Called and was able to set up an appointment for the same day. The salesperson was courteous and wasn't pushy with products. Even had a good conversation with one of the guys that works in the garage. Had some small air bubbles a few days after install. Took it back to Shades and they made sure it was done right the second time around, they got us scheduled immediately and the wife is extremely happy with the results! Great customer service. I highly recommend these guys!

This is my third vehicle these folks have done for me over several years. They are the best by far. My vehicles have been through every imaginable weather condition you could think of and the tint has never faded, bubbled, peeled, or streaked. I recommend them without hesitation!

First time I've ever tinted windows myself. (In the past, it's been a dealer add on.) Shades Custom Tint had the best price when I called around, so I went with them. Couldn't be happier with the result. Car looks great. My wife brought in our brand new car 2 years ago at this point. She opted for the lifetime film. The price was average but work was very subpar. After she arrived home I went to inspect the work. They ruined the back dash pad striping it off the carpet attached to the pad somehow. Was it the steamer? A reaction with the cleaning chemicals? Maybe. Definitely didn t come in like that literally having less than 500 miles on it. Called as soon as I noticed it and was given nothing but excuses. The tint developed what the call fingers within less than a week. When Franz still owned this place this would have never happened or he would have fixed it. Back in the day this was the premier tint shop. Not now. Save a headache. Find another tint shop. Ended up paying another shop to redo their work because I didn t have the energy to argue any further.Services: Sun control window tinting, Vehicle window tinting

With today's inventory issues I had to wait a few weeks for the box to arrive for the sub, albeit a specialty box for my little fiat. They did their best to keep me updated and when it arrived they scheduled me in and knocked it out the park in less than a day! And they stayed welllll below the budget I set out for them! I'd give em a shot for any work you need on your vehicles! They got themselves a customer for life! Thanks yall! Franny the Fiat out here shattering windowsa

The shop did an custom tint job for me. No one rides in my car very often. So I only got my windshield and driver window and passenger window tinted. They had no problem with my request. I like the the shop and the good Mexican restaurant a short walk away while you wait. Excellent service professional installation of products and customer satisfaction guaranteedJJ is an awesome manager he works with you to ensure you get the items you need for installation and they have great financing options for long term project renovations I went there to upgrade my 2020 Hyundai Tucson base model and my ride was completely transformed I will definitely return for further updates to my vehicle but the service they provided definitely won me over as a loyal customer.
