Driving down 35E north of Italy,TX a ladder was in the road. It was hit and put a big hole in the gas tank. We called several companies with no helpful solutions. Day and Night Wrecker Service was the opposite. Very professional from the first phone call to the delivery. The driver was patient and wanted to make sure we secured a ride as well as our belongings. The price was very fair compared to what other companies quoted. Ugh. I just left the review I meant for these guys on another service. Oops!! THIS COMPANY IS AWESOME. DO NOT CALL ANY OTHER.My tire was falling off due to broken lyg nuts or whatever. Was scary and stressful. I called AAA and they were going to make me wait in the heat for 4 hours. So I called these guys who got there in minutes. Price was fair. They found a mechanic for me and dropped me at the hotel and took my car in for me. The nice mechanic picked me up in the morning.Stress was replaced by a good experience!! These guys absolutely rock. If you use someone else to tow you vehicle you are silly.

Thank you Billy for the fast pick up of our Lexus as we were stranded on the hottest day of the planet. Thank you for letting us ride back with you to Dallas. Cory from day and night wrecker was a life saver. I was pulled over on 35E just before exit 370 in my company s truck after a fire extinguisher exploded inside. Corey was there within 20 minutes of me placing the call to my company. Honestly, the quickest response I got during that whole situation. I was so thankful that he came even after being given the wrong contact information and he being unable to call me. Very professional and showed genuine concern for me. We were able to have a laugh about the situation after. After hitting a pothole on I-35W, my front right tire blew out. AAA contacted Day and Night on my behalf and Jameson was dispatched. He called me right away and arrived very quickly. Needed a shipping container moved and Jameson shows up medium size wrecker very nice and clean. Well I thought the container weighed about 10 Thousand pounds, I was wrong turns out to be about 18 to 20 thousand pounds. Called in some extra help because the container wasn't on level ground and wanted to tip over. Cory shows up in a Beautiful new wrecker to lend a hand so it didn't tip over. Both Jameson and Cory was very professional and treated me with respect even though I missed judge the weight. Bottom line this is the BEST Wrecker service I have ever used and highly recommend them for your business. Thanks very much Brian Latko.

I could not be happier with the service I received from Day & Night Wrecker Service. Jayden was extremely helpful. Arrived quickly, made phone calls to make sure there was a Dropbox at the dealership and even said he would drop off the key in the morning if there was no Dropbox. Super helpful!! When you need a tow, give these guys a call!

While traveling Interstate during nighttime, truck ahead of us threw tire tread striking our vehicle. Called Day & Night garage in Hillsboro who sent rollback wrecker promptly to our location. Wrecker operator (Josh) was most polite and eager to assist. Josh took care to assure we and our vehicle were ok . I am well pleased with Day and Night wrecker service.Service: Car towing

My daughter wrecked her vehicle and day and night was called by the state trooper to haul off the vehicle. When I called to settle up with them; we only had liability so ins didnt cover it; I had a bill of $5,000.... And it included some charges for things they did not do lime $500 for cleanup that my husband did...The totaled vehicle was hauled 15 miles....then they said they would settle for $2500 and we give them the title...i was blown away by these charges! Im not saying we didnt owe anything but these charges were absurd! Talking with some people and doing some research no one we spoke to had anything good to say about the company...in the end they did settle for much lower payment but beware of this company and their service charges....Price Gouging at its finest...if I ever have to use a tow company again I will go elsewhere and if they pull up due to an accident and called by law enforcement I will not let them touch my property that needs towed.....Service: Car towing

This company accepted 2 town from AAA and left me in the cold for 5 hours. When I called them the driver was asleep!! And in the 5th hour of being stuck in below freezing temps, I got a text from this P.O.S.tow company saying they would be there at 10 am. Then AAA CALLED AND SAID THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY BECAUSE THEY WERE OFFERED COMMERCIAL RATES. I HOPE YOUR BUSINESS FAILS. NEVER LEAVE A SERNIOR IN 24� weather for 5 hours. Stupid choice! I couldve died.

Only giving 2 stars because the wrecker showed up in 10 minutes, but other than that I was told my payment would be $50 for a 1.4 mile tow to my house but ended up being charged $75. There was a point where the tower said screw it, and could care less about my car, go to another wrecking service it is not worth the damage to your car or the extra cost they will charge, never again will I call their number, do not make the same mistake as me.

I turned down the wrong road and got stuck in the mud after a storm. My husband came out to help me but he got stuck too. My insurance company said it would be three hours before someone with a winch could come out. I called Day And Night Wrecker. They came out immediately and had us out of the mud within 15 minutes using a Kubota. The equipment didn't damage our vehicles and we were charged a very reasonable price. I contacted Triple AAA the day before to reserve a tow truck to pick up my car in the morning between 7-8am, from home in Frost to drop off to repair shop in Ennis. @ 6:15am I called this company to confirm if they were coming, the gentleman answered the phone, told me he didn't know b/c they recently signed up with AAA but his driver should be contacting me b/c the driver is the only one who has access to the Triple AAA system...30 minutes pass w/no call from driver. I called back & my calls went straight to voicemail, message left, expressing concern that I need to go to work, if they are not coming please let me know (no call back). There's a # left on voice mail to call if no response...so I called that #, no answer, voicemail left asking if they are coming, if not, let me know. I'm in a pickle now b/c I have to go to work...a few more minutes pass by. I call back & speak with a guy who didn't say name upon answering. I asked if driver coming, I was placed on hold, he comes back to line & says he sees the driver is in Burleson which is an hour from my home. I asked can I get an ETA, he tells me the driver doesn't answers the phone while driving & he will call me back. @ 7:30am, no call from dispatch, no call from driver. Wow!!! NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY!!! At 7:45 I contacted Triple AAA to report my experience, Triple AAA reached out to tow company & let me know driver was 30 minutes away...@ 8am I get my 1st call from driver who gave me his ETA...driver picked up car & delivered to repair shop. Driver was very polite & informed me when my car was delivered. Overall, poor communication. Changed star from one to three b/c service was provided.Service: Car towing
