Great place. Fast, friendly, courteous and professional. They came right out and fixed my flat on my trailer. I went back to the shop to pick up the wheel and they wouldn't let me leave until they checked all my other tires and deemed the vehicle safe. While I was there they made sure I was comfortable and offered free coffee. I would definitely return next time I need tire service.

The owner Craig and the lady in the office are amazing!!!! Craig saw me in distress and immediately helped me since all his guys were busy. I needed to be on the road by 10am and he had me out the door with a full set of tires at 930. I can t thank you enough from saving me from an eventual blow out!

I blew out a tire driving into Hondo and Tire & Wheel Connection was the only shop in town that had the tire that worked for my vehicle. I had a really long drive ahead of me even without the blowout, so I was worried that the installation would take a long time - but the work was done quickly. In addition to the prompt service, I was greeted warmly when I entered and I was charged a reasonable price for the services provided. Tire & Wheel Connection made an otherwise stressful situation into a pleasant one, and for that reason I recommend them highly.

Tire picked up a screw in Hondo. I called Tire & Wheel Connection, Craig arrived right away, aired tire and followed me to his shop. Great service and very professional. Thank you Craig, for your speedy assistance

Had a blowout on a trailer I was towing. I googled tire shops and found this one. I called ahead and they had a tire for me, got it mounted and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes. Price was fair and staff was great.

These guys rock!! Could not get anyone to even attempt removing a broken locking lug nut off of my Jeep GC. Even Midas in San Antonio said no. Craig and his staff did it. They put my car back to brand new and earned my business forever!! BTW... Discount Tire in Kerville broke it and told me they could not get it off and that I would need to find someone that would. Thank goodness for this place!! 5 stars!!! Highly recommend!!
