Came here the other day to get some garden tools. It was okay. They have a pretty good selection of items, just like in Castroville. The only reason I didn t give it 5 stars is because of the cashier. She wasn t very pleasant to deal with as the they usually are. No greetings or pleasantries from here. She seemed upset. The service is there, but I guess I got used to the niceties from other similar stores. Maybe it was just a bad day.

First time dropping here. Entrance @ 29.344015, -99.128662. you can access from Veterans Blvd, or Avenue E. Avenue E looks easier. Upon entry, hang a left and go around the parking lot, past the Hay Barn and continue around the building. Walmart and Whataburger within walking distance

This store is like the "Macy's For Farmers." The people and Management are friendly and accomodating. Customer service is excellent.They have things nobody else in town has. We go in at least once a week. Penny, Wes, Jeremiah, and Brian are an asset to the store and its customers.

Everyone is always nice and helpful. Store is always clean. Your inventory is lacking. We went to Castroville, and it was amazingly stocked with plenty of choices. I wish your garden center was at least half as good as Castroville. It's difficult to find good plants in Hondo. Hoping to see this store flourish.

Be careful if you go here to get propane refilled. These guys filled my rv up to 100% which is incredibly dangerous and could cause fatal results. Just go somewhere else to get it filled by someone competent.

I'm very impressed with the layout of the store and the variety of merchandise. This store carries items in hardware, livestock supplies, clothing, toys, and magazines/books. The employees were well-trained and professional. I absolutely appreciate having an alternative to Wal-Mart when it comes to general merchandise, but I also appreciate when I can go to a hardware store for an emergency repair I need at home and all of the lumber stores in town are closed for the day. Prices are definitely competitive or average compared to other stores.

I love TS. It has everything I need for my horse and goats. I'm especially grateful to have one in Hondo because we have so few good stores here. Thanks for building here!

They need more employees. However the employees they have do a great job. Yvonne is very knowledgeable and helpful. Penny is great. Wes is a charmer and a salesman deluxe.

This Bandera store has the most helpful and the friendliest employees! I have shopped at many TRC stores and this one is my favorite.

Overpriced junk with a frown... what a sad day it is but you are better off with Amazon, home depot or mummies feed store for any of your needs. Homedepot carries better mowers and warranties for any of their power equipment;on the other hand TSC is laughable when compared. Also,their random items they sell on holidays wont last the trip to your home, it ALL breaks or just falls apart! AND.. you can almost buy anything there you can buy at WALMART...i say almost because walmart doesmt sell junk. Goodluck to a future with zero repeat customers.

Certain employees are not knowledgeable about their job and also very inconvenient on not having a certified propane filler. Been turned away multiple times due to not having someone there to fill propane. Other tractor supplies have better customer service.

All the employees are friendly and helpful. My favorite place to shop! AND this store has 2 dog grooming stations!!! With all the supplies you need! Just bring your dog!

I'm glad Hondo has opened a Tractor supply. This one is very easy to get to. Staff is very helpful. & I never have any trouble finding what I'm looking for!
