We take all our vehicles to Dwayne's for service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the waiting area is clean and well-stocked with reading material, a coffee machine and kids toys. The prices have always been extremely reasonable, and the techs are so helpful! This business is a true local gem.

This place is amazing! I was having trouble with replacing my battery because autozone didn t have the equipment to do it for me when I bought it! My husband always raves about Dwayne s! They ve always done a good job when working on his truck! So I decided to just try them out! I called and they were upfront with the pricing and did not make me feel dumb when I explained my situation! They were able to change out my battery in about 30 mins! Which is amazing because they were extremely busy!If yall are looking for a great and honest mechanic this is the place to go! I will not be taking my car anywhere else!

They re wonderful! So polite every time I go in and so quick with an oil change I can stop in before work! Even after moving to Galveston I d rather make a trip over here :)

We always get our travel trailer inspected here and it's easy to pull over on the street behind the shop to get that taken care of. Also, took our truck in for a brake check and they were super honest with us. Did a free brake check and told us we didn't need new brakes. I will remain a loyal customer to this business.

Can we just stop and take a moment to appreciate Dwayne's Auto Express in Hitchcock. They are absolutely professional, kind and truly care about not only your satisfaction with their services but your SAFETY.I live in Dickinson now, but I drove over today to get my husband's oil change done. After the oil change they stated I might want to look at getting the rear breaks done because they are bad. I left the car parked and asked them if they had time. They immediately got to work.I wouldn't of honestly known if they hadn't said anything.I told them, their business cards should read, SAFETY AND SATISFACTION are their number one goal.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Jermaine had great customer service! The shop is family oriented and they really take good care of your vehicle! I went early in the morning and they made sure I was in and out in a timely manner! The shop was clean and the staff was organized. I won't go anywhere else from oil change! Everyone there is so respectful and sweet. In and out in less than 20 minutes, and they patched a hole in my tire!

My husband has been sending me here for all of our Vehicle repair, oil changes or State Inspection needs for a couple of years. If you want professionalism and great service, this is the pace to go. Even when they were swamped they were still polite and did their work as quickly and thoroughly as possible, with a smile on their face! This place is the perfect model for a successful small business. You will most likely be helped by the owner or a member of the family. The shop and waiting area are clean and the service members are kind and professional. The owners have a foundation that gives back generously to the local community. Bringing my cars here has always been a feel good experience. We're fortunate to have them here in Hitchcock.

Quick and effective are the only two words I have for this place because of how quickly I was taken care of even with the back load of cars there. They need all the business they can get, since I wanna see this place grow into a business that's worthy of the people that work there.
