No communication at all, hard to reach to find out about your vehicle. Every week promised to have your vehicle, ends up being 6 months to not only get it back to not even be done and to have new damage that they did to the vehicle. Vary displeased and unhappy with them and their service.

I haves lived through hurricanes Katrina, and Mathew. I know what it is to be trapped in the aftermath of a disaster with only a car. So my truck build is extensive, it s an apocalypse build. Micky Thompson tires, Icon Rebound Pro wheels, Icon lift, RBP powered running boards, Klein onboard air compressor, and a Brown Davis, 650 mile long range fuel tank. I am deep six invested in this truck (six digits). This is my family s lifeline and I care a great deal about it.Some punk in Waco keyed my truck from the taillight to the headlight. I was quoted over $3,000 worth of damage by a shop in Waco. Due in part to all the disassembly required prior to paint. I asked the professionals at Hill County Collision to perform the repair without the disassembly in order to avoid stressing all the accessories that are interconnected. I was prepared to accept a sub par service in order to maintain function over form. However that isn t what I received. They made my truck look brand new, with absolutely immaculate attention to detail, AND they did it all while being hamstrung by my request not to disassemble. All of my systems were maintained, and it looks like it never even happened! Hill County Collision is the embodiment of American small town ingenuity coupled with big city skill. Oh yeah, they also knocked the price so low into the dirt that I thought it was a typo! Fantastic team, I highly recommend them.

I sent my car to be worked on about 3 or 4 weeks ago. The lady on the front desk told me I could pick it up in about 2 weeks after I have sent all the insurance paperwork. I kept calling them and she just kept coming with a bunch excuses. They are dishonest about timeline and about their technician working on car. I did a drive by and saw my car was not being worked on. I called her and she still again lied about it was being worked on when I could clearly see my car was just parked at their back and nothing was done. Very unreliable and terrible service. Do not recommend.

Had a vehicle in the shop to have some body work done and replace an electrical component. It was there almost 4 months and the lady at the front kept giving me the runaround. She didn't call to update the estimate she initially gave me like she told me should. It ended up being four times as much. Didn't call to tell me the body work was done. Didn't call to tell me when the part came in. Lied about the part being installed. The electrical piece is still missing. Didn't call to tell me when pro tech was supposed to go reset it. I had to call and go to the shop for every update. Would not recommend.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I have to say I had my doubt about this place from the get go!!! I wrecked my truck almost three weeks ago and we sure they were going to total it out. After spending the first two days just tiring to get hold of someone there I finally got a call back. The lady I spoke to said "No this isn't a total, should be a easy fix" ...... Um ok,. Well I didn't want to go buy a new truck so fine please fix. After a week later I called again to see what they are fixing. She listed a few things but left out some major things as well. I asked about them and then she said yes I will call to get those things fixed to (thing broke inside during accident. air bag lights, ect)Now almost three weeks later after me and insurance adjuster has spent days tiring again to get ahold of someone. I get a call to say they are still working on the same thing they were weeks ago and she has not submitted her part of paperwork to get the other things fixed.All the while I have spent more on Retal cars then I payed for the truck!!! They will tell the insurance company what they need to, to get business but cant finish job when they say they can.Zero sense of urgency and lack of common sense with insurance claims.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Had me fixed up in no time and did a good job. I especially loved the detail job inside and out!Edited:: MAY 27, 2020Came back with a different vehicle for a dent repair and they did such a good job! They are very quick and reliable with the best price in town.

They did an amazing job on my car. It looks brand new again and they completed the job sooner than I expected! Linda and her team are super friendly and keep you in the loop about everything that is going on while they have your car!

HORRIBLE service car was in there a month, communication was horrible had to contact her every time to get an update. Afterwards they messed up installing my window, then tried to blame it on me. Had to call my insurance to get that settled & now not even a 2-3 months after fixing it my window panel came apart. Mind you this is almost a new car with no previous work done on it. Avoid this place at all costs

Went to the shop at 9am after hitting debris on 35 and they were able to help me immediately. They were so kind, honest, and helped fix my car for the rest of my drive. I could not be more thankful for the help they provided me this morning!!!

It is under new ownership and I used them on my daughters vehicle. Did a great job on repairs. Kept in contact throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and answered all questions. 4 stars is because I had to take it back. But by no means was it a horrible experience. They are correcting the problem with no hard time given. And the great job on the detail was awesome!

Unprofessional, not honest about time to repair and return cars. rude customer service.staff is constantly changing.do not recommend getting any work done at this place.
