Never had problems with this store if they don't have the parts on hand they will get it 4 u and being a mechanic they go out of the way to help keep their and my customers happy I highly recommend going to O'Reilly for all ur auto parts.

Very friendly folks working the counter. Could have used 1 or 2 more at the counter to answer phones and assist customers waiting. Was disappointed that someone stole their check rmgine scanner.

Ordered online to have my parts here for this morning so that it would at least be cool I ordered eight injectors they only sent seven so I ordered another one that was supposed to be here by 3:00 a.m. or 3:00 p.m. and they sent the wrong one thanks to Jesse There was a truck going to Uvalde that could pick up the correct one now it's 100� out and I'm installing these injectors I had to make three trips and it's price of gas nowadays that's ridiculous

Great store. Alot of combined mechanical knowledge from these guys and they don't mind sharing it. They have been a huge help to me personally on many occasions. They know their parts and they know their inventory. The shelves are stocked. The store is clean and well lit. This is a small town store that doesn't have the volume of sales as those in the big cities. So if you go in for a cash refund of any significant amount, they will find a way to accommodate you, but you are going to hear a bit of moaning and groaning while they are doing it. I highly recommend this store to everyone.

Always helpful here, on more than one occasion have been taken to the back to rumage through boxes looking for a part that will fit a purpose. Staff is always friendly and I've never had cause for concern about any advice or visit. Also very conveniently located to allow maximize visibility.

I love this location. The staff either can answer any questions or will work relentlessly to find the right answer. Every thing I have bought has been of great quality. Definitely my go to store.

106 degrees today. My a/c was not blowing cold air. Thank goodness for Ron! He suggested I get a new air filter & freon. I needed both. He did all the work for me & within maybe 15-20min I was on my way. Cold air, & a clean new filter. I'm so thankful!! Ron was wonderful!! So appreciative!

I ordered a power steering pump cap yesterday and paid $6.48. I got a call and voicemail from Phil, the counter salesman, this morning. Your part is in ...Buddy. I drove 17 miles to town after work to get the part and they had no record, and could not find the part. I presented my valid, paid in cash receipt, and asked for a refund. They refused, saying they could not refund my 6.48 because they needed to physically see the part.??? What part? So outrageous! Robbed me in broad daylight. I will never return. Good NAPA store a block away will be delighted to have my business. I have been disappointed by this Hondo, Texas O Reilly store many times over the years, but to just Rob me for a petty $6.48, and sacrifice a lifetime customer... Wow! Karma is just around the corner.

It just depends on who u get. Some are lazy some try. Use parts stores all the time DAILY ACTUALLY. GOOD PRICES, GOOD SELECTION. Service is good, Knowledge is Questionable.

I don't really buy accessories for my vehicle at O'Reillys cuz i can usally find something similar at Wal-Mart but this phone holder was well worth going!! Ive spent too much money on these n finally found the perfect one. This one still holing strong. They ones ive bought would stick a month or less. Not this one

It all depends on who is working other than that it's a hassle I've gotten wrong parts I go in knowing what part I need and they try to tell me that's not the right part many of them do not know what the part is they've lost many good workers like louie.justin ...and a couple more .. just cause you were the uniform doesn't make you certified .And life time warranty is a big problem if you do not have a receipt I eouwo think they would save it in there' computer but they are not able to locate it could be a great store but some worket's need attitude adjustment

Counter staff not helpful at all! They have to look everything up on computer, even if you know what part you need. Then they have constantly have to ask others what this or that is. Poor employee training evident!

Worst customer service I have experienced in years. How can you help people 4 people back in line without helping those in the frount of the line. Prices are high and selection poor. Walmart is a beter parts store.

Great and close to home. Headed home with some new parts. Most parts in stock. If not in stock, most likely be received next day, if ordered that day.

The store manager is all for helping to get the right part. All about getting the right part. If not in stock, gets it as fast as can be expected. For all my parts in Hondo, I use OReilly!
