We own a 1988 Lincoln Town Car we use for towing our small camper. We noticed the tail lights stopped working, and the 12-volt car battery would be dead when the Lincoln was left parked for a couple of days. After calling around, we learned most auto repair shops in our area won't work on cars that old. But Brazos Valley Auto Concepts offered to attempt to locate the electrical problem if I was willing to let them keep the car for a few days so they could thoroughly check it out. This was not a problem since we just use the car occasionally. Chris Simmons and his crew are dedicated. Sometimes when I drive by, I have noticed their lights on after hours as they finish up work on customers cars. They spent six hours going over all the wires, fuses and connections and making repairs. Then Chris called to say the car was ready. They had replaced the alternator and frayed wiring all for a very reasonable fee. The lights now work and the battery remains strong when parked for several days. Also, the cruise control, which had become inoperable a couple of years ago, started working again. It seems there was a short in the alternator that bled voltage from the battery, even though the alternator still charged the battery when the motor was running. Chris Simmons communicates intelligently and is skillful at diagnosing electrical problems. I enthusiastically recommend Brazos Valley Auto Concepts for vehicle owners needing electrical or accessory repairs, as well as for installing various features to customize their vehicles.

My 2014 Honda Odyssey was backed into and both driver side doors needed replaced. After calling 4 body shops (come to find out shops don t like working on sliding doors) called Brazos Valley from a recommendation and Mark said to bring it by to have George take a look at it.These guys are down to earth and shoot you straight. Mark said he would call me when they could get me in. Good shops tend to have work pilled up. My uncle owns a shop in MO so I get it.Mark did call when they could get me in. Dropped it off Monday thinking they would have it for a month. They worked with my insurance. 2 weeks later!!!! I have my van back and looks good as new.Would recommend them 100%!!!!Mark was great Thank you Mark and George and to the body and paint tech who fixed my van.

There was a mix up where they replaced two door speakers instead of just the one speaker that was busted. And better speakers than what I had. But they still did the work for the original price. Also, good customer service, and the speakers sound great!

I called to confirm if they perform trailer inspections, but the gentleman who answered was very rude and had not phone etiquette. After I asked a couple of questions about their availability, he rudely interrupted me and said he was busy and didn't have time for 20 questions game. I'm sorry but if you are a business that's too busy to answer phone calls and customers concerns then maybe they should just hire someone that will have the time and be more courteous with their customers.

They installed some power steps and bed cover. Very helpful and had answers when I asked questions. I will be going back for future work.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. Chris Simmons is amazing and checked the defroster in my wife's 2016 Convertible Mini Cooper an verified a loose connector and buttoned it up quickly and professionally. I have used Brazos Valley Auto Concepts for various electronic needs and always have great service. Next on the list is refinishing a rim for powder coat and paintless dent repair.

Ask for Garrett, he's the go to guy for everything from leather to sound. Chris has you covered with custom headliners.

Took my Santa Fe in to have them look at the headrest DVD players. They said that they opened them and said that I need new ones at $1100! After I got home, I popped a DVD in one of them and found that they're were TWO DVD's inside!! Someone didn't open that player! After removing the 2 discs the player worked great. Just saved myself $1100. Thanks for nothing Brazos Valley Auto Concepts!!

Have used Brazos Valley for a couple of Car Video Installations and was happy with the quality of the work they did - at a very competitive and fair price. I had previously taken my car after I dented the hood by backing into a large metal pole - they did an EXCELLENT paintless dent repair at a price far better than any body shop could have - and the repair was 100% perfect. Owner and employees are very skilled and knowledgeable.

Brazos Valley Auto Concepts restored headlights to near factory finish. Great work, fast service and was done ahead of schedule, could not be more pleased. Chris, the manager took care of the vehicle and kept me updated and was very professional. Highly recommended and will repeat business.

What can I say about how amazing these guys are!!! I had an issue with my card audio today and I was desperate to fix it. It's a holiday and they were the only ones open. Not only that, they squeezed me in without an appointment and they fixed my issue in less than an hour. I am so incredibly thankful and will continue to come see them for future needs!

If I could leave no stars I would. Horrible customer service. My husband had an appointment at 9:30 on Saturday got here nobody was here. A guy is paying for my husbands truck to be fixed and they said they had horrible experience with tow trucks paying and disputing cost so that he will have to pay before services are done also wont let him pay over the phone due to the having problems with tow truck drivers and no one being here. We called the guy that was supposed to be working on it at 9:40 and he was still in bed said that he has a lot going on so he would get dressed and come up there in a bit. Do NOT recommend this company what so ever.

Guys are a little blue collar, and talk and act like it...but they are easy to talk to and just want to get the job done and done right which I am perfectly okay with. Had to take my car there for multiple repairs after wrecks, as well as tinting and aftermarket speakers. Literally only reason I am writing this is because I had to get their number, and read reviews and realized probably some people expect to get treated like a princess when they go to a customs shop, yeah no, treat me however you like but when I pay bottom dollar for top dollar work I am okay with that

My wife backed into a steel gate. It scoffed the side and punched a golf ball sized hole in the rear panel. Working with me over the phone and my wife in person they got us a speedy quote that was under what others quoted. They did fast work thru the weekend and my wife had her car back by the start of the next week. They did and awesome job and the staff was very friendly. Just from my dealings with other shops in the past, these people are some of the better ones, I will be going back for any future body repair or customizing of a vehicle I need.

If your needing your car to be worked on l. DO NOT go to Brazos Valley Auto. I took my car in and when I got it back one of their workers exploded soda all over the driver side and left some rubber sticky stuff along the mirror. We don't drink soda because my wife has stage 4 stomach cancer. So I messaged the owner and sent pictures saying this was not the way I left the car. He called me and said his workers couldnt have possibly done it, and said my car had dog hair in it. I explained that that had nothing to do with the soda all over the roof, and told him we don't drink soda. He was very rude, and just kept arguing with me. My car had no stains in it when I left the car with them. Very unprofessional, he has a temper. If he would have offered to look at it without arguing with me I wouldnt have posted this.

Was told by Car dealer to go pick up new tires for my pre-owned car. Went in and asked guy behind the counter if i was in the correct location he said he had no idea what i was talking about.stepped outside and called dealer to verify location. Went back in side and told him that this was the right location he said there is no way. I told him he does not have to get an attitude with me i am the customer. He replied " This is my F***ing shop i can talk to you how ever i want to." So i called the dealer and told him and he loaned me a car and took mine back to get tires. I don't care if it is a referred customer or not you treat all customers with respect.Will never go back to that sorry excuse for custom shop.

Seems to do good work and if my company was not paying for their services i would have taken my business else where after talking to the owner (george). He is very rude and crass. Does not really seam to care about his customers. He truely felt his time was more valuable than mine. He is rude on the phone and in person. Now if you can deal with any of the other staff, they are very friendly and knowledgeable at what they do. Again if it were my choice i would have taken my business else where!!

Pretty sure a 3 year old can install leather better than these jokers, if your looking to use them for leather DON'T !They will not call you so make sure you set a reminder on your phone!I think the manager is a DRUG DEALER (SKETCHY)

Highly recommend Brazos VAC! I was in a bad way, and they went above and beyond to get me on the road safely and quickly. They know their stuff and don't settle for shortcuts. You can depend on them!

I had molding added to my side doors and pin stripes on both sides of my 2021 Silverado and they were prom and professional doing it in a timely manner. Great job.

Did an awesome job on my Ford F-250. Added leveling kit and a Transfer Flow tank. Would definitely recommend theses guys.

This place has several of the best technicians you will find anywhere. Hands down!! They are just awesome at what they do. Every department has someone with tons of experience. There is so many things you can get done here. Too much to list. Definitely consider them first for anything automobile related.

I was going to recommend this place but not anymore! The owner has a bad temper and would rather argue with you then to listen to you. Took my car in and did NOT get it back the way I got it. You are better off finding another body shop and save yourself the stress and loss of trust.

Friendly installers, installation looks good, would have liked a phone call to let me know estimated time of completion, wasn t open when I arrived, otherwise cannot complain too much
