100% the BEST customer service and knowledge of cars at this store. I'm very thankful rhe entire store staff members were very patient and super friendly while I had my mechanic fix my car after the Dodge dealership damaged the front end and caused mechanical issues as well. The store was super knowledgeable on the parts and they were all around helpful. Huge shout out to this entire store as I honest can say I recommend them.

I've been in a few times for various odds 'n ends for my truck and the crew here are always friendly. Besides the friendly service, they always seem to have the specific item I need in stock.

The two gentlemen working were more than helpful and did everything in their power to help. We have 5 hr.s to go on our way home and our car died limping in there parking lot. They helped in anyway they could I got the alternator on and was gone in about an hour and under 60 bucks in tools to get the job done all around best service I've ever had at an O'Reilly's!

Brad was super sweet!!!! I needed help with my AC because it had been overfilled. He told me exactly what I could do to fix it. It was blowing so hot like a heater! I listened to him and went home and fixed it!!!Great customer service and very very very helpful!!!He even warned me it could possibly leave a burn on my hand to wear gloves!!! I just want everyone to know I appreciate the customer service and his knowledge!!!

I went in asking about a bulb for my vehicles break light, the person behind the counter had no knowledge at all didn t offer any assistance or advice to the issue I was having I left and went down the street to Auto Zone and received very friendly assistance and service, bypass Oreillys and go to Auto Zone for all your needs if you re on Hewitt Drive

Super friendly employee at the Hewitt store. Too many businesses in this town act like you are putting them out to ask for help . Not this guy he took time to answer questions just super friendly . Would I recommend or go back. Yes

Tested my battery, alternator and found that my battery had a bad cell in it and was causing my car to not turn over and start! Invested in a great battery! Would highly recommend their knowledgeable and helpful staff! They completely took care of me and if I have any issues again I'll be going there first!

They usually always have what I need and the staff is very helpful. I prefer them over the competitors. There have been a times where the parts I pick up may not fit, but for the most part they are spot on. If you need a battery, replacement part, or some accessories for your car, this place will probably have what you need.

This particular location is a smaller store, but they are always helpful and can quickly get parts from their network as needed. They also loan several tools. I recently used a spring compressor that worked great and did not cost me anything. Their prices seem to be pretty competitive with other auto parts stores, at least from my experience shopping for brake pads and discs. They also have brake disc turning services.

Been hitting the auto stores heavy lately, due to buying a classic. 1964 Thunderbird. (very rare) O'Reilly's has been very helpful in having or getting parts over the other big chain stores.

These people know there stuff and are always willing to help you through any car or parts issues that you may have on any vehicle!!I just recently purchased about four hundred dollars worth of front end parts for a 1994 dodge Dakota pickup, and even though it is an older truck they did have all the parts, which was unremarkable to me!!Thank you: Fritz Case

My husband was just there to purchase windshields for his ford escort and the young lady was horrible she was so rude. My husband asked her if she could help him find the right ones to fit his car and she said she couldnt she was so lazy she shrugged her shoulders at him 2 times and then my husband found his items and just when he was about to pay my husband pulled out a $10 coupon and this girl rolled her eyes at him and said you cant use this because its for $20 and up, well my husband only needed 1.50 to complete the 20 dollar total and he grabbed a item for $1.99 and she asked him rudley if he really needed that item or if he was just buying it for the coupon.... it was such a disappointment because we come here so many times to buy lots of things and this girl was horrible just awful

Had what I needed at a fair price. Customer service was excellent and store associates were knowledgeable. Watch out for the hole in the parking lot.

we broke down on the way home from Dallas about 2 1/2 hours into our trip with about 2 more hours to go...i was able to figure out what we wrong and called this O'Reilly store...they very happily delivered the parts and tools to me...this was such a life saver and blessing as i was traveling with my family and little girl who has special medical needs...the staff was so willing to help and went out of their way...thank you so much

Did curbside pick up option. Was told we don't do that you have to come in and get ur items. Not sure why the option is on the website if they are not going to honor it.
