Walmart auto is cheap. You usually get what you pay for however, I would not recommend paying these guys for anything. It isn t worth it. They don t care about you or your vehicle. Customer service is generally dead, but these guys send it straight to hell. The manager knows literally nothing about tires or cars. He was not willing to consider helping me in ANY way with a defective tire I purchased from Walmart. I would never let these guys touch my car or even LOOK at it. The kid who works in the shop is cool. Don t know how good he is but this review is based on my interaction with the auto care center manager.Years ago I went to a San antonio, TX Walmart auto center and bought a battery for my car. My car battery randomly died while I was nearby so it was sort of an emergency. The mechanics at this particular Walmart let me BORROW TOOLS to install my battery. So I do not believe this particular inept, know-nothing, spiteful, anti-customer Hondo Walmart auto center manager is a reflection of Walmart auto centers in general, but I definitely would discourage bringing your car there for service.

I had 4 new tires put on my truck. They said the wait would be over 2 hours but they had it done in 45 minutes. Very pleased with the service.

I went to get brand new tires on my Ford Expedition. Shout out to James, Lonnie and John for there customer service and patience. Very respectful and tentative service. Thank you and I will definitely be back.

Open on New Years Eve they were super helpful and mounted and put the new tire on the trailer. Good folks. The manager was knowledgeable and friendly

Customer service was great. The only things was it took 3 hrs for oil change and tire rotation. It wasn't their fault, Walmart corporates are cutting staff and leaving them short of the techs it takes to get customers in and out. Big Corp thinking of their back pocket and forgetting the customers who put money in their pockets

I knew I needed a battery, unfortunately mech rubbed off serial number. Difficult to look up warranty. Winded up getting manager to assist me. Word to advise don't rub off serial number. It was 2yrs old and 5yr warranty, of course they don't have that battery anymore.

These managers are the BEST in the business of community assistance when it comes to the Veterans and the Disable of America! Thank you to those who have given of themselves and gone above their duties for the Krings family! We love this Walmart!

Went shopping at Walmart bought a bunch of frozen goods. Came out to car and had a completly flat tire. Took car to tire center and told them I had frozen food in trunk of car. They put on spare I had in trunk and got me out in less the 15 minutes. These guys are the best.

Great customer service by Mr. Louis Rodriguez. Very fast for an oil change they vaccumed my car and checked all the fluids. When i tried to leave a tip, he said that's not necessary and was happy to have us as a customer. I felt bad because i really wish they could accept tips for working out in this heat. Thank you anyway really appreciate it.

Auto Center guys fixed up great! On way through town, we stopped and got all new trailer tires and the spare changed out after a blow out. They jumped right on it and had back on our way in a short time. Best service at a tire shop I've seen in awhile

Walmart auto services suck. They open at 7am but no one was there for 20mins. They never have my sized tire here. I had a nail in my tire and they said it was unfixable so I went down the street to tire and wheel connection and they fixed it!! They're amazing over there and can get my tires there the same day by 2pm. I'll never come back to Walmart for my tire needs!!

They were incredibly helpful and refused to take payment for my particular issue - I changed my own oil at home by a half liter and was on a road trip and needed some taken out. They did that for me perfectly. Really great guys there.

Worst walmart in the world. Horrible customer service, cannot answer a phone and the employees have the most depressing look on their face. How the managers have a job I have no idea. Ridiculous, don't try to buy anything from them without feeling superior over the fact that you know you have to tell them to breath or else they would be lying lifeless on the floor. I have yet to meet an intelligent and knowledgeable person in that place.

I went in for a tire repair & it took them 3 hrs before they touched my car but i was ok w/it cause i ran into an old friend & we got to visit & catch up. So it all panned out
