Timely, courteous, professional. Only big issue this location runs into is that they don't have much in way of food options. I hope corporate allows them to remedy the problem soon so it can start thriving again. Parking and the shop used to stay packed out before the store lost the ability to serve a meal from 6a-11p.

Lazy mf. They refuse to come outside to look at the tire if they are able to fix it or not. He said he had to change me 0.5 h labor to step out of the shop. That's crazy. Of course I left.

Restraunt closed, sandwiches are hard, attitude from cashier when asked about a food place nearby. Food from Kitchen was not good at all.

I stop to change a tire in 1 1/2 hours they finished the job good customer service and fast the woman who attended me very nice I forgot to ask her name and the mechanic and the manager also you don't always find good customer service in a place I recommend this TA I hope they continue like this with that customer service no Like lowes take me 12 hrs for chance a tire

If you re stopping here to get work done, DON T it took 5 hours for 2 steers and 2 drive tires.. they have no respect for your time the store has no restaurant.. it just sucks..and the labor is so high, you might as well go to the dealership this place is good for parking only..Service: TiresService: Tires

Friendly staff, but takes forever to get repairs done. 3 1/2 hours for 1 trailer airbag. I went there another time for 8 drive tires. I was the only truck and 2 guys were working on it and it took 8 hours.

NOT GOOD. Was told 30min wait time was 2.5 hrs. The the person doing the PM was NOT TRAINED RIGHT. Took another 2.45 hrs for him to change oil filters and lube. He had NEVER seen a cat canister style fuel screen and I had to show him how to service it. I caught him in time putting a filter wrench instead of unscrewing the center bolt on top to drop the canister. Asked for their Ultimate PM. He never looked at the slack adjusters,radiator coolant,never checked belts nor tires. Total time from check in to pull off 6hrs with only one other truck in the shop the whole time.

Tis place is Ran by Rude people that are lazy. The workers are sitting in the Driver's Lounge watching CNN. News flash, Truck Drivers don't watch CNN. No wonder it's half empty all the time.

I am a technician here. We are a smaller shop and not quite as busy since TA down the road opened. Most off time you won't have much if a wait. All the Techs here know there stuff. We have all been at this site for years and don't on leaving. Come check us out.

A lot of different things in there. All the way from fairy snow globes too texas shot glasses. Love this place!

Good size parking lot but driveway can be tight. Restaurant is questionable on being open.

Josh - an employee here was the 1 person out of 1000 today that saw me stranded, with my 2 dogs, walking and actually offered to help. Today was a nightmare. Forever grateful to the man with the gas can at this location.

Needed a lug nut put on a trailer, the Loves up the road put me on a 5 hour waiting list. Petro had me back on the road in less than 10 minutes. Love you guys!!!

The worst service that I remember asking me alot of cuestion just to fix 1 tire and the lady there I need more training nevera find any informaci�n I thing they need to se what appen the owners

Something needs to be done about the stray/neighbors dogs. They come trotting up to us,(me and my service dog) I didn t know what these dogs was up to and didn t want to find out.

It took 6 hour for these people to do a oil change on my truck unbelievable. Not a good place to spend your money and time

This place is a joke . The girl inside would rather us take our truck to another shop to have a wheel seal changed and really didnt want to do a pm . We pull up to the shop doors and everyone is standing around talking or on their cell phones.

Is very disappointing seeing the mayor truck stop still keeping there restaurants close in don't think about what the truck drivers eat to keep this country moving.

I have never seen a shop this bad and if it take you 12 hours to get a truck in and charge a a/c

Have to say... They had mechanics that knew what they were doing. Even though it was something that the dealership had to fix due to warranty issues.
