so nice and patient, and explains things thoroughly and welcomes any questions. I never feel rushed out if I have any follow up questions at pick up. They were even nice to us when we showed up 2 minutes before closing. (Sorry, Steve!) They even have texting set up which is so convenient to get a text when your car is ready.I've had my rack and pinion repaired, an oil pan leak repaired, alignment, oil change, and recently had my CV axles replaced. The first repair (everything but the CV axles) I walked out spending $1,300, and for the CV axles I spent $660.My regular mechanic has downsized a bit, and thus it's harder for them to squeeze my car in to be looked at, so it's really comforting knowing the folks at 2 Quick Automotive are there to help me out. This neighborhood auto shop has provided me with excellent service each time I visit. The manager Steve goes above and beyond to provide great service. This place was recommended to me by Discount Tire. I went in this morning for an alignment, they let me know that some other things needed to be replaced soon but didn't pressure me into doing it right away as it was a little pricey for me. I also had a brake light that needed to be fixed, they took care of it all and in a timely manner. All of the employees were very honest and friendly! I liked that even though I had no idea what they were talking about they still took the time to show me what they were talking about. I will definitely be back for the rest of the work and for work on our other vehicle!
