I called and spoke to Richard at 4:30. He sent the driver to get the battery I needed right then. When I arrived, they were waiting for me. I purchased an air filter, cabin filter, and wiper blades. I planned to do them myself. He insisted on his staff doing their job. I dealt with 2 other places this weekend, hands down Richard provided old school customer service. I am so happy I found them. Will definitely use them exclusively. Cannot thank them enough!

LA did a fabulous job taking care of us!! We needed to get our brakes done on my car and didn t get parts ordered until the last minute. He had the parts in overnight by early Saturday morning and the pricing and service was unbeatable.We recommend Carquest Hewitt %

Finally found a corporate backed parts store with great down home people behind the counter . Got a $6.00 part and $100.00 worth of technical help. Customers are still appreciated at the Hewitt Car Quest .

I was missing M8 x 1.25 bolts for my skid plate. I called ahead and they had the part waiting for me to pick up. It was just what i was missing. Nice to have something on this side of Hewitt.
