Worked with Billy. He helped me diagnose the issue, which turned out to be a leak in our hot water heater, over the phone. The part was installed the next day. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and timely! I would highly recommend this service.

Billy Is hands down a wonderful person to do business with. I had a 10k volt power line fall on my camper and told Billy the current situation I was in and was more than willing to help. He kept me updated on repairs, his plan of action, as well as being mindful of the budget I had to make my camper livable again. If I m ever in the central TX area around Temple and surrounding areas and have camper issues he will be 100% the first person I call. I hope this review allows me to write as much as I need to write. I can not even begin to express the gratitude we have for Billy the RV Repair man. Right from the very moment he answered his phone, I knew for a fact we wanted to work with him.We bought an RV used, and upon ripping up our bathroom floor due to a huge soft spot, we discovered a much bigger problem than we anticipated. My husband did his best with the very minimal knowledge he had, and we eventually found ourselves stuck with what to do next, freaking out and searching high and low for someone to come and help us with our small project turned nightmare.After briefly working with another local mobile RV company (that company which I shall not name was VERY rude and unprofessional), it was an absolute relief when Billy answered the phone cheery and eager to help. He was prompt and got to us as soon as he possibly could. Incredibly informative, answered all of my questions, did his best to ease my anxiety from this mess, and I can t stress enough how friendly he was!We will always and forever use Billy as long as we re rockin this full time RV life. He truly is the best in the area!!

I called Billy on a Tuesday night around 8 pm after I realized the other company was never going to show. We had a front ac leaking into our camper through the ducting resulting in us not using it despite it being 100 degrees outside. The other ac in our camper just could keep up in the evening resulting in it getting up to 90 degrees in our camper. I called Billy and he squeezed me in the next day. However, I left the ac off all day which made it difficult to determine what was leaking. He fixed what he could without seeing the problem and left. Started leaking again that night and I called him back around 7 pm. He showed up at 8 am the next morning and it s been working flawlessly. Would strongly recommend! Fair prices and excellent service and he comes to you!

We live in our rv full time and were in the biggest bind yesterday. The air conditioner went out completely and he came out and put in a brand new one within a couple of hours. This was the best personable and friendly customer service I have ever had. He's very knowledgeable and he will be the ONLY repairman I'll be calling from now on. Thanks for saving our from a heat stroke yesterday.Service: Air conditioning

Excellent service, knowledgeable of issues w/ camper, fixed in a timely manner,courteous customer service. Will call RMR if needed in future.(replaced old hot water for new hot water heater)

If you need work on your RV, get a hold of Billy at Relax Mobile RV Service, don't bother calling other mobile repair places in the Waco area, I did that and got no call backs except from Billy and I'm sure glad he did. I had an awning problem that Billy fixed quickly, he was on time and charged less than I would have thought. I would not hesitate for a second to call him again for RV repair service.

Billy is an amazing RV repairman! He was exactly on time for the appointment and got everything done super quickly! We had him out for an AC replacement and while he was here he fixed our water heater thermostat as well! Very informative and nice guy! Billy, the owner, came out and got our broken awning to a point where we can safely drive the RV again. Not only did he strap it to the camper in one place but in two to make sure it would not go anywhere. He was efficient, kind, and came quickly to our campsite.

I got overcharged by 15 minutes which was an extra 27$ Because I went over there to ask him what was wrong with the camper while he was writing up the quote he had difficulty finding my part to give me a quote. Definitely not going to use his service now. Money hungry. DONT USE HIM HE WILL OVERCHARGE YOU and not give you a quote

RMR was quick, friendly and went above and beyond while we were camping in Waco. We were having plumbing issues and Billy came to our spot and fixed our plumbing issues and a bunch more. Price was fair, service was greatand Billy is very knowledgeable and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Billy and RMR!!!

Billy at RMR was the best! He came to our rescue after hours (9 pm at night!) and not only stayed until he had the problem resolved but went to multiple places looking for parts needed at the late hour! We had to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer and when they sent the replacement Billy was right there to put it on and help us get back on the road to our trip plans! Very reliable! Great service!!!

I wished I knew about Mobile RV repair sooner! When my camper starting having heater issues, I took it to the big repair guys to be worked on. They told me it could be weeks before they got around to fixing my problem. This totally ruined our plans to go camping over the holidays, but then I found RMR and things started looking better. They were quick and the technician Billy did a great job finding the problem. It was fixed in no time and our outdoor adventure was back on! Thanks Billy and RMR for the help. The next time something breaks, RMR will be my first call.
