If I was to ever recommend a spot or a place Joe starter would be it. Over the last 2 years just for reference they saved me thousands of dollars. They're honesty and customer service is top notch as well.

Eric was great to work with. Got a new alternator and voltage regulator for my 81 Ford 1900 tractor. I installed and it all works just fine. Good job.

I guess they do good work. But when I needed the generator in my RV worked on they said "leave it here, we can look at it in 14 weeks." We had a trip in a few weeks we could not put off, so we had to do without a generator.

My 30 yr old forklift starter had finally given up . Dropped it off Monday morning picked it up next day. Prices are very fair and workmen ship is quality. We need more rebuild services in waco like this . I'll definitely be going back like I've been for bout 45 yrs now.

Have had them repair a starter and an alternator, and they were able to help me update the electronics on my ancient tractor to something more modern

We found this business thru our trusted hometown auto parts store. We had work done on a hydraulic pump, there was a little glitch with the repair. We had a major medical situation in the meantime (6 months delay), but John remembered our pump situation and readily took the pump back and is repairing it at this Time. He has called and updated us on the repair process . We feel very fortunate to have found this business and definitely blessed to know John is taking care of business!You will not be disappointed if you need their services!

They told us they were a week behind, three weeks later still hadn t looked at it, then another week went by then they finally gave us a price on what was needed to repair and when it should be ready. The next week I get a call I have bad new! your generator smoked and it s not worth fixing! If that s not bad enough they charged me two hundred and five dollars, I guess they get full price if they fixit or not. And got it home and it runs just like it did before we took it in.

These are good, hardworking, honest people with INTEGRITY!! I had car trouble while I was traveling from Dallas to San Antonio. I was in a serious pinch and they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes and it cost me next to nothing. I expected them to tell me I had all sorts of issues, but they were honest and corrected the problem with a few bolts.

I ve been using Joe s Starter Repair every 3 or 4 years for about 20 years (I drive older vehicles and I have several). I have always has quick and friendly service at a great price at Joe s. I recently had a starter overhauled and Joe s supplier could not provide the correct sealed bearing. Joe s stood behind their work and tried to find a good source. Aftermarket sealed bearings for a Harley starter are not good. This is NOT Joe s fault. With the Harley brand overhaul kit, the starter was quickly fixed. Joe s is great.

I'm not what you call a regular customer! But over the past 20 plus yrs. I have taken alternators and starts from different things that I was told you could not rebuild and could not get parts for in the U.S. and Joe has always rebuilt, repaired,restored whatever you want to call it!!! At a reasonable price!!! The best in the business as far as I'm concerned!

We had a 2015 generator that would not run correctly from day 1. We had it at the dealer being looked at for 8 weeks and it still came back with issues.Jason at Joe's Generator Shop took the time to troubleshoot the issue and had it resolved in 1 week. I could not be happier with his level of customer service and professionalism.

called to order a part for a onan gen set. first tech said he would order my part. it would be avail. the following week. called shop back the following week and was patched to a younger tech that became rude and said they would lose too much business it they sold piece parts to the public. Being a retired business /shop owner this was a example of non professionalism in the service industry. will not go back to them

My husband and I were having major issues with our generator on the RV and had a big trip planned with the family. He spoke with the local camper sales lot and they told him if you want it fixed right take it to Joe's. We were concerned that it wouldn't get fixed in time and we really needed the generator for where we were going. We brought the RV in on a Tuesday and it was fixed by Friday. Thank you guys.

Pretty good for a small shop. Lacking great parking but service is great and personal. They'll help you resolve any issue they can rather than just selling you a new alternator. Testing batteries, terminals, wires, ect... Good business.

Took my car into a parts store to get it diagnosed and they suspected it might be the alternator....One of the guys that worked there suggested I come to Joe's to get a second opinion. Thank goodness I did because they found some simple connection problems and had me back on the road the same day. Very knowledgeable and friendly people.

Be ready to inspect the work and use the warranty if neccesary. I asked for an alternator rebuild and it still made noise after I installed it. They claimed it was the idler pulley. Use them if you must but... Watch carefully.

i don't know where we went wrong here, but recently i brought in an alternator needing service for a Polaris side by side and was never called to be told it was deemed unrepairable... i had to call them... they told me over the phone that they could order me a new one but were not sure if the one they could order was the correct one.. was told i could come get the alternator and there was no charge.... show up to get it and get hit with a $23 fee to be told what i already knew.... i get ppl got to make $$$, but my gosh.... what the hell did i actually pay for? lol. will not be back.... these dc electric part repair guys are a dying breed anyways and the prices here aren't much less than just buying another unit with a far better warranty.... getting a rebuilt unit is more trouble than the cost savings is worth.... save your self the headache and just buy OEM or go to o'rielly's, Napa or autozone and call ahead of time.... smhService: Electrical

Made a last minute appointment and just needed an oil change and fluid top up for our Powertech generator. Pretty quick service, only took a couple hours.

These guys are the bomb! We were traveling thru in our RV from NC and our generator was giving us trouble. We pulled and and in 5 minutes the work was under way. I highly recommend them!

Truck quit and Joe's trouble shot the problem in just a few minutes. Was a wire chaffed behind the antilock mount. They ground out the clearance, repaired the wire, replaced the fuses and sent me down the road. Thank you guys. I had business in OK i needed to get to today.

Left a starter to be rebuilt in friday 8/28/15 was told it would be done Wednesday called that day said got wrong parts called again friday was told still no parts I ordered my own parts took them in they installed broke the plug said there not fixing it it will be ok so 2 weeks fir a repiar I was told 5 days and it was broken
