Came here because my car would blow warm air on idle. Gave me a quote of $1,900 after checking my AC. This included replacing compressor, AC valve, radiator/ cooling fans, vacuuming and recharging system. So I went to Zoil Lube (five stars) and found 1st choice drained all my refrigerant. All I needed was a new fan assembly because the radiator fan was not working.This place is trash don t go.

There isn't a better mechanic that I've been to since living in Houston for over 20 years. The experience at this shop is incomparable. Here's why - I have a less than 2 year old vehicle, which shouldn't even need repair work, but they made it like new again after the previous mechanic made a complete mess of the engine. The repairs were completed in a timely manner considering all of what had to be done. The repair costs were only about 10% more of what was estimated after the owner only saw pictures of the damage. But that was 50% less than what the dealer's mechanic wanted to charge. I'm so grateful that this shop was recommended. If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommended! Thanks to the entire team who worked on my vehicle.

I'm here right now. Wayne was completely honest about the work that had to be done on my car. Went the extra mile to find the necessary parts at the lowest comparable price and helped me out a great deal. Because of his efforts, Wayne saved me about 300 dollars. The price other repair shops were going to charge me for the same exact repairs. Thank you Wayne!

I have nothing but good things to say about this establishment. Mr. Wayne the owner is an honest man. His prices are fair. Parking might not be the best but Mr Wayne's honesty and the good work they do on your vehicles makes up for the back parking. Another thing I like about this establishment is that he supports the American Girl Scouts. When is Girl Scout Cookie Time mr. Wayne is always well stocked.

Such a pleasant experience with first choice automotive! No job is to big or costly (thanks Mr.wayne) ; they are very kind and courteous! My rear main seal was replaced within a days time! Talk about amazing! I would recommend anyone take their car to First choice automotive! Ps he has Girl Scout cookies as well. They are honest , kind, and again a true honest business!Thanks Wayne you will always have my business.

I had been looking for a good mechanic since I moved to TX and have certainly found a great shop here! I've had a string of bad luck with cars (10 cars in a year and a day- from flooding, people swinging across road dividers to hit me, and honestly quite a few lemons) and this shop has been an amazing find. Honest, up front pricing, attention to detail, etc. True, I've had times when the part they needed wasn't delivered to the shop on time (not their fault) but they've always been very accommodating to my needs and my schedule and have more than made up for any delays.

I came in with a few other estimates for my Lexus, which was smashed in the front right end. They were well over 1,000 each. They worked with me here, very friendly, gave me a better deal, and it came out looking better than new! I would recommend them to anyone! It is hard a woman to not get scammed, and they make you feel at home. Great body work!

The worst of the worst, If I could give 0 stars I would! First and foremost they are extremely rascist people! Bruce and Wayne are very unprofessional individuals.. They over charged my sister twice for her car.. lied and stated they didn t. We have documentation proving what they have done! Wish there was a way we could share the documents on here! I will not suggest a dog to visit this business, They are unethical and I m reporting them to the better business bureau!

BE AWARE Worst mechanic ever. They re scamming people off. I stopped there for an inspection then I ended up paying 300$ without giving me the inspection bill by itself. Turns out later I had the transmission broke down which they didn t mention just to scam 300$ and fix something unrelated.Services: General repairs & maintenance, BrakesServices: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes
