How do you rate a place below Zero? Walked in, walked up to a lady looking at a compute screen that i assume worked there. She had on the uniform. However most people at least say i'm busy i will be with you in a minute or something. Standing right in front of her she just ignored me. So i walked around to another employee who was waiting on a customer and finishing up with him. After five minutes i just decided that nobody acknowledged i was there i just said i would come back when ya'll are not too busy. The customer the man was waiting on walked out same time as me. Why do you hate your customers so much. I mean i understand ya'll are raciest but i am and old white guy. What gives, ya'll hate everybody? I went to O'rileys and ordered the auto parts i needed. Just needed a set of disk pads. Would not have taken 5 minutes of your precious time. Who pours money into a losing business? I have shopped at Auto Zones for the last 20 years. No More. I will go anywhere else from now on.

Would have given 6 stars if they let me. Needed a locking gas cap for an Australian tank. EJ walked out to my truck to make sure the part fit before he sold it to me. The man, the store, the company are all CLASS!-E. Vero

What a great store. Excellent staff that went out of their way for over two hours to help fix our car as we were traveling. They printed diagnostics and helped with almost every step. THANK YOU CLAYTON!!!

The staff were helpful and kind, they took extra time to find what we were looking for. The store is clean and spaced out, well stocked even had a nice selection of snacks. Wheelchairs would not have a problem and the parking is easy.

Milton and Eric are telling my customers not to use me I don't know why they can send business to the white people but it's a problem supporting a black owned business my reviews tell it all not bad for a 1 man operation

Veterans 10% discount, pays the taxes. They have or can get it same day on most cases. Plus I haven't had to return the wrong item here at this store. Staff seems to genuinely enjoy their job. Makes for a clear mind to get our orders right and less stressful. Use this store.

Great experience, alternator died while heading to Austin, called and they had the part in stock plus some assorted loaner tools. Managed to make it before the battery died completely and made the repair in their parking lot. Their socket and wrench set were a cobbled together mess, but they had all the sizes I needed to get the job done.

My favorite Auto Parts place ever!! I visit this store frequently, sometimes even 3 times a day.All the employees are very attentive and professionals, but Clayton and Milton are always there with a big smile to help us with all of are needs.They're very patient and always make us feel welcome.It's always a pleasure to make business with y'all.Thank you so much!!

Milton your store Manager needs to be fired he is rude and he is a liar how can he be an example of leadership? I will not be back to that store if he is working? Fire him Now!!!!

The experiences I've had with this particular store haven't been negative.They seem to know their stuff well enough. And I've never been treated rudely by any of the employees I've interacted with on the few occasions I've done business with this store.Prices are typically what you'd expect from Autozone. You can find better online, but that's not the fault of the people who work the store.

I went to AutoZone for years living in Waco,Texas and it being around the corner and prices were great I moved to Hillsboro,Texas and started going to the Waco Street AutoZone for awhile the experience was awesome then about a year and a half ago I go in and older man is working and I asked him about something but he ignored me but i was okay because i figured he's helping someone out then finally another employee comes and helps me out then 2 weeks later i go back and this old man is working in the store by himself and just finished with a customer so i asked him about a part he walks past me and then helps a customer who came after i did so i left went to O'Reilly's and have never looked back, I may have to pay a little more but at least their employees don't snub you!!!

I can t really decide if I had an average experience or a bad experience so I ll just rate it halfway. Simply sticking to the facts, the employee sold us a spark plug and didn t inform us of which one it went to. It took several attempts just to get this simple answer. I ve never changed out a spark plug before and I can t fault them for not being staffed enough to help further. At least I got the part that I needed?

Very good service had what I needed when no one else did. Searched on line and no one in 75 miles for a battery for my car and auto zone in hillsboro was the only one that had one and not only that the young lady that waited on me was very pleasant and helpful.

Extremely friendly Associate. The gentleman who assisted us today was Clayton.Our car battery light went off, turned out to be a timing belt on the alternator. Huge kudos to Clayton as we were driving from Dallas to Austin when this occurred.Clayton not only identified the issue, but helped find a mechanic that could fix the issue after we purchased the parts from Autozone.Thank you everybody there for your help!

Auto-zone has decent customer service. Other than that, my only discrepancy is that they NEVER have parts on hand. They don't have brakes on hand, wheel bearings on hand, rotors on hand, etc. When my car needs servicing, I need a part on hand.

My wife and child walked down here from napa auto parts to use the restroom and get a snack. Thank you for keeping your bathroom available during covid-19. We wish we hadn't stopped at Napa on our way into town.

I got a keyless remote for my SUV and I had a hard time getting it to connect but your guy Jose in Hillsboro tx showed me how to hook it up. He was very nice and made sure I understood what he was explaining. I just want to say thanks to Jose...

Milton the manager went out of his way & helped my wife and I by going thru boxes of parts to find & exchanging a tensioner pully that went out 5 days after purchasing it and loaned me the tools to change it.

Terrible customer service. Older male has no intention on helping just getting rid of you as soon as he can. Don't recommend if you're looking for a part.
