Worked with Daniel who was very helpful and responsive. He had photos taken of the part I was interested to make sure it was the one I needed, and in good condition. Once I OK'd the purchase (reasonably priced!), they pulled it, sent it, and I got it the next day. I installed it and it works perfectly. These guys are the real deal...

Called in for a used transfer case and the price I was told for one with 150,000 miles on it was $900, the price of a brand new one. Better off ordering a new one folks. Got a response on my review from the owner and it seems to me like the owner is trying to say I'm not trying to get OEM parts or that I'm trying to use non OEM parts which I would never use non OEM parts. Got a call from the owner got things smoothed out and got good service, thanks guys

Great business. Great prices. Everyone we spoke with was helpful. They saved me a few hundred dollars over their competitors. The door I purchased was perfect. It s easier to purchase ahead of time and request more detailed pictures or show up to see if you d like to continue with the sale. When I showed up the front office personnel was friendly as were the gentleman working the yard delivery. I will defiantly be back for more parts in the future.

RC was very helpful! I needed a quarter panel for my tail light and he ordered it and shipped it fast, I had it in 2 days! The pricing was reasonable as well. I definitely recommend Snyders Auto Salvage.

My experience was great, thanks to Tom the agent who made things seemed so easy and smoothly for me and my machanic. From the moment I told him what we were looking for, Tom searched relentlessly for the right Engine. He found one not at his location but out of State. He did his best and has it shipped to us. Thank you Tom. His extension is 124. I don t know his last name. But he was a perfect customer service agent example. Cheers!

They pulled a window out of a vehicle for me SUPER QUICK (a day sooner than expected) after my car was broken into and rain was on the way. Soo bad service i order parts the tall me be ready nex day i text them seeing ok so next day I went and pick it up and they don t have it ready. On my way home. I was so mad I have an accident. Messed up my truck real bad everybody we are OK I still can t believe it they don t even apologize

Great business. Fantastic customer service. Sales person RC was very helpful and professional. I had my part shipped to me. The fragile part arrived in great working condition the shipping department did a great job with packaging. Definitely will do business again with Snyders Auto Salvage.

I made a mistake on a passenger mirror selection and thought I was going to be stuck with a 400 dollar mirror that didn't match. I called and Ben found the right one I needed, texted me pictures to ensure the correct mirror, and allowed me to exchange the one I already purchased from them. 100% excellent customer service and Ben needs a raise.
