I wanted to love this place but after many visits, I just don't. Something is always broken or out of order. The vacuums are rarely on and and many stations are unusable. The place is dirty and not maintained much at all. There are rarely any signs that tell the customer that something is wrong before taking the money. The only thing that works consistently if the taking of money in their machines. Honest.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU LIKE YOUR CAR! Half of the equipment does not work. Equipment ended up scratching the surface on the car. I ended up having to use the self serve bays after to try and clean what the automatic car wash did not and noticed damage to the car. An employee noticed soap and wax not coming out of the car wash and told me to talk to the manager. Mason would not do anything but argue rudely.

Went today, got change from the attendant to use in the manual wash, spent about $10 just to find out at the end that their pump for the spot free rinse wasn t working, so I then had to go to another car wash just to spend more money for a spot free rinse .I would think a business would want to warn paying customers that a portion of their product isn t available before wasting money there. Won t be back.

Third time here in a couple months and each time the spot free rinse does not work at all. Doesn t even come out of the sprayer.. can t find anyone to help with it either. Spent $15 to wash jeep myself with several minutes left and money wasted since I can t use that.

Gone up to $2. To start in self serve and took a minute away. $2 for 4 minutes.and it took a minute before I ever got soap.... Smdh! They do offer unlimited tunnel wash for $20. Month. Unfortunately that doesn't work for me . I couldn't tell you if it's worth it.

Beware! We had a free car wash from Finish Line from the station that did our vehicle inspection. Turns out it really wasn't free since we spent over $25 to replace both windshield wiper blades that blew off in their car wash. At least they retrieved what was left of them, but quickly told us that they weren't responsible for the damage. Guess we'll stick with going to Whitewater.

Nice guys, friendly staff. Location is well kept and tidy and all their equipment is in working order. I LOVE THE FREE VACUUMS! If you use the self-serve car wash bays, be sure to get tokens instead of quarters, you get more wash time for your money.

Large time allotments per token which you'll need because the water pressure is terrible at the self serve stalls.

Took my boat to the self-service bay. I sprayed the entire surface with the rinse, and then used the foaming brush all the way around the boat. Washed it off immediately with the rinse. The foam, which is the color of cotton candy (bright blue) left stains all the way around the hull, apparently infiltrating the gel coat. Spoke to the assistant manager on duty and registered an incident report and was told I d get a call the next day when the manager came in. He said it had happened before and that they should have posted signs notifying the public not to use the foam on fiberglass, but they had not done so. No call came, so I went by and spoke with the manager in person. He said he d have to report it to his District Manager, as he found no record of the incident report. I showed him a picture I took of it and photos of the boat showing the stains. He indicated that they advise folks not to use the foam on boats because it can stain the gel coat, but they don t post notice anywhere warning of potential damage. He called me back the next day and said his DM told him that Finish Line would take NO responsibility for the damage to the boat. So, I m posting this review to hopefully prevent someone else from disfiguring their boat.

Not sure what happened here. This used to be a great place. Couldn t find staff to make change when my time ran out - had to go elsewhere with soap all over my car - the new one down the road cleaned it for free - my new car wash place. I went back to use the vacuum since it wasn t crowded - again no staff to be found. More than one vacuum system hose came apart on me. I worked harder there than if I had just done it at home. Sorry to say I likely won t return.

I purchase the unlimited monthly car washes for $19.95. They don t always do a great job of giving the bugs off of the front of the car or the review mirrors, but it s pretty good. (That s why they get 4 stars instead of 5.) They don t wipe the car down for you, but they do have free vacuums, and I like to wipe down my car myself anyway. The primary reason I choose this car wash over any others is access to me between home and work. I certainly would recommend it, though.

It's better than when the previous owner had it. At least all the functions on the control pad work. If you wash your vehicle before 730 a.m., the free vacuums are off. Also, bring 5's and 1's if you wash your car before 730 a.m.

Had a roller damage my jeep months ago and after saying they would pay for the repair they will no longer return my calls. Used to be a decent wash but that is not true anymore.

This place was great when I first started going their. Cheap prices and everything worked. Now they have people who dont clean your back of your car with the brushes. The brushes inside of the car wash sometimes work. But today I came off the track and got no assistance. The truck behind me was coming closer and closer until I had to drive out on my own to aviod being hit. The guy told me it wash my fault. There is a new car wash down the street i will take my business to that location.

I've always had a good experience here. I have never used the wash/wind tunnel, just have always hand washed my car due to it being a convertible. Love that I can use the free vacuums after my car wash. Everyone that works there that I've encountered has been very nice and helpful.

The employees are great.. I have to give the owners credit. They hired some polite employees. My main problem with the facility relates to the spot hogs. People will stay in the vacuum spots waxing and detailing their cars while people wait for a spot so they can vacuum. I have even seen people.stay in the wash bay detailing their cars while people.wait to wash their cars.If management would end the people hogging the spots my waiting would go up.

I have the $19.95 unlimited car washed and I love it! I did stop in today and go to the manual action and use the pressure washer to clean of all the bugs from my out of state trip last weekend. Then I went through the auto wash and it looks good as new! Great place x

When I questioned the entrance guy about why the self service tire shine had been removed, he said because the tire shine part of the tunnel had been improved. Totally not the case. My tires looked as dull as they did before washing. Also the last 2 times the vacuums were hardly working. Very little suction.Unfortunately it s time to find a new car wash.

Best car wash. They really take care of this place. With car wash get free use of vacuum and a special tire shiner.Go to Finish Line Car wash on the weekend. I went today with an Ultimate car wash coupon and was told I could not have it because the value showed $10.00 not $12.00. Then the tire cleaner was working. Never have had any issues on the weekends.

I m genuinely shocked that there s ratings less than 5 stars listed! Every time I use Finish Line Car Wash s services, I can expect the same pleasant and consistent experience of friendliness from the staff, fully functional equipment and convenience- this and the new(ish) free tire shine addition at the vacuum station and low cost monthly membership will certainly be why I choose this facility over every other car wash facility in the area. The only con is that there can be a long line/wait time on the weekend.

The tunnel is wonderful. Fast and gets my car clean. I love the free vacuums where you can take as long as you need. I didn't take advantage this time as I was in a hurry and they were quite full. Everyone thought the holiday weekend was a good time to wash the car.

Good prices, great people. Only issue currently is people are breaking free vacuum hose's and spot free rinse was not working. Otherwise it's a great car wash, just needs some repair on minor problem.

Paid the extra money for the tire shine and did not get it during the express car wash. The employee compensated me with a spray bottle but I would have rather it be performed during the wash and before I vacuum. Also, the vacuums did not work very well and I left feeling like I did not get my money s worth. Please correct these errors.

I like this place bc they're pretty efficient and quick. The car wash is always worth the $8 I pay.It is nice that they have attendants to help you at the drive up machine before the car wash. Although, the times we're in they're not wearing masks and they touch my card to run it for me. Any other time that's great and definitelya service you dont see anymore, but with the whole germ thing and covid I would prefer to run my own card. Especially bc I'm able to reach it from my window. That's always been how they work though, even before covid. So if you're someone who doesn't mind them not wearing masks or touching your card you're good to go. :) even if you aren't, go anyways. They're worth the service and it is minimal contact.I will say the only thing I wish was that the vacuums worked a little better. I had a family trip with my dog and no matter what I did I couldn't get the hair up. It could have been the fact that it's only the single attachment on the vacuum anyways. All in all, great car place

Went to manual wash. Scrubbed truck for 10 minutes with brush then used high pressure rinse. Left a film of dirt on the truck. Told employee and he said he would look into it. He promptly went back to office and never saw him again

Not the typical car wash. The service technicians help scrub the difficult spots, and the tunnel brushes take care of the rest. The blow dryer could be better, but still a good wash.
